1990 Lincoln Mark Vii Lsc-se on 2040-cars
Exeter, New Hampshire, United States
This rare beauty has been garaged since new and it shows! The exterior is in excellent condition, paint is like new. Wheels are in very good condition and tires are aged but in great condition. The interior is flawless with black leather. An Alpine tape player has been added with CD changer control for Alpine CD player located in the truck. Under the hood is the 5.0 HO that runs smooth and quiet but you can still hear that sweet V8 at the tail pipes. Cat back exaust appears to have been replaced at some point by one of the two previous owners. The entire under side was also previously undercoated and there is virtually no rust. Driving the car is an amazing experience with full factory air ride suspension and great handling.

Ford investing $5B in Lincoln
Would a Mustang-based Lincoln look like this?
Mon, 07 Jan 2013Designer Josiah LaCalla has taken a stab at what a Ford Mustang-based Lincoln model might look like with the Continental Mark X1 concept. Make no mistake, Ford's luxury arm has made it abundantly clear that it won't be pursuing any new products outside of volume models, which means a flashy halo grand tourer like the one you see here isn't in the cards. LaColla used the Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG as a basis for his creation, which explains the long nose, but we certainly don't mind the idea of a rear-wheel drive Lincoln with a cabin pushed to the aft.
While we're dreaming, there's certainly nothing stopping us from imagining what's under that lengthy hood. We like the idea of the 5.8-liter supercharged V8 from the Shelby GT500 pushing the Mark X1 down the road, but how about something a little more inventive? Something like a high-revving, buttery V12 with enough torque to push the contraption well past 200 miles per hour. Dream a little dream, people.
Lincoln's first shipment of cars arrives in China
Mon, 15 Sep 2014It has been two years since Lincoln first announced its plans to expand into China, and the first models destined for sale in the giant automotive market just came off the boat in Shanghai on September 10. It's going to be a few weeks before Chinese buyers actually have the chance to get behind the wheel, though.
The first two models being offered to China are the MKZ and MKC, as seen arriving in these photos, and they are going to be sold at dealers that look more like hotels than traditional showrooms. The first four are opening in Beijing, Shanghai and Hangzhou in October, with a grand unveiling of the new brand to Chinese consumers later that month. By the end of the year, Lincoln wants to have eight dealers operating in seven cities. By 2016, the automaker wants to have a lineup of five models available in the People's Republic.
"This is the culmination of months of teamwork and collaboration both in North America and here in China," said Robert Parker, President of Lincoln China, in the company's release.
