Up for sale is a 2008 Maserati Quattroporte Executive GT with 22K mi on the ODO. This car was pampered and has never seen rain! It was bought as a Certified Pre-Owned from Maserati of New York and has always been serviced at the dealer. This car runs and drives great. It has 80% tread left on both the front and rear tires. This car also has the ZF transmission. If you have owned the Maserati line of exotics before, the ZF tranmission saves you a few thousand dollars from servicing the clutch and a few more thousands in F1 transmission issues.

This car comes with a CD changer as well. It has Navigation and all the Navigation CDs come along with it. All books/manuals etc. are original and come with the car. The car also has a spare tire package. It also has a fresh battery.

Some notes for the first time buyer of an Exotic car - If you have never owned an exotic, I suggest you do your research before bidding or asking any questions. The car retails in the high 40s. Since I have to move abroad for work, I have no choice but to sell it for thousands less. My loss is your gain.

Leno profiles Pebble Beach-winning 1956 Maserati

We enjoy it when Jay Leno and his web show, Jay Leno's Garage, take a look at new, modern cars. When the comedian gets his paws on a proper classic, though, he's at his best. Leno is able to display an impressive breadth of knowledge about even obscure models, and that's no different here, as the winner of its class at the 2011 Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance, a 1956 Maserati A6G-2000 Allemano rolls into the garage.
Part of the Maserati A6 family, this A6G is one of just 21 cars produced with coachwork by Carrozzeria Allemano, making it one of the rarer cars to grace Jay Leno's Garage. It's powered by a 2.0-liter inline-six, and, as Leno points out, is far more of a road car than the race-oriented Maseratis of the day.

Stellantis will enter joint venture with Samsung SDI for EV batteries

SEOUL — South Korean battery maker Samsung SDI Co Ltd and global automaker Stellantis NV have agreed to jointly produce electric vehicle (EV) batteries for the North American market, a person familiar with the matter said on Tuesday. Samsung SDI, an affiliate of South Korean tech giant Samsung Electronics, already has EV battery plants in South Korea, China and Hungary, which supply customers such as BMW and Ford. "The two companies (Samsung SDI and Stellantis) have struck a MOU (memorandum of understanding) to produce EV batteries for North America," the person with knowledge of the matter told Reuters. The source spoke of condition of anonymity because of the sensitivity of the matter. The person said the location of the battery joint venture is under review and will be announced later. In July, Reuters reported that Samsung SDI may build a battery plant in the United States, citing a company source. South Korea's Yonhap news agency earlier reported the two companies plan to build a factory in the United States, citing industry sources. Samsung SDI and Stellantis did not have immediate comment when reached by Reuters. Stellantis on Monday struck a preliminary deal with battery maker South Korea's LG Energy Solution (LGES) to produce battery cells and modules for North America. Shares of Samsung SDI were up 2.6% as of 0300 GMT, versus a 0.6% rise in the KOSPI benchmark index.
