*****************CANDY APPLE RED LAMBORGHINI******************

1992 V/12 Lamborghini Diablo

This is an incredible example of a true super car legend. If you've ever wanted to own a Lambo, then this is the one for you! I've babied and garaged this machine since the day I got it and it shows!

Interior.

Beautiful custom candy apple red paint job! A real head turner wherever she goes.

New custom leather interior top to bottom surrounds you in lavish luxury with all new plush jet black carpet and Lamborghini mats.

You'll find the seats have been widened three inches so size doesn't matter almost anyone can drive her, and added lumbar support to the drivers side for a far more comfortable ride.

Complete with a CD/DVD/NAV/Rear view camera because lets face it, you'd cry if you were to back her into anything!

Mechanical.

Two new fuel pumps, a new alternator and battery, front calipers. A new clutch, fly wheel, throw out bearings, pressure plate, main seal....basically everything between the engine and trans as of 3-9-2012.

New front and rear tires, belts and new brake pads. Road force balanced and nitrogen filled.

Basically she's been gone through with a fine tooth comb from front to rear replacing everything that was needed to be replaced in order to drive like the day she came off the showroom floor. To top this off this car has only accumulated 2780 miles per year for the last 21 years!

Because of all the work and my meticulousness WORDS CANNOT EXPRESS THE DRIVING EXPERIENCE!!! She's fast, handles like a true dream sports car should. You will NEVER forget the day you drive away in this Lamborghini!

Look at the pictures! any questions please feel free to ask.

Petrolicious cruises with a high-mile Lamborghini 400 GT

Wed, Dec 9 2015

When a sports car is as beautiful as a 1967 Lamborghini 400 GT 2+2, it belongs on the road for people to see, and Jack Riddell definitely gives folks plenty of opportunities to check out his red Lambo. He has owned the grand tourer since 1972 and put well over 200,000 miles on the odometer in that time. They earn the spotlight in the latest clip from Petrolicious after previously appearing on Jay Leno's Garage. Riddell's constant use of the coupe is exactly what Ferruccio Lamborghini would have wanted. The company made the 400 GT to eat up huge stretches of road at high speed through Europe. The beautiful sound of the 4.0-liter V12 beckoned the driver to keep going just a little more. Riddell got lucky when he found the 400 GT and refused to let it go. Now the Lambo is like an old pal to him. He jokes about a few of the coupe's foibles, but after hundreds of thousands of miles together, they clearly have a deep connection. Related Video:

Lamborghini hopes to keep combustion engines alive beyond 2030

Sat, Feb 12 2022

FRANKFURT — Volkswagen's supercar brand Lamborghini is looking to keep combustion engine vehicles alive beyond the end of the decade, the unit's Chief Executive Stephan Winkelmann told a German weekly newspaper. "After hybridization, we will wait to see whether it will be possible to offer vehicles with an internal combustion engine beyond 2030," he told Welt am Sonntag. "One possibility would be to keep combustion engine vehicles alive via synthetic fuels." Winkelmann last month said Lamborghini planned to roll out its first fully electric model at the end of this decade, underscoring a more cautious approach after comments last year that a release was planned for second half of the decade. Lamborghini, as well as key rivals Ferrari, Aston Martin Lagonda and McLaren, are wrestling with how to shift their ranges to battery power without losing the high performance that supports their premium pricing. Lamborghini Asterion LPI 910-4 is silent but deadly [w/video]

Thu, 02 Oct 2014

The weirdest thing happened last night. During the annual Volkswagen Group Night festivities, everyone waited in anticipation for the Lamborghini section of the press conference. It's usually a treat for the senses - cool to look at, backed up by a ferocious sound that bellows throughout the venue. But not this time. There was no music, there were no laser lights, and most remarkably, there was no sound. The Lamborghini Asterion LPI 910-4 drove onto stage under fully silent electric power. Audibly, at least, it was perhaps the most anti-climactic Lambo introduction we've ever witnessed.
And that's the big story with this new Lamborghini concept: it's a plug-in hybrid. Of course, it's still a product of the storied Italian supercar maker, so that electric powertrain is mated to a 5.2-liter V10, and total system output is rated at a staggering 910 horsepower. It'll run up to 31 miles on pure electric power at speeds of up to 78 miles per hour, and its 0-62 time is estimated to be three seconds flat. Top speed? 199 mph. In other words, it may be capable of silence, but it still carries a stick, and it's still very much a Lambo.
So will the company actually build something like this? Right now, it doesn't look likely. Back in August at the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance, Autoblog spoke with Lamborghini boss Stephan Winkelmann about the then-off-the-record Asterion concept, who told us that if the automaker should choose to expand its model range, the bigger priority right now would be the Urus crossover. This is merely just a way to show how Lamborghini might present a gasoline-electric vehicle. And after scoping it out in person here at the Paris Motor Show, we have to say, it's cool. The styling is a bit softer and understated compared to the audacious Aventador or angular Huracán. But it still has quite a presence and it's still very much a Raging Bull.
