This is a Lamborghini Replica set on a 1987 Pontiac Fiero chassis. It has the original 4 cylinder motor. It runs and drives fine but could use a tuneup...

I purchased this car as a project car.. It is about 50% complete. Some of the work on it was done poorly and needs to be redone.. It needs a lot of work to be show worthy but seriously turns heads as is and gets loads of attention.. I simply do not have the time to take on the project and cant see it wasting away in my garage waiting on me to get around to it. I have had the car for about 6 months and have done nothing with it ... It is exactly how I got it right now.. I have not looked deeply at it so there may be more wrong with it than I have seen on the immediate surface.. I do not want anyone to think  am hiding or intentionally misleading in this sale.. Please ask as many questions as you want I will answer them to the best of my ability..

Note... Please serious bidders only!!!  DO NOT BID ON THIS UNLESS YOU HAVE THE MONEY AND FULLY INTEND TO COME PICK IT UP AS IS!!!!!!!

I will not ship this vehicle or deliver it to you Purchaser MUST make all arrangements for transportation after purchase...

A Non Refundable $2,000.00 Deposit is required immediately upon winning this auction and the remaining balance can be paid in cash, Money order or Cashiers check when picking up the car..

Happy Bidding

Ken Block and friends race light in silly-beautiful Castrol commercial

Wed, 28 May 2014

How does one make fast, loud, drifting cars better? Well, you can add more fast, loud, drifting cars or you can add lasers. Either or, really. In this case, Castrol did the right thing and added both, creating a highly stylized commercial for its Edge Titanium motor oil starring South African racer Adrian Zaugg, BMW factory driver Augusto Farfus, Audi DTM and Le Mans staple Mike Rockenfeller and some bloke named Ken Block.
Their cars? No surprise, but Block is in his Ford Fiesta GRC, while Zaugg samples a Lamborghini Aventador and Farfus and Rockenfeller drive along party lines, with a BMW M4 and an Audi R8, respectively. And those cars look good, too, thanks to the creative light and laser work on display.
Take a look below for the video from Castrol.

Twin-turbo Lamborghini ignites at 250 mph

Wed, 18 Sep 2013

Yesterday we covered a crash at the Unlimited 500+ drag race in Moscow, featuring a Nissan GT-R, but today brings better news: a Lamborghini Gallardo making 2,005 horsepower successfully went 250 miles per hour on the one-mile strip in 23.9 seconds without crashing. That's the good part. The bad part is the single-serving supercar burst into flames immediately after it crossed the finish line. Fortunately the driver was able to quickly bring the Lamborghini to a stop and get out of the car, but we have a feeling it will need some engine work before it sees any more action. That and perhaps a new paint job.
Underground Racing tuned the Gallardo LP570-4 Superleggera's V10 to such an astronomical power output with the help of what sounds like twin-turbochargers (which is typical of UR builds). But despite the very impressive mile time, it's still hard not to feel sorry for the poor engine, which just couldn't take the pressure. Watch the 2,005-hp Gallardo reach 250 mph - then catch fire - in the video below.

Lamborghini teases engine sound, but of Sesto Elemento or Cabrera?

Tue, 26 Nov 2013

Lamborghini has launched a website for something it calls the Hexagon Project. The mysterious page asks that you submit your email address, and then it gives you a taste of glorious V10 engine noise, with the message: "Listen to your instinct. Discover the roar of a new creature from Lamborghini. That will be just the beginning."
But where is that wonderful noise going to come from? Since we don't see Lambo launching a front-engined, front-drive minivan in the near future, we're guessing it'll be found in the back of some low-slung, edgy super car.
In our minds, that leaves two candidates. The popular opinion, perpetuated by our friends at Jalopnik, is that this is the engine for Lambo's Gallardo replacement, rumored to be called the Cabrera. This is a sound guess, although the naming of the site, Hexagon Project, makes us think that there's more to it all than just the Cabrera's new engine.
