Hello up for sale today is a very clean silver 1991 Mazda Miata. This car is in very good condition with no issues and no rust. I built this car at the end of this past winter and only drove it to a car show this spring and a couple times to work I never had a issue with this vehicle. I will try to list everything that is done to it to the best of my ability.

- New Gates Belts

- No a/c due to intercooler ( I do have a compressor if wanted )

- Rota pr5 wheels with good tires with new gold rota center caps

- Tokico struts and springs

- New NGK plugs

- Jackson Racing ignition wires

- New Top

- Roll Bar

- CD Player

- Autometer Air Fuel Ratio Gauge

- Autometer Boost Gauge

- MSD Timing Box (NOT INSTALLED WILL COME WITH SALE) This is used to advance timing if boost spikes

- Turbo XS Boost Controller

- Full Greddy Turbo Kit

- Greddy Downpipe Into A Bosal Mid Pipe To A Stock Cat To A Weapon R Exhaust

- CX Racing Intercooler

- New Intake Filter

- New Breather Filter

- Painted Valve Cover

- Front Upper And Lower Strut Brace

- Drilled Rotors

All this work was done withing the last 6 months . The car is running only 5 lbs of boost that is why i never put the Msd box on yett The car was never raced or beat I only drove it to work and a couple shows at the tail end of last summer and one this year. I am selling the car because I don't have time anymore with work and another business venture I hate to see it go. The paint is in pretty good condition there is a scratch on the rear left quarter (SEE PICTURE) Other than that it has its normal wear and tear a couple chips no dents.

The car should be around 170 rwhp now with more potential. I have the car for sale locally so I have the right to end the auction at any time. I do not want to trade and I will not ship this car it is the buyers responsibility to pick this vehicle up. Email me with any questions and I will Respond ASAP thanks and good luck. The car runs 100% The car was never in a accident during my ownership , and from what I can see was never in a accident i purchased it off a older guy last July. I do not know if the timing belt and water pump were ever done.. Feel free to contact me with any questions and i will respond asap thanks.

The 2017 Mazda CX-5 is new, and oh so very red

Wed, Nov 16 2016

After examining the teaser photo and poring over spy photos, we knew that the 2017 Mazda CX-5 would adopt some design features from the larger CX-9 and Chinese-only CX-4. What we didn't know, though, is that the CX-5 would look like a miniature version of the CX-9. From the outside it's obvious the design is all new. The front of the SUV looks nearly identical to that of the CX-9's. Gone is the cutesy, roundish face in favor of a more angular theme. The headlights are slimmer, while the grille ditches the horizontal bars for a mesh pattern. Mazda calls the design theme Kodo - soul of motion, and the original 2013 CX-5 was the first production model under this mantra. View 12 Photos The changes at the back are less drastic than on the CX-5's new beak. The black trim that underlines the rear fascia is less prominent and the taillights looks leaner, but it's harder to tell the differences between the old and new model. Mazda says the CX-5 will be available with two engines here: the Skyactiv 2.5-liter gasoline engine and the Skyactiv-D 2.2-liter diesel (the Skyactive-D 2.0-liter, currently only used on Sport models, has been dropped for our market). We don't have specifics on power and torque yet, but in the old CX-5 (and current Mazda 3) the 2.5-liter four-cylinder generates 184 horsepower, while the diesel makes 173 hp and 310 pound-feet of torque. We expect front- and all-wheel-drive options, and of course we're hoping that the six-speed manual (previously on the base, front-drive model only) stays around as an alternative to the six-speed automatic. The interior follows the template of recent Mazdas, with the infotainment screen sitting on top of the dashboard with a control knob located aft of the shift lever. We'll have more information on the 2017 CX-5 at the vehicle's debut later today at the 2016 Los Angeles Auto Show. Related Video:

Mazda to celebrate 25 years of MX-5 with 15 Miatas in New York

Thu, 20 Mar 2014

Having first debuted at the Chicago Auto Show in 1989, the Mazda MX-5 Miata has been on the market now for an impressive 25 years. So to celebrate that quarter-century anniversary, Mazda is bringing no less than 15 examples of the legendary roadster from throughout its history to the New York Auto Show this year.
Mazda isn't saying just which versions of the MX-5 it's bringing to the Javitz center this year, but with three generations to choose from and over 900,000 units built and sold, there are plenty of examples - including production versions, special editions and concept cars.
What would really put the cherry on this birthday cake, however, would be if Mazda were to surprise us in Manhattan with the debut of the highly anticipated fourth-generation Miata that we're expecting to debut sometime this year.

Did Mazda designer Derek Jenkins leave to head up a 'Stealth Project?'

Sat, Jul 25 2015

Not long after Derek Jenkins officially gave the 2016 MX-5 Miata to the buying world, he's left the Mazda building. Jalopnik reported that the head of design for Mazda North America changed the current job description on his LinkedIn profile to "Stealth Project." Mazda backed up the discovery with this reply to Jalop's inquiry: Derek left Mazda last Friday. He left on great terms in order to work on a new endeavor. We wish him the best of luck. He will be missed, but we are sure that he will do great things in the next chapter of his career. That "last Friday" would be July 17. Emphasizing the "stealth" bit in his new position, as far as we can tell, Jenkins still hasn't publicly answered any question about what he's doing. Every automaker has secrets, but traditional automakers usually make a hubbub about hiring big-name designers, especially one with Jenkins' resume. For his new employer to go all Ghost Recon with all information, well that's the kind of mystery this summer needs. The obvious culprit would be a certain fruit-named company in a certain Cupertino, CA office park. If that ends up being the case, Jenkins would be the second chief designer at Mazda NA to go electric: he replaced Franz von Holzhausen in the position after von Holzhausen went to Tesla. Various other Apple Project Titan hires have made the news, though. For all we know, Jenkins' project might not be automotive. So let's just go ahead and cue the speculation. We're looking forward to whatever he's got coming, and to whoever gets nominated to keep the full head of Zoom-Zoom going at Mazda NA.
