Up for sell is my long time owned Mazda RX-7. I have 6 going for my 7 year of owning this car. This is my first car and my dream car and i wished to kept it for as long a i could but the time has come in my life where more important things need to be done. Im selling this car to buy a house so i hope i can find a buyer who will understand this car and take care of it and love it as much as i have and hope this sacrifice is worth it and could help each other out, with that ill tell you everything about this car that i know and that it has. Im not going to mention prices of whats cost me of doing those things or how much ive invested in the car becuase i just know we all do it for the love of your car and never expect to get it back if you ever sold it. Remember this is a 20 year old car and it is strictly being sold AS IS but im hoping chances are that if your interested in this car you most likely know something about this car and how much it takes to own one so here goes...

Ive tried to keep the car as original as possible, it starts up everytime without problems. The motor is all stock, never went over 3000 miles changed the oil everytime, never has overheated or left me stranded. Ived kept this car mostly on my house with a car cover most of the time and riding it from time to time never not really a daily driver mostly for ocassions only. The body of the car is absolutely straight, no dents or dings or been in a accident. The interior of the car is complete! theres nothing missing or needs to be replaced. It comes with the Original bose system for the RX7 but it needs to be installed (never installed it) and you have to change the cargo lid if you do but its your choice.

Since i bought the car these are the things i have done to it and most recent  what the car has on it:

  • Lamborghini Red Paint ( About a year and a half old)
  • 99 Khouki spoiler
  • Side skirts (forgot brand)
  • Back skirts mud flaps
  • Yellow OEM RX7 Fog Lights
  • Original RX7 chrome rims
  • Door step skirts (Hard to find)
  • Suede Seats
  • Custom Cluster Gauge
  • 4 Inch HKS High Performance Exhaust (Beautiful Deep Noise)
  • Car Alarm

Ok so now its time for the bad things or stuff that needs to be fixed or just to know if you wish to fix or change it:

The car as of right now has NO BOOST. The wastegate of the car needs to be fixed. Its open and i believe is stuck open since you can hear it (my mechanic told me this) since the wastegate is open the air just keeps going out so no boost is builded.I been riding the car for 2 years like that with no problems, no joke, so i dont have any idea of the condition of the turbos but i dont think they shouldnt have anything wrong since they were working fine before that happened but i wish to mention that so in case that dosent fix the boost you might have to give it a diagnose check and see if the turbos are ok.

Theres oil on the bottom of the car thats dirty but the car DOES NOT drop or leek oil its been building up for years that the little bit of oil probably escapes from the seal from time to time. RX7's are known for their oil and how much it uses and burns it. I check it once a week and it hardly reduces oil when i use the car and never goes down when i just have it sitting but you do have to check it once a week becuase its random of how much oil it burns and you never know when you need to add a little bit. Honestly another thing im ganna mention is that i havent check the oil seals in a while so you should probably want to if you feel you need to.

The car runs rich on gas and maybe becuase of the problem with the wastegate perhaps, the car backfires, mostly when you just turn it on and its cold but sometimes from time to time when running.

The suspension is old! i got this car with the same suspensions it has on right now and havent been able to changed it (It hasnt been a problem for me but maybe i got used to it?) its really stiff and not much shock strenght left on it, the car is low (but not too low) so carefull with those bumps!

Ofcourse because of the HKS exhaust the car will NOT pass the smog check, so you know what that means. Please dont tell me i didnt mention this.

The drivers side miror wires needs to be connected again so you can move the miror with the control again.I had to change and buy a new one becuase the old one was broken from the base.

When you make a turn (mostly left turns) the cd players goes off then comes back on, i guess over time the wire or something got loose so needs to be checked. (been too lazy to do that)

Missing the spare tire.

Thats everything i can think of. Thats all the good and bad things it has but honestly it cost money, commitment and time to take care of this car and keep it looking and performing the way it should honestly. Once again this car is 20 years old.

I HOLD THE RIGHT TO END THE AUCTION IF I SELL THE CAR LOCALLY. CHANCES OF THAT IS LOW BUT I STILL WISH TO KEEP IT, MY APOLOGIES.

Wining buyer is fully responsible for pick up or shipping of this vehicle, i will help all i can from my part if you need something i can do but i will not be the one shipping the car to you or anything.

FOR PAYMENT I ONLY ACCEPT PAYPAL, BANK TRANSFER OR CASH ONLY!

thank you very much for your interest and for reading all this. I highly appreciate it. Well ill cross my fingers and good luck to everyone.

2019 Mazda3 pricing starts at over $20,000, 2.5-liter engine standard

Wed, Jan 23 2019

Pricing for the 2019 Mazda3 hatchback and sedan has been announced, and the base price has gone up by about $3,000. The new cheapest model is a front-drive, automatic Mazda3 sedan, and it starts at $21,895. The base Mazda3 now has the 186-horsepower 2.5-liter 4-cylinder as the standard engine, whereas the old model came with a 155-horsepower 2.0-liter engine and manual transmission as standard. Compared like-to-like, a 2018 Mazda3 in a similar spec would be slightly more expensive ($22,035) than the 2019 model. Opting for the hatchback on the base trim adds an additional level of equipment, with 18-inch wheels instead of 16-inch ones, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, dual automatic climate control, leather wrapped steering wheel and shift knob. It also gets more safety equipment including blind-spot monitoring, automatic emergency braking, radar cruise control, automatic high-beams, automatic wipers and lane-departure warning with lane-keep assist. That all adds up to a $2,600 price increase over a base sedan. These features are available on the sedan for an extra $1,600 in the form of the Select package. For all other trims, opting for the hatchback adds $1,000. Higher trim levels add features such as better sound systems, real leather, a sunroof, heads-up display and power heated seats. In addition to pricing, Mazda revealed drivetrain options for the Mazda3, and they're not great for fans of manual transmissions. The Mazda3 hatchback with front-wheel drive and Premium trim is the only manual offering, and it starts at $28,395. On the upside, at least Mazda isn't relegating manual transmissions to the stripped out versions, but on the downside, there isn't a cheap manual option for those on a budget. And of course, if you want the sedan or all-wheel drive, the six-speed automatic is your only choice. Mazda has told us that it could match a manual with all-wheel drive, but clearly it doesn't see a market for that in the U.S. But like with the addition of the turbocharged Mazda6 and CX-5, if there's demand, such a combination could become available, but keep in mind the odds will still be slim. You can see the full breakdown of trims and prices below. The 2019 Mazda3 will be available in March.

This is what a 1,200-hp twin-turbo 4-rotor looks like in a Miata

Fri, Dec 12 2014

We've seen the diminutive Mazda MX-5 Miata swallow plenty of big engines, but New Zealand drifting ace "Mad Mike" Whiddett is roaring into where-no-man-has-gone-before territory. Wanting to replace his 515-horsepower "MADBUL" RX-7 and its twin-turbocharged, three-rotor 20B engine, his new ride is an NC-series Miata with four rotors and twin Garrett turbochargers courtesy of Pulse Performance Race Engineering. It is called "RADBUL," and expected power at standard boost is 1,200 hp, but the builders at Pulse Performance think it will get up to 1,500 hp at full boost. And yes, that exhaust exits through the hood. Four-rotor engines are actually popular - builds are detailed on forums like this one from 2007 and this one from 2008, this UK company or this Canadian company will sell you one complete - but they're usually being prepped for an RX-7. Mad Mike's choice of a Miata for this enterprise makes this about as extreme as you can get, short of throwing it into a Mazda R360. You can watch Mad Mike tell the story of the build in the video, and check out the first and second installments about the build on the Red Bull site.

2019 Mazda MX-5 Miata Drivers' Notes Review | A little power goes to our heads

Mon, Dec 3 2018

The Mazda MX-5 Miata is nearly 30 years old. The current car — dubbed the ND — is in its fourth iteration and packs a number of updates for 2019, most notably a bump of 26 horsepower and 3 pound-feet over the 2018 model. The car now makes 181 horsepower at 7,000 rpm while redline has been raised to 7,500. That might not sound like a lot, but when you're moving fewer than 2,400 pounds of steel, aluminum and plastic, it feels plenty strong. Our test car was a Soul Red roadster with a brown top, an odd but striking combination. A power-retractable top is available as the Miata RF. This top-tier Grand Touring trim comes with features like automatic climate control, heated seats and leather seats. It might not be the most practical or versatile car on the road, but it might just be the most fun for the money. Senior Editor, Green, John Beltz Snyder: I was excited when I woke up to the Miata covered in snow in my driveway. After all, this tester came equipped with Bridgestone Blizzak winter tires. By the time I could pry myself away from my work and take the car for a spin, though, the snow had mostly melted. I still had fun flinging this around on the cold, wet roads. The first thing I noticed was actually what I didn't notice ... I wasn't wishing for just a little more power, for once. Chalk it up to the conditions, or to the extra 26 horsepower Mazda added for 2019, but this felt appropriately potent. If anything, it's just enough to help get the rear end to wiggle a bit and the tires to more readily chirp in second gear. The Miata, fresh from the factory, has learned to do the cha-cha. Oddly enough, though, my wife, who has been salivating over this generation of MX-5 since the first time I brought one home, has cooled on it a little bit. We went out on a date night, and she was hyper aware of the noise and bumps, and I was, too, frankly. Something about bundling up under an icy soft top can kill the mood of this convertible. In the summer, the sound of the engine and telegraphic feel of the road beneath you blend with the warmth of the sun and the tug of the wind in automotive harmony. It's still fun to drive in the cold, but it doesn't quite turn on the charm like it normally does. Associate Editor Reese Counts: I've spent a lot of time behind the wheel of various NDs over the past few years. The weekend I got married, my wife and I drove a Soul Red roadster from Los Angeles to San Francisco for a brief honeymoon.
