I'm selling my 2010 Lotus Elise performance pack that was purchase from the first owner in Michigan about a year ago. The car is in excellent condition and has no issues. Paint is perfect and there are no dings or damages. No scratches on any of the wheels and tires still have more than 50% . 6 Month ago the car was fitted with a BOE REV 300 Superchager which has put the car at 270WHP. It is very fast and fun reliable car. I have all the stock parts in case anybody wants to put it back to stock. It also has aftermarket headers , down pipe and DeCat. I also have all the original exhaust parts as well.
The car comes with a hard top and soft top and It has a very rare performance pack which was fitted only to 2010 cars. Here is what's in performance pack: The 2010 Lotus Elise adds the Performance Value Package which includes equipment that would normally cost $7,000 at a package cost of $3,665. Included in the Performance Value Package is the Touring Package which includes leather seats, leather door panels, leather trimmed console, upgraded stereo with iPod connector, cupholder, stowage net, additional sound insulation and a full carpet set. The Performance Value Package also includes a body-colored hardtop; Lotus Variable Traction Control; upgraded Alcantara enhanced interior with light grey, red or blue contrast trim; sport seats; 16-spoke cast aluminum wheels in silver or black with matching rear diffuser; Yokohama Advan A048 LTS ultra-high performance tires; Lotus Sport tuned suspension with short springs and Bilstein shocks; twin oil coolers; and a harness bar. I have the original window sticker and all manuals , keys and radio manuals. The car has very few miles and it will be under warranty until Sep 2014. I just recently purchased a McLaren MP12C and i'm selling both my lotuses. Please check my other listing. I'm in no rush to sell this car as it's a very special car and you won't find anything like this with this low miles supercharged. Please do not send me low offers and no dealers please. |

A Lotus Super Seven shows what simple beauty means
Wed, Mar 16 2016Roadgoing sports cars don't get much more pure than the Lotus Seven. With no roof or luxuries of any kind, this is quite possibly the car that exemplifies better than any other Lotus founder Colin Chapman's ethos of "simplify, then add lightness." Geoff Wise owns a 1963 Lotus Super Seven, and he shows why the car's uncluttered layout works so well, as you'll see in Petrolicious' latest video. Petrolicious often profiles people who take a classic car and upgrade it into a vintage racer one piece at a time. Wise did the exact opposite, though. He bought his Seven as a track car and converted it to work better on the road. For example, the engine now runs on pump gas, but it still has plenty of power. The bored and stroked 1.7-liter four-cylinder has a claimed 120 horsepower, which is more than adequate in the 1,000-pound Lotus. Wise says the Seven gets tons of attention when he goes for a drive, especially from kids. It's easy to understand why. In a world of crossovers and active safety systems, seeing a car that's so basic is transfixing. Enjoy watching the little Lotus on the road in the latest clip from Petrolicious. If you don't have the space for one in the garage, there's at least the option of the upcoming Lego kit for your bookshelf. Related Video:
Forza Horizon 3 adds Ford Police Interceptor, Jeep CJ5
Tue, Oct 4 2016We're only a few weeks past the debut of Forza Horizon 3, and already the folks at Turn 10 are introducing the first of six car packs for the open-world driving game. Focused heavily on performance, there are still a few, um, oddballs, including one we're sure Forza's livery customizers will have a blast with. The Smoking Tire Car Pack brings seven new vehicles to FH3, with the Aston Martin Vulcan, Pagani Huayra BC, GTA Spano, Lotus 340R, and BMW M2 repping traditional performance vehicles. As per usual, FH3 renders each car beautifully and promises a solid approximation of real-world performance – even if you do ditch the roads and opt to rampage through the Australian countryside. While performance is good, the Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor and the Jeep CJ5 Renegade bring an off-beat vibe to this particular pack. We aren't certain, but this might be the first time the Police Interceptor appears in a blockbuster driving game. While we expect plenty of police car liveries for the Crown Vic, Forza's rabid community of tuners and customizers are sure to do much more with it. As for the CJ5, is there a better vehicle for tooling about Australia? Yeah, we didn't think so. The Smoking Tire Car Pack is available for free as part of the Forza Horizon 3 Ultimate Edition or Car Pass program. Commitment-phobes can also download this single vehicle pack for $7. James Bond Lotus submarine sells in London for $966,560
Wed, 11 Sep 2013With the $966,560 sale ($863,000 plus a 12-percent buyer's premium) of the white 1977 Lotus Esprit S1 submarine used in the 1977 James Bond film The Spy Who Loved Me, we now know "the Roger Moore discount."
Recall that Sean Connery's silver 1964 Goldfinger Aston Martin DB5 was sold by RM Auctions in London in 2010 for $4.6 million. Three years later, the same auction company in the same city has sold the aforementioned Lotus for just under $1 million.
An unscientific poll of those in the room showed that people preferred Sean Connery's Bond to Roger Moore's by a rate of four to one. And thus it translated into the bidding for their respective cars. No word on the identity of the buyer or his plans for what is, in fact, a working submarine.
