Here at Land Rovers UK we have for sale many Defender 90 Station Wagons in left hand drive powered by the 2.5 Diesel and Turbo Diesel as well as the very rare 3.5 V8 Gasoline Engine.

These Defenders are undergoing mechanical preparation and awaiting a specification from you. As soon as the specification is agreed and a deposit placed we shall have this Defender painted, trimmed and tested. From the point of deposit being placed your chosen Defender shall be ready for shipment in approximately 12 weeks. 

All of our Defender’s are subject to a full inspection and overhaul by our team of fully qualified technicians and are only available for delivery when we are satisfied that they meet our exacting quality approved standard and are in the condition of their lives and will make yourself, its perspective new owner one very lucky, happy and enviable person.

As a company we source the world for the very best examples of 25 year old Defenders that are genuine, authentic and above all on a solid chassis, the main platform of the Defender. The Custom Build Process:

The very first stage of our Defender 90 build involves us working tirelessly through the working parts and structure of the vehicle looking for faults and worn components; replacing and refurbishing as we go. Anything we found to be faulty - we either fix or replace - simple!. We ensure that all of our vehicle and its parts are either new or as good as new (including all steering, braking and suspension components). The engines have a full major service including a timing belt change.  The vehicle is then extensively road-tested. All of our 90s come to you fully warrantied against mechanical, hydraulic and electrical breakdown or failure.  Your enjoyment and safety are guaranteed.  Our after sales service is second to none and we are here to support you wherever you are in the world.

Following our extensive mechanical preparation we then treat the corrosion free chassis to a full and intensive coating of WaxOyl to protect it from any future corrosion.

With this high level of structural, mechanical and electrical satisfaction achieved the vehicle is then handed over to our paint team to prepare, paint and polish inside and out to its as new finish in a colour chosen by yourself.

The work that goes into our vehicles is extraordinary. It really is not your typical re-spray. This is a full unique customisation to the highest possible standards. Book yourself a flight- come on over and see for yourselves. It is eye-catching - breathtaking and above all its authentic. All three doors are replaced for brand new units by our body shop team.  We replace all doors as policy for brand new units, all internal door components and door cards are also new or as new!! Our paint process takes approximately two weeks and this included for the mirror finish that the pictures - as good as they are - do not show!! Upon leaving the body shop the vehicle has a brand new windscreen and rubber seal fitted and at the same time new door rubbers, window seals, alpine light seals and rear load area windows are all installed.

The interior floor surfaces are then newly carpeted in a classic black finish, the headlining is replaced with a brand new light grey option, the seating is hand made to order and you have many options including leather. We have master craftsman at hand to tailor build you a one off interior or to stitch your name or logo into the seat. With our know how and resource and our market leading seal of approval anything is possible. All of the seat belts are replaced for new. We also add a Sony CD stereo with up-rated audio speakers equipped to take an Ipod/Iphone.

The D-90 model can carry multiple passengers, of all ages, in various combinations. What better a way to transport yourselves around than in this awesome Land Rovers UK built machine. There is no component overlooked, untested or disregarded. At LRUK we take our American specified Defenders to an incomparable level.

You will find that the Defender cruises along very well on its 16” standard wheels however alternative options and upgrades are available. We shall always fit market leading General Grabber or B F Goodrich tyres. Getting in and out can easily be assisted by adding a pair of tubular side steps or individual steps all round.  We shall also equip our Defenders with a swing away spare wheel carrier to remove the strain upon the lower section of the back door and to make rear door opening that bit easier. All lighting is replaced new and the vehicle is then subject to an independent UK MOT (an annual test in the UK in which vehicles are tested on automobile safety and roadworthiness).

As mentioned above from point of deposit being placed your Defender shall be ready for shipment in approximately 12 weeks. Following on from the placement of your order and the production of your custom machine we shall then prepare your Defender for shipment.

Shipping & Customs:

Shipping is not included within the price of this vehicle. If your chosen destination for shipping is not listed please contact us for a quotation. We shall handle all export documentation within the UK. Load your precious Defender into a container on Quay and provide you with the necessary tracking information to watch her sail across the ocean. We can assist with your importation and customs clearance, Stateside, by providing you with details of our agents in the USA. The vehicle importation process can be an uneasy and uncertain task however we take all of this anxiety away by offering full support guidance and assistance and if required we can along with Masterpiece Intl handle this entire process for you.   

We fully guarantee this Defender shall clear customs and we shall provide all relevant documentation to confirm its age and its authenticity. We have the date of build certificate from Land Rover HQ confirming when the vehicle was made.

A full customs clearance is guaranteed and this is further backed in our terms and conditions contract stating a full refund should an issue in customs arise. Thats right folks, we will give you every $ back!! (Due to our extensive knowledge we haven’t had to do this to date and this is added for your piece of mind and reassurance). We are in constant talk with CBP, DOT and EPA on the import rules and regulations surrounding the Defender and are fully aware of what we can and cannot do! These rules are strictly adhered to.
