2005 LAMBORGHINI GALLARDO

I AM SELLING THIS FOR A FRIEND OF MINE WHO IS GOING THROUGH A DIVORCE SO HIS PROJECT HAS TO GO.

GALLARDO HAD FLOOD DAMAGE BUT SINCE THEN MOST OF THIS WAS FIXED

ENGINE CRANKS FROM UNDERNEATH BUT NOT FROM KEY YET AS HE BOUGHT A NEW KEY AND BARREL BUT YOU NEED TO GO TO LAMBO TO GET THEM TO MARRY THIS TO THE CAR AND HE DIDNT GET AROUND TO DOING THIS YET

ONLY 1750 MILES WAS EVER DRIVEN IN THIS CAR

TIRES ETC ARE LIKE NEW

STUNNING COLOR

OWNING LAMBOS MYSELF I LOOKED OVER THE CAR FOR HIM AND I THINK IT NEEDS THIS TO FINISH

SOME WIRING UNDER DASH

NEW DIALS

NEW HEADLAMPS

UNLOCK OF CAR SECURITY BY LAMBO

2 NEW WINDOW MOTORS

SEAT TRACKS AND ELECTRICS

THERE MIGHT BE A BIT MORE BUT NOT MUCH

I PERSONALLY HAVE CRANKED THE CAR FROM THE STARTER AND IT TRIED TO FIRE UP BUT DUE TO THE SECURITY KEEPING THE PUMPS OFF IT WOULDNT START

Just had a look on EBay and most of the parts needed are there

                                                                                                                                                                       A guy called exotic_auto_recycling

I looked through and most of the bits you need come to around 5k list so if you are buying everything from him I bet it would be cheaper.

Car already had the actuators (flappy paddles), computers, fuse boxes all replaced

I am adding this as its from the original Auction where the car came from. If you look in the lower right hand corner under features this is the OFFICIAL Insurance repair estimate, not mine or Lambos. It also states what the car is worth on the left next to ACV.

Is this the new Lamborghini Huracan?

Thu, 19 Dec 2013

All aboard the Leak Train! While we know that all the official images and details are coming soon, the Lamborghini Huracan (if that is its real name...) is showing up all over the internet (Automobile Magazine Hong Kong's Facebook page, for instance) in a dashing yellow paint scheme. While we're not presently able to confirm or deny the accuracy of these seven leaked images, when compared to the spy shots we've already seen, we can say they look convincingly real.
If they're legit, what we're looking at is the replacement for the Lamborghini Gallardo, which first went into production way back in 2003 and has gone on to sell an astonishing 14,022 units, a record for the Italian brand. Put another way, the Huracan has very large shoes to fill. Judging by its badge, which reads LP610-4, it will be doing so with 610 horsepower and all-wheel drive.
Take a look at the seven images above, and stay tuned for the full official floodgates to open in very short order.

Watch the Lamborghini Egoista fire up on stage

Mon, 13 May 2013

Seeing the wild Lamborghini Egoista is one thing, but hearing the single-seat concept car fire to life in all its glory is something entirely different. Visitors at the Lamborghini 50th anniversary celebration in Sant' Agata got that rare opportunity when the Egoista made its presence felt. Nothing says, "I have arrived" quite like a 5.2-liter V10 barking at the crowd. It may not be the prettiest belle at the ball, but it has the pipes to make even the most jaded among us weak in the knees.
You can catch the clip of the machine firing up in the brief (and sadly shaky) video below. We've also included a more polished video recap from the anniversary celebration. Something tells us you don't need a reason to spend a few minutes watching classic Lamborghini models prancing through Italy. You're welcome.

Jay Leno's Garage gets agrarian with Lamborghini tractor

Mon, 24 Dec 2012

Stepping away from the trendy and arcane, the next guest in Jay Leno's Garage is a 1968-69 Lamborghini R485 tractor. In case there's anyone who doesn't know, the same Ferruccio Lamborghini ultimately responsible for giving us the Aventador started off making tractors in his native Italy after World War II.
The specs are a long way from anything we'd expect from the company's road-going products. The vineyard and orchard tractor has a 5.0-liter, four-cylinder engine that produces 85 horsepower and 350 foot-pounds of torque, a two-foot clutch and 12 forward gears that get it from 0.3 miles per hour to 14 mph. It's also got a starter motor from a Countach.
There's a whole lot more interesting info on the farm implement, the man who built it and the man who currently owns it in the episode below.
