2006 Lexus Gs430 Low Mileage California Car Navigation 4-door Luxury Sedan V8 on 2040-cars
Woodland Hills, California, United States

Clean California car - never seen snow, always garaged, only Mobil 1 synthetic oil. 2 owner - I purchased Lexus pre-owned certified from local Southern California dealer. Low miles - less than 70,000. Everything works, no excuses, nothing missing, have both keys, and owner's manual, as well as cargo net in trunk and all original floor mats. Clean California title, registration paid through May 2015, just smogged (passed easily, as always). Have two others cars so no longer need. Great highway cruiser but does fine around town as well. 300HP V8 (same body style as GS350 but GS 350 is comparatively underpowered).
More options and features than most 2014 vehicles, including 6-speed automatic transmission, 4-wheel ABS disc brakes w/ BrakeAssist, Traction control, Stability control, Front and rear side airbags and full length curtain airbags, Navigation w/ voice command, Bluetooth connectivity, Parking sensors, Dual automatic zone climate control for A/C / heat, Ventilated front seats, Heated seats, Cooled seats, Power sunroof, Backup camera, Mark-Levinson multi-CD changer, Keyless entry (2 keys), Power rear sunscreen, Folding mirrors, Automatic xenon headlights, Daytime running lights, Fog lights, Automatic windshield wipers, Alarm, Cruise control, and more. Edmunds.com's review called it "the best sport sedan from Japan in its price range, and it may even be the best sedan in its class."
$17,995 FIRM, cash or bank check only. For financing, rates can't be
beat at Logix credit union, up to 125% financing is available to cover taxes, extended warranty from a third party, etc., and anyone can join the credit union (I financed another vehicle through them, and became a member that way, but am otherwise unaffiliated). |

Lexus is sending its 2017 RC F GT3 to do battle in the US and Japan
Fri, Jan 13 2017Bare carbon fiber doesn't do much to tone down the swoopy, animal RC F GT3, does it? This is the latest tweak of the Lexus GT3 racer, which appeared in an earlier spec with the American team F Performance Racing. (Incidentally, the team changed its name to 3GT Racing recently to further differentiate itself from Lexus.) The latest RC F racer will compete in IMSA and Super GT racing. Lexus will field two cars in each series. Since GT3 and the Japanese GT300 cars share a spec, this RC F GT3 will race as an RC F GT300 in Japan with the LM Corsa team. On our side of the Pacific, the car will debut at the 24 Hours of Daytona on January 29th, and compete with the aforementioned 3GT Racing team in the GTD category of the IMSA Championship Series. Barring any unannounced changes, the 2,756-pound coupe will pack a front-mounted V8 derived from the production RC F's engine and tuned to deliver over 540 horsepower, depending on series regulations. It should be mentioned that in Japan, the car will race alongside its bigger brother, the LC 500 GT500 car, which we told you about last year. What to do if the infotainment in your Lexus isn't working
Wed, Jun 8 2016According to Toyota, "errant data from our traffic and weather data service provider" caused the infotainment systems in 2014-2016 Lexus vehicles and the 2016 Toyota Land Cruiser to go into some sort of endless reboot loop. The video above shows what that looks like, in case you're interested. Obviously, it's not good – the malfunction means the audio systems, navigation and climate control systems aren't working properly, and that the hands-free mobile phone function won't work. Apparently, some owners were able to manually fix their cars by disconnecting the battery cables for 10 minutes, which forces the car's computer systems to restart. But Toyota isn't officially suggesting that people take that action. Instead, "Toyota and Lexus owners experiencing these issues should visit their dealer for a complimentary system reset and a confirmation of the system," the automaker said in a statement. It's worth noting that issues with the usability of modern infotainment systems have caused customer satisfaction scores to drop. Lexus, though, has been mostly immune to such complaints, having come in first place in J.D. Power's most recent Vehicle Dependability study. Not that you should automatically trust those findings, anyway... Related Video: This content is hosted by a third party. To view it, please update your privacy preferences. Manage Settings. Lexus LF-C2 Concept shows polarizing looks are here to stay
Wed, 19 Nov 2014Well, that's one question answered. When Lexus released the first teaser for its LF-C2 Concept, we figured it'd be one of two things - either it'd be a convertible based on the LF-LC Concept car or it'd be a thinly veiled concept version of the RC Convertible. Turns out, it's kind of both.
The LF-LC styling straddles the wilder, concepty looks of the LF-LC and the still wild, but more grounded, looks of the RC. That doesn't mean it's not a polarizing piece of design, with Lexus styling trademarks like the dominating spindle grille and separate LED running lights. Lexus' knife-edge cuts and folds in the bodywork have been toned down relative to past concepts, but the overall look here, particularly in the rear fenders, is rather busy.
"The LF-C2 concept shows what's in store for our brand's future design direction," Lexus boss Jeff Bracken said. "This concept shows consumers around the world Lexus' devotion to emotional designs as well as our passion for an exceptional driving experience."
