Hello, I am selling my 2007 Mazdaspeed3 GT. I am the only owner/driver of this vehicle. Took it out of the dealership as soon as it arrived from the delivery truck. This car has 36k miles on it and was barely driven. In fact, for the first 2 years since I bought the car I took the bus to take the metro. Who buys a new car and takes the bus? This guy apparently, but I digress.
The car has been babied well, parking in far and empty spots and some of the interior parts still have their protective covers on them. I really never got to enjoy the car from babying it too much, but my loss is your gain.
Pros
-Stock (only the door molding has been removed, looks so much better w/o and I still have them, if you decide to put it on)
-Accident free, never raced or clutch dropped
-Stock clutch still strong as the first day
-Oil changes always done with Mazda filters and Pennzoil Ultra Synthetic 5w30
-Some interior parts still have protective covers
-Steering is very tight, can "feel the road"
-Blast to drive on highways
-Brakes are awesome on this car
-Since purchase, only used Shell V-Power 93 Oct.
-Non Smoker car
-Gets about 270-300miles per tank
Cons
-3 Door dings. 1 on each quarter panel and 1 on passenger door (pics included)
-Minor tiny paint chips and 2 scratches. 1 on lower driver door and inside driver door (pics included)
-front windows stick occasionally
-the rear shocks need replacing, but is still drivable
The front tires have about 65% tread and the rear (factory tires) has about 35% tread.
The car is being sold AS-IS.
I will accept cash payment or bank-to-bank wire transfers. I REQUIRE that you be present at my local bank at the time of deposit/transaction.
Please let me know if you have any questions!

Mazda3 successor due in dealers this fall
Sat, 23 Mar 2013Following exciting new models like the 2013 CX-5 and 2014 Mazda6, Mazda is getting ready to introduce the next generation of its high-volume compact, the Mazda3. After talking to several of Mazda's dealers, Automotive News is reporting that the automaker is planning to introduce its new compact this fall, which is earlier than what was originally reported.
Aside from what we've seen in recent spy shots and what appeared to be a full-scale design mockup back in October, there is little information about the third-generation 3, but we can see that the car will get plenty of cues from Mazda's stylish Kodo design language, and we expect even more technologies from the company's SkyActiv efficiency program to come to bear. AN says that Mazda is hoping to top 300,000 sales this year in the US, and the sooner Mazda can replace the current aging 3, the better chances it has at reaching that goal.
Mazda rolls out unlimited mileage warranty in Canada
Fri, 14 Nov 2014Cold weather might be starting to grip parts of Canada, but our neighbors to the north are going to be able to drive their 2015 Mazda cars and utilities from Vancouver to Montreal with a little more peace of mind. That's because Mazda Canada is instituting an unlimited mileage warranty for its new models.
The updated plan starts with all 2015 model year vehicles (even those already sold), and the scheme simply removes that distance limit on everything but the emissions defect coverage. That means that the Mazdas have one year of service adjustments, three years of new vehicle coverage, five years on the powertrain, seven years against corrosion and three years of roadside assistance for as many kilometers as the owner drives.
The change removes at least one, tiny piece of anxiety about buying a new vehicle because it's easy to know when the coverage ends. "By offering our customers an Unlimited Mileage Warranty, we believe it will enhance their ownership experience by alleviating concerns such as kilometre limitations, repair costs and resale value," Kory Koreeda, president of Mazda Canada, in the automaker's announcement.
Mazda will have a new rotary concept at Tokyo show, trying to bring it to production
Mon, Sep 18 2017Despite ending production of the rotary engine in 2012, Mazda has repeatedly insisted that it's still working on rotary engine tech, and it has continued to tease a potential future rotary car with concepts, the latest of which was the RX-Vision. The company even continues to file patents on rotary tech. It seems the company is continuing this pattern, since the vice president for Mazda's European R&D center told Auto Express that it has another rotary concept ready for this October's Tokyo Motor Show. According to Auto Express, the car expands on the groundwork laid by the RX-Vision concept. In addition to revealing the existence of the concept, the executive also reiterated the fact that there's still a team in Mazda working on the rotary engine, and people are still trying to make a business case for a new rotary sports car. Auto Express expects a production car could come in 2020. The news outlet also asked if the hypothetical car would be hybridized, and the Mazda executive didn't give much of an answer beyond it being possible, though he would prefer a purely rotary-powered car. We at Autoblog think a hybrid rotary of some sort would make the most sense. It would make for an impressive halo vehicle that could be used to promote future Mazda hybrids. This would also help with the business case side of things. An electric motor, or motors, would be highly complementary to the rotary engine as well. Electric motors produce oodles of torque from down low, which rotaries don't, and the rotary engine's high-rpm horsepower would compensate for the electric motors when they've started running out of power. Not only that, but using a hybrid powertrain could help a thirsty rotary engine meet fuel economy and emissions requirements while still producing plenty of power. A hybrid system is also more possible now that Mazda is teamed up with hybrid expert Toyota. Related Video:
