2001 Lexus GS300 in very good condition. Always a California car, driven by non-smoker. Mostly highway miles. Car purchased used for 24K in 2004 at Lexus of Riverside with 40k miles on it. Most service records saved since purchase. All repairs done at Lexus of Riverside. Some oil and filter changes done at EZlube. Comes with all keys and manuals that came with the car. The exterior is mostly in good shape, but there are miscellaneous blemishes on the paint here and there. There is also a small dent on the hood. There is a picture of this small dent. The white paint is one the most beautiful sparkling paint jobs I have ever seen. The interior is mostly good, but there is some wear and tear. Mostly on console and steering wheel. The back seat and carpeting are in fair to poor shape. But a good cleaning should take care of it. The engine is strong, air conditioning is awesome. There is a slight noise that goes on and off that seems to be coming from the air conditioner vent, but I have never had a problem with it. All in all, this is a wonderful vehicle with lots of life left. Would prefer local pick up or buyer to handle all shipping arrangements and costs. Will accept paypal, bank check or cash.

Thu, 17 May 2012Automobile Magazine scribe Jason Cammisa was sent into the desert to referee four carbon-fiber-bodied wild animals fighting it out over the quarter mile: the V8 McLaren MP4-12C, the V10 Lexus LFA, the V12 Lamborghini Aventador and the W16 Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport. It's a tough job, innit?
The Head 2 Head race was run elimination style, with the winner of each two-up challenge facing the next devil up the totem pole. Although you might not have any doubts about the eventual victor, how each of these supercars fared is good watching. See all the screaming for yourself in the video below.
Lexus RC F resurfaces with Carbon Package
Wed, 22 Jan 2014Take one look at the new Lexus RC F and it'll be fairly obvious that Toyota's luxury division went to considerable lengths to make the new muscle coupe look the part. Still, there will always be those looking for that extra measure of visual aggression. And for them, Lexus is reportedly offering this carbon-fiber package.
The kit apparently includes a new hood (complete with central air vent), roof and active rear spoiler, all made of carbon fiber. The parts in question are particularly evident when installed on the white example of the RC F pictured here, giving it an even racier look than the stock model.
We've yet to receive official details from Lexus on the availability of the Carbon Package, so we don't know how much it will cost - or for that matter, if the components have been recrafted from actual carbon fiber or whether the woven bits simply overlay the existing panels as is often the case with aftermarket parts. But while we wait for official word, you can check out the images that have been circulating the internet in the gallery above.
