HISTORY
This 2007 Mercedes Benz CLK550 2 door Sport Coupe runs and drives just plain amazing, transmission shifts perfectly smooth, extremely powerful vehicle and yet handles like a dream. Very solid and responsive motor. The leather interior of this vehicle is in excellent condition. No warning lights, no leaks and drives perfectly straight. Regarding the history of this vehicle, it has been repaired due to a previous collision in which the vehicle sustained damage to the rear. It was originally purchased at a run and drive auction. We replaced the rear bumper with original OEM factory bumper and the right tail light. The engine, nor the transmission, nor the suspension were damaged. This vehicle was restored and the rear bumper, trunk lid and both quarter panels were repainted with high quality paints and clears in its original color. This car is very reliable, runs straight with no pulls either way. We double checked by taking the vehicle to the alignment shop and it is within factory specifications. We have been driving it for several months and is nothing but a joy to drive. No leaks nor weird noises. Car looks excellent, you should not have any problems driving it long distances and should provide you with a long enjoyable ownership.
Salvage title vehicles can be registered in most States. If your State has made it difficult to register salvage titles we will help you by rebuilding the Title in Texas then you can easily transfer and register it in your own State / Country. Call or email for details.

What Others Are Saying about the 2007 Mercedes Benz CLK550
by TJ on Oct 16, 2010 Vehicle: 2007 Mercedes-Benz CLK-Class CLK550 2dr Coupe (5.5L 8cyl 7A)
Lots of power, handles great, and is fun to drive. The 7 speed transmission provides smooth acceleration and improved gas mileage.
Wonderfully powerful 550!!
by B1Mario on Jan 27, 2010 Vehicle: 2007 Mercedes-Benz CLK-Class CLK550 2dr Coupe (5.5L 8cyl 7A)
Bought a certified CLK550 Coupe with all the options a few months ago. Absolutely love the car, great power, decent handling and nice interior. Came from an 01 Corvette and the CLK550 is every bit its equal in power. Handling is a little on the softer side but much easier to live with every day. Drove '06 M3 and '08 335 before choosing the CLK. Basically went on features and power the BMW's could hold up. 335 might have a little more speed here at altitude (CO - 6000') due to the turbos; but overall like the CLK much better and am very happy with my choice.
Completely incredible
by jsutt on Jan 4, 2008 Vehicle: 2007 Mercedes-Benz CLK-Class CLK550 2dr Coupe (5.5L 8cyl 7A)
I previously owned a 2003 CLK500 and let me tell you that the new 550's engine completely blows away the previous version. The accelleration and overall performance is incredible. The exterior and interior are stunning. Practically every time I drive it someone is telling me how beautiful it is. Go get one today.
Glad i bought the v8
by MJ on Apr 1, 2007 Vehicle: 2007 Mercedes-Benz CLK-Class CLK550 2dr Coupe (5.5L 8cyl 7A)
Bought the car with what I think to be the standard exterior styling package which makes the car look like an AMG tuned sports car (with AMG rims etc). Has beautiful Cappuccino Brown/Black Leather-Sport leather seating with an amazing leather interior. More comfortable interior than any coupe in its class. Test drove new 3-series coupe but fell in love with the powerful CLK. with 3500 miles, still have fun and remain comfortable driving the car. Must get Xeon lights and ventilated multi-contour seats for maximum comfort.
Don't miss clk550
by SteveGA on Feb 10, 2007 Vehicle: 2007 Mercedes-Benz CLK-Class CLK550 2dr Coupe (5.5L 8cyl 7A)
With just 200 miles on the odometer, this car already says it all, power, comfort, and agility. There are probably other cars with more of each, but this one has a nice balance of all three. The Harmon Kardon sound system is worth the upgrade. However, the sound from the engine is even better. Just wish it had "real" fuel and temp gauges.
Luxury and performance
by simon on Jan 27, 2007 Vehicle: 2007 Mercedes-Benz CLK-Class CLK550 2dr Coupe (5.5L 8cyl 7A)
So far this is a pretty rare car on the road probably because it's so highly priced yet not so flashy. I've owned this car for two weeks and put on about 900 miles. The acceleration/power is breathtaking and makes me smile every time I drive this car. The suspension is soft enough to ride comfortably in NYC. And very quiet! I love everything about this car!

News of Mercedes suspending sales of the vast majority of its V8-powered cars for the 2022 model year hit the presses about a week ago. However, what wasn’t explained then was the fate of Aston Martins with Mercedes-AMG V8 engines. Many Aston Martin products are powered by AMGÂ’s 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 engine (the M 177 version affecting AMG products), and itÂ’s one of the motors that we reportedly wonÂ’t see in Mercedes-AMG products next year. Since AMG is struggling to fit its cars with its own engine, that brings into question Aston MartinÂ’s supply of V8s. Car and Driver got some answers from Aston, though, and the situation in the UK doesnÂ’t appear anywhere near as dire as in Germany. “Aston Martin confirms that its supply of V8 engines from Aston Martin AG is not affected," an Aston Martin spokesperson told Car and Driver. So there you have it. AstonÂ’s AMG V8-powered vehicles — Vantage, DB11 and DBX — will supposedly carry on sales without interruption. ThatÂ’s great news for Aston Martin and any uber-wealthy folks who intend to buy one. At the same time, Mercedes isn't completely out of the V8 game for 2022. In fact, it's still selling cars that directly compete with Aston Martin: AMG GT Coupe and Roadster. Those Mercedes products use the M 178 version of the AMG V8 and are reportedly unaffected by supply issues. ThereÂ’s probably even more to this story as time passes, too. Mercedes has yet to officially acknowledge the stoppage of V8s — we reached out for comment when we published our initial story, but havenÂ’t heard confirmation back yet. When we do, weÂ’ll make sure to update you on whatÂ’s going on. Related video:
The average new vehicle sold in America loses nearly half of its initial value after five years of ownership. No surprise there; we all expect that shiny new car to start depreciating as soon as we drive it off the lot. But some vehicles lose value a lot faster than others. According to data provided by iSeeCars.com, trucks and truck-based sport utility vehicles generally hold their value better than other vehicle types, with the Jeep Wrangler — in both four-door Unlimited and standard two-door styles — and Toyota Tacoma sitting at the head of the pack. The Jeep Wrangler Unlimited's average five-year depreciation of 30.9% equals a loss in value of $12,168. That makes Jeep's four-door off-roader the best overall pick for buyers looking to minimize depreciation. The Toyota Tacoma's 32.4% loss in initial value means it loses just $10,496. The smaller dollar amount — the least amount of money lost after five years — indicates that Tacoma buyers pay less than Wrangler Unlimited buyers, on average, when they initially buy the vehicle. The standard two-door Jeep Wrangler is third on the list, depreciating 32.8% after five years and losing $10,824. Click here for a full list of the top 10 vehicles with the least depreciation over five years. On the other side of the depreciation coin, luxury sedans tend to plummet in value at a much faster rate than other vehicle types. The BMW 7 Series leads the losers with a 72.6% drop in value after five years, which equals an alarming $73,686. BMW's slightly smaller 5 Series is next, depreciating 70.1%, or $47,038, over the same period. Number three on the biggest losers list is the Nissan Leaf, the only electric vehicle to appear in the bottom 10. The electric hatchback matches the 5 Series with a 70.1% drop in value, but since it's a much cheaper vehicle, that percentage equals a much smaller $23,470 loss.
