There are scuffs on all 4 wheels, no structural damage. the vehicle has clear bra installed and can be removed. Overall paint is in excellent condition, the is a small chip on front bumper and that's really the only noticeable mark on the front without scrutinizing the front end. the Lr bumper has a very light scuff that can not be seen without looking for it. the interior is in very good condition with no rips or tears. I believe overall the car is in very good to excellent condition. The vehicle has normal wear for a 16,000 mile vehicle and is in no way abused. The only mechanical issued known about on the car is the clutch. Most people would never say anything, but I will, I'm very honest. check my feedback to verify. The clutch has a very brief/intermittent flare up or light slip on high rpm shifts or full accells, it does not affect performance really at all. The vehicle will need a replacement at some point,$2500 to 5,000 to replace"

Up for auction is a 2008 Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder  with 16,200 miles on it.  I  will represent this vehicle to the best of my ability. I know how hard it is to purchase a vehicle online that is very far away, so I'm honest, check my feedback.  The vehicle will be available for inspection to any serious buyer.  The vehicle is in very good to excellent condition all the way around.  The known items I know of will be listed.  The vehicle is a pearl yellow and black interior.  The paint is in excellent condition with a few flaws.  The front bumper has on very small chip, through the clearbra . The LR bumper has a scuff that is very hard to see unless you look for it.  The majority of the vehicle is covered in clearbra and paint is in perfect condition underneath.  the drivers rocker has some very light scuffing , not scratches, caused from a shoe or something.  Overall the paint is in excellent condition and shows normal wear for a used car.  the vehicle has history on carfax of one accident in 2008.  The vehicle struck a parking pylon on the rf and damaged the bumper skin.  The owners were going to pay out of pocket until they found out the cost.  This was the only reason for the claim.  The front bumper cover was replaced, looks perfect, can't even tell anything ever happened.  The carfax score is still above the highest normal score.   The interior is in excellent condition with normal seat wear as shown, no rips tears or fading.  the panels and trim all look in great condition.  The wheels on the vehicle all have scuffing or light scratches , due to rubbing up against something.  I was told 50.00 per wheel for refinish.  All 4 tires have about 2-4 32nds of tread remaining, but still in good condition.   The only mechanical issue with the car is,  the clutch has a slight/intermittent slip or flare up on high rpm shifts or accell.  This has not affected the performance at all.  this is a very brief split second issue.  The vehicle will need a clutch at some point.  I would feel safe driving this car across country in its current condition, clutch works fine.   the clutch will cost 2,500.00 to 5,000.00 to replace, depending on who does it.   THIS IS A TRUE MANUAL 6-SPEED CAR, NOT AND E-GEAR VEHICLE.   Everything on the vehicle works fine with no issues unless described.  I have a clear title in hand, no leins.  This is a beautiful car and turns heads everywhere it goes.  This is my first Lambo, I've always had American cars, Vipers, ZR1's and GT40's.  The lambo handles and drives beautiful, I just want my RWD high horse power American muscle back.   If the car does not sell, I'm installing a twin turbo kit on it.   I'm looking for a Hennessey TT Viper, so I'm open to trades.  This car isn't being sold because there is a problem, I just want something else.   I'm open to reasonable serious offers,I believe this is a great price for this car, no tire kickers please.   The vehicle will remain in my garage until paid in full, wire clears, check clears or cash in hand.     SERIOUR INQUIRES CAN BE DIRECTED TO ME AT 816-721-9421  ,  ASK FOR MARK.  Vehicle does not have back up camera.

Lamborghini teases new Huracan GT3

Tue, 07 Oct 2014

The Volkswagen Group supports many racing programs among its various brands, but somewhat surprisingly, Lamborghini is not chief among them. Not by a long shot. But even Lambo is getting in on the action with the upcoming launch of the Huracán GT3 previewed in this latest video clip from testing at the Vallelunga circuit near Rome.
The new Huracán GT3 will be Lamborghini's first major in-house competitive racing project, building on the Huracán Super Trofeo spec racer and the previous Gallardo and Murciélago racers that were developed by Reiter Engineering (with varying levels of support from the factory).
Expect the Huracán GT3 to be based closely on the production version, but in order to comply with FIA GT3 class regulations, we can expect that it will have to shed a good few hundred pounds off its curb weight - even more if the Squadra Corse wants to keep the 5.2-liter V10 at the same 600-horsepower output it boasts in road-going trim.

These were our favorite cars of 2022

Tue, Dec 20 2022

Favorite cars is different than best cars. The idea of "best" can speak to value and overall competitiveness in a given vehicle segment. There's lots of objectivity involved and to do a "best" list right, one really must be very thorough and as scientific as possible. This is not that list. This is about our favorites, so objectivity be damned. If we liked a Challenger Hellcat because it made loud noises or a Honda Odyssey because it made for a particularly special family vacation, fair game. These were the cars that most spoke to our collection of editors and the ones that stayed in our minds and hung in our hearts long after they left our driveway. — Senior Editor James Riswick 2022 GMC Hummer EV Senior Editor, Green, John Beltz Snyder: I didn't particularly expect to like the new Hummer. I wasn't a fan of the Hummer H2 or H3, so I wasn't automatically enthusiastic about this electric reboot. Fast EVs aren't hard to come by — and, in fact, may be too easy to come by — so its performance specs weren't enough to win me over. Despite videos to the contrary, pickups aren't my favorite vehicular format. And its excessive size and weight turned me off ... until I finally got behind the wheel.  This thing is wildly entertaining to drive. Watts to Freedom launch control is a neat party trick, sure, but the novelty wears off quickly. The novelty of Crab Walk, however, has staying power. The rear-wheel steering makes this behemoth feel much smaller than it is — the maneuverability is incredible, and useful. The air suspension provides tons of clearance, including a ridiculously high-riding Extract mode. I can't wait for lesser versions of the Hummer to make their way to market. Give me less power (for less money), but keep the off-road tricks onboard, and I'll be a happy camper. Senior Editor, Consumer, Jeremy Korzeniewski: If I could afford to put one of these in my driveway, I would. Sadly, I can't, so I won't (What's that, Janet? I got the lyric wrong?). Still, I love the dumb thing. Thankfully, I have another choice down below. 2022 Porsche 911 GT3 Associate Editor Byron Hurd: Yeah, duh, Porsches are good. But there's good, and then there's GT3. This is the feeling every performance-oriented RWD tuner is trying to replicate. This is hard, precise, surgical and immensely satisfying. To begin to explore this car on a public road is by itself an admission that you believe yourself to be above the rules as they apply to normal drivers.

2020 Lamborghini Huracan EVO First Drive Review | Sant'Agata's killer app

Wed, Jan 23 2019

Lamborghini is, and always has been, all about the drama. Its cars epitomize excess, with chiseled lines, raucous engines, and boldface attitude. The last special Huracan, the Performante, was no exception — a track-focused special with trick active aero. For the latest Huracan, Lamborghini is taking a different tack: the 2020 Huracan EVO, short for evolution, embraces a ton of tech in the interest of building a quicker, more versatile car. That means there's some give and take. While the howling, naturally aspirated 631 horsepower V10 plucked from the Performante remains untouched, virtually every other piece of the EVO's performance hardware and software has been digitally upgraded or enhanced. That means the Performante's ALA (Aerodinamica Lamborghini Attiva) system, which vectors airflow in order to maximize corner speed, is out — but a trick four-wheel steering system, adapted from the range-topping Aventador, is in. Evolution, indeed. Even without ALA, the EVO's new fixed aerodynamic setup produces significantly more downforce than the outgoing base Huracan. A series of splitters, ducts and a new fixed, slotted spoiler produce seven times more downforce than the old model. At 174 mph, airflow presses the insectoid EVO down with 161 pounds at the front and 132 pounds at the rear — splitting the vast difference between the base Huracan and the Performante's maximum of 770 pounds at 193 mph. That rearward pressure is being particularly important because it minimizes the Huracan's well-documented tail skittishness during hard braking. EVO is also the first Lamborghini to feature torque vectoring and a new drivetrain ECU called LDVI, or Lamborghini Dinamica Veicolo Integrata, which orchestrates the car's dynamic systems. While drivers won't feel the system's g-force enhancements while sitting in rush hour traffic, they will appreciate the new 8.4-inch multi-gesture touchscreen. Mounted low on the center console, the screen manages a host of features including climate control, an upgraded navigation system with realtime traffic, and stereo functions. The system is Apple CarPlay compatible, with Android Auto coming soon. Want to monitor the behind-the-scenes drivetrain sorcery? The screen can depict torque vectoring levels, g-force and steering angle via a slick overhead vehicle schematic. It doesn't go as far as the Nissan GT-R's datafest, but it does use the interface in the same spirit.
