Car History

This car was used as a racetrack car at the Las Vegas speedway. Professional drivers would take tourists around the track for a few laps. Car was meticulously maintained, in fact it was over-serviced. I bought the car when it had 28,000 miles on it. I use it all the time and even rent it for wedding photos. I also over-service the car. Never had a problem with her.

Mechanical

The car was always serviced by the Lamborghini/Audi dealership in Henderson, NV. The following mechanical items have been done to the car all by the dealership. I have all service records! All done by Lambo mechanics at the dealership using OEM parts. Car has over $40,000 in new parts/labor. Car went through fine tooth comb inspection before I bought it - no issues and tons of things replaced.

1. Brand New Transmission. All components. That's right, new entire transmission installed at 28,000 miles.

2. Brand New Clutch. All components. Clutch now has appox 60% life remaining.

3. Brand New Brakes & Rotors.

4. Brand New Tires. Note I have a new set of rear tires that I have not yet installed but will install when the car sells.

5. New Air Conditioner (entire system including compressor, thermostat, etc).

6. New fuel pump & filter.

7. New rear spoiler motor.

8. Replaced sensors (such as oil pressure sensor).

9. New tire pressure sensor control module.

10. New battery charger.

11. New paddle shifter assembly.

12. New spark plugs.

13. New seat wiring for seat motors and air bags.

14. Major service including inspection and all system fluid flush.

Exterior 10/10

One word: flawless. Exterior is in the same condition when car left assembly line. Not one blemish. I had areas that commonly get nicked and scratched on nose and wheel wells professionally painted at an exotic car body shop. You can't find a blemish on this exterior if you tried.

Interior 8/10

Nothing broken, damaged, or torn. Just normal wear on leather by door area and on side of seats from people getting in and out. I had driver door re-leathered. No tears, cracks, missing parts. Probably could use new floor mats but the current ones are just fine (see pics).

Accidents

Car has never been in an accident. I did bill some of the new paint bodywork to my insurance and don't know if this will show as an 'accident' on the carfax report. Car has never been in any type of collision, and nothing ever hit it, never vandalized.

Manufacturer Warranty

Due to the car's history as a racetrack car, the standard warranty is void, however, Lamborghini is still honoring it (3 years - unlimited miles) under a good will agreement.

Seller Warranty

As you can see I have a 100% positive Ebay reputation and I expect to keep it. I'm always honest about my cars on Ebay. My guarantee to buyers: IF YOU FIND ANY MAJOR MECHANICAL ISSUE WITH THE ENGINE OR TRANSMISSION WITHIN 3 DAYS OF PURCHASE NOT DISCLOSED IN THIS LISTING, I WILL REFUND 100% OF YOUR MONEY AND BUY THE CAR BACK!

Shipping

I will work with transport companies and overseas shipping companies. Car should be transported in closed truck to prevent damage when in transit.

Title Document

I have a loan balance on the car and Ally Bank has the title. Buyer will get bill of sale. The bank can overnight fedex title document. It will only take a day or two. Then I will fedex title to buyer.

Keys

I have TWO programmed keys. The keys cost $500 and take 6 weeks to get. But don't worry I have TWO of them!

Payment

I require a $1000 deposit within 48hrs of purchase. Balance may be paid by cashier/certified bank check or wire xfer.

'Drive' the new Lamborghini Hurac?n today

Fri, 21 Mar 2014

Unless you're a captain of industry, a professional athlete or some kind of thickly bankrolled celebrity, there's a pretty good chance that you're not going to be amongst the lucky first owners of the upcoming Lamborghini Huracán LP 610-4 supercar. We can commiserate, as just the though of slipping behind the wheel of the Gallardo-replacing monster, and gunning the 610-horsepower V10 engine is enough to get our hearts racing.
It's a kindly gesture on the part of Lamborghini then, to put together this little Huracán driving simulator for us 99-percenters. Perhaps not the very last word in graphical presentation or life-like physics engines, the sim is nevertheless a cool diversion for a flash-based driving game. If you're like us, you'll need a few laps to get acquainted with the brutish steering controls, but we trust you'll catch on. Last one around the test track buys the first round of grappa at happy hour.

Runway Rumble: Nissan GT-R, Ducati 1098 and Lamborghini Reventon Roadster battle it out

Tue, 29 Jan 2013

One 2.5-mile runway, three different ways to take off: a Ducati 1098, a tuned Nissan GT-R with 580 horsepower and a launch control upgrade, and a Lamborghini Reventon Roadster. You'd naturally expect the Ducati to assert it's lightweight, high-horsepower authority in these matters, but with more than two miles to run, the ride that gets the jump at the line isn't always the one that gets the win.
That comes in especially handy for the Lamborghini, which suffers from a bad start in the first race and just looks plain ordinary in the second, until it finds redemption. You can see how it all goes down in the video below.

Italdesign Giugiaro Parcour Concept

Coachbuilt Italian Finery Rides High In The Mediterranean
Apparently, the appropriate gift to give for the 45th anniversary of almost anything is a blue sapphire stone. I cannot imagine Autoblog readers craving a story about that, so I'm glad that Italdesign Giugiaro spared me that gig and instead created this truly interesting Parcour concept to mark its 45th anniversary.
Parcour is named after the generally urban activity of French origin (spelled "parkour"), of throwing one's (presumably) agile body off walls and railings in an anti-gravity freestyle momentum ballet. This sometimes ends up being broadcast on YouTube, particularly to show a parkour session gone horribly wrong, with the star taking a metal banister in the cojones or receiving a fetching bouquet of twisted fingers. Clearly design boss at Giugiaro, Fabrizio Giugiaro (son of legend Giorgetto), and his squad had more coordinated good parkour-ing in mind when they let me drive their cool creation on the island of Sardinia. (I live not far away, so it's a one-hour flight with the herds on a low-cost airline.)
