2008 Lamborghini Superleggera finished in Grigio Telesto exterior with black Alcantara interior. The SL is powered by a 5.0L V10 producing 530HP with a 6 speed E-gear transmission.  This car is nearly loaded with every factory option besides homelink and a fire extinguisher.  It is equipped with Carbon Ceramic Brakes, Navigation, Carbon Fiber Interior, Carbon Fiber Exterior (including large wing),  Rear Backup Camera, & Superleggera Floor Mats.  I have also installed a few tasteful mods which include an LNB exhaust, Fabspeed bypass pipes, tinted windows, upgraded steering wheel, and also lowered the car.  The SL is also wrapped with a clear bra in the front and a portion of the rear to help protect the finish.

This Superleggera is 1 of 172 in the US for 2008 and 1 of 34 in this color.  I’m the second owner of the car and purchased it in Aug 2012 with 8000 miles.   I had the car fully inspected and properly detailed at delivery.  I also changed the fluids and put a new set of Michelin Pilot Super Sports on all four corners.  The clutch snap showed approx. 30% remaining at that time.  Over the last couple of years the car has always been garaged, professionally maintained, and detailed.   I have all service records and receipts from the time I purchased the car.

Please feel free to send a message if you would like any additional information or pictures.  Bid with confidence.  100% Ebay feedback and I have bought/sold numerous cars over the past few years.  PPI is welcome anywhere in the Columbus area at buyers expense.  Will ship at buyers expense anywhere in the US.

Lamborghini owner parks Countach near London Tower Bridge, everyone freaks

Fri, 10 Oct 2014

With its razor-sharp wedge shape, high performance and minuscule ride height, the Lamborghini Countach has always been a supercar made to be gawked at and grab attention. Even the model's name supposedly comes from an Italian exclamation. But not all recognition is positive, as is the case with this Lamborghini illegally parked within sight of London's famed Tower Bridge.
According to The Telegraph, this white Countach was reportedly abandoned after running out of fuel, blocking a lane in the process. In that time, someone apparently attempted to scratch off part of its no-parking sticker. In the end, the supercar was hooked up and lifted onto a flatbed truck to be towed away, drawing a sizable crowd in the process. Those interviewed seemed pretty upset and mystified that someone would illegally park the car there.
According to The Telegraph, the owner was traced via license plate, whereupon it was discovered there was a warrant out for his arrest on harassment charges. He was subsequently arrested in London and later released on bail. Sadly, there's no word yet on whether the classic Lamborghini was released with its owner or if its angular self is sitting in an impound lockup somewhere.

Lamborghini Huracan Super Trofeo gets teaser trailer before Pebble Beach debut

Fri, 01 Aug 2014

Lamborghini first tipped us to the coming arrival of its race-ready Huracán Super Trofeo, with this dark-and-camouflaged teaser image a few weeks back. Slated to replace the venerable Gallardo Super Trofeo in the brand's one-make series, the Huracán flavored for racing duty should result in a faster field.
However, before the new Super Trofeo car debuts on host circuits for the North American, European and Asian iterations of the series, it'll get a share of the spotlight at Pebble Beach. Lamborghini is scheduled to pull the wrapper off its new racecar at The Quail on August 15 - an event we're sure to be in attendance for.
Until then, we can offer up one more pulse-pounding teaser of the new Huracán, in the form of a new official video. The Super Trofeo Lamborghini is still wearing its under cover uniform in this bit, and the camera darts from focus to blur with irritating regularity, but you'll get the idea.

Low-rider Lamborghinis, motorcycle gangs and Yakuza make Underground Hero a must watch

Tue, 23 Jul 2013

Japan's Yakuza are some of the most dangerous and feared criminals on the planet, known for a disturbing level of commitment and honor. Just do some research on yubitsume to see what we mean.
Underground Hero: Love To Hate Me is a video from Luke Huxham, that takes a look inside Yakuza car culture, showing that these dangerous criminals aren't all that different from normal enthusiasts when it comes to their cars. Focusing on Shinichi Moroboshi, owner of a modified Lamborghini Diablo and someone we wouldn't be interested in angering, it focuses both on his life in the Yakuza and just what drew him towards the Diablo.
There's also an interesting look at Japan's modding culture, where neon chassis lighting is still alive and well. The effect it has on these cars, mostly from Lamborghini, is actually pretty dramatic, almost classy. The video also focuses on Bosozoku, in this case, Japanese motorcycle gangs. These aren't your Harley-Davidson riding Hell's Angels, rather, these riders lean toward tricked out Hondas and Suzukis (heavily modified cars are also a staple of Bosozoku culture).
