 REBUILD TITLE SERVICE - If you would like to have a rebuilt title instead of a Salvage title you can add $200 to the final auction price and we will do all the paper work for you.  If you do not pay the additional $200 you will get a KY Red Salvage title and will need to take the car through the rebuild process in your state before you will be able to register and drive it.

Payment Policy

Payments: A deposit of $1,500.00 payment must be paid within 24 hours of the close of the Auction. When the deposit has been submitted, "Buyer" MUST fax or scan a copy of their valid, state-issued driver's license. The remaining balance must be paid at time of delivery if picking up or before delivery if being transported. If payment is made by cashier's or personal check, we will hold all titles for 10 days or until funds have cleared.

You must have cash available or have all loans PRE-APPROVED BEFORE Bidding! We ACCEPT BANK WIRE TRANSFERS, Cashiers Checks, Personal Checks, Company Checks, or Bank Checks.

Financing: For help in arranging financing or for any questions regarding financing options, please contact us prior to bidding.

Shipping Policy

Shipping and Delivery: All shipping charges are the "Buyer's" responsibility. We will help with shipping arrangements but will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage! Licensed "Carriers" are generally insured for $3,000,000.00. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves our showroom. All shipping arrangements provided by us are strictly a courtesy. We are not affiliated with any carrier. Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of vehicles will be between you and the "Carrier" and not with us. The amount of time it takes for delivery depends upon the "Carrier" selected. A typical experience is 7-14 days from the date the vehicle is picked up from our facility until it is delivered to your destination. Verify with the "Carrier" for an Estimated Time of Arrival to be sure.

Buyer's Inspection: We do our best to disclose all information known about this vehicle for auction. We welcome a Buyer's Inspection. If you plan to have a Buyer's Inspection, please make sure you have the vehicle inspected prior to the end of the auction. Inspection fees, if any, are the "Buyer's" sole responsibility.

Finalizing Your Purchase: Winning bidder MUST communicate with us by e-mail or phone within 48 hours of the end of the auction to make arrangements to complete the transaction. If we cannot confirm your intention to buy or the sale is not completed within 2 days, we reserve the right to re-list this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer. Before the vehicle is released for shipment to the "Buyer", all sale-related and title-related paperwork must be signed and returned completed to the "Seller".

Title Information: Vehicle titles may be held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In many cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments of up to 21 days from the time we pay a vehicle off. While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive.

Odometer Readings: Due to demo test drives and mechanical inspections, the mileage of the vehicle represented might be slightly different than the mileage stated when the vehicle was first listed on eBay.

OUR INVENTORY: The vehicles that you will be looking at on EBay are the same vehicles that are for sale here at our dealership. I use Carfax to determine the basic information on the vehicles, like the number of previous owners, and the original in-service and warranty dates. I use the information as a basic guide, but I do not trust that the information is complete enough to pledge the complete integrity of the vehicle. Our ASE Certified Technicians look for any prior damage or paintwork. We recondition our cars to the fullest. We may pull out the dings, or touch up chips, or even paint a bumper cover to make the car right for our next customer. We road test our cars, and inspect the undercarriages as well. I will do my very best to describe the condition of the exterior and the interior of the cars. There may be normal blemishes or chips, or surface scratches. If you need more information, please let me know. I will do whatever is needed to furnish any and all information you need to make an informed decision.

All maintenance items are checked and replaced if needed before we make the vehicle available for purchase. A copy of the photo taken when we acquired the vehicle as well as the 50 point inspection are available upon request.
