Im selling a completely custom 2003 wrangler x. This jeep has a 4.0 straight six engine that will run forever and an ax15 5 speed transmission that will give you no trouble. The vehicle has 66578 origional miles at the moment which is absolutely nothing for the powertrain. Its lifted 10 inches on 37 inch boggers. Believe it or not this jeep hasent really seen much offroad use as i am in college at the moment and dont have time anymore. The main purpose of the jeep was just a weekend ride and the ocasional trip to the beach followed by a thorough washdown everytime. The oils been changed every 3000 with synthetic and everythings been maintained properly. I go to school for auto and diesel so i know what im doing. Heres a complete parts list of whats on the vehicle:

The jeep is not abused at all and the stock dana 30 front axle is proof of that. Its perfect and works fine which means that is has not been severly abused off or on road. Its a great axle and i saw no need to fix what wasnt broken. The jeep could use new steering heim joints if it is to be road driven there is a little play in the steering. I have the hardtop for the truck but unfortunatly i dropped it and broke the rear window. Its freshly painted and back in new york and comes with the jeep if purchased. I have a whole garage full of parts that would go with the jeep. The back seats stock exhause suspension a whole other lift kit and many more parts. All of the parts go with the jeep. They are in new york so we can arrange something if out of state. I had plans of lowering this on 35s and building the engine but my budget dosent allow that anymore so i hate to see it go. If you have any questions dont hesitate to call me at 6316816858. My names paul thanks!

New Jeep Wrangler caught nearly uncovered

Wed, Sep 6 2017

Finally, after months of seeing Wrangler prototypes carefully covered up, we get a look at some prototypes with the bare minimum of camouflage. Starting from the front, the fascia looks just as it did in previously leaked images. In contrast to the outgoing model, the trademark grille slots are now taller, stretching nearly to the top of the grille surround. The headlights also intersect with the grille slots, resulting in slightly pinched slots at either end. Aside from the grille, we can get a clear view of the new horizontal, fender-mounted turn signals and the traditional exposed hood latches. Moving along the SUV, we find hinges at the base of the windshield, which seems to confirm that you'll still be able to fold it down for maximum wind exposure. And, as we've seen before, the doors have exposed hinges that indicate the doors can come off, too. We can also see that the Wrangler will be offered with both contrasting black plastic fender flares, and with body-colored versions. But unlike past models, the body-colored examples aren't completely painted, leaving a black strip along the edges. Interestingly, the fender vents seen on another fully exposed example of the Wrangler don't appear to be present on these prototypes. They could be covered, or they may be an optional appearance item. At the back, we now get to see the Wrangler's new taillights, which are LED units with an I-beam shape. The exposed gas filler cap is now gone, in favor of a permanently attached filler door. Both the license plate mount and rear window wiper have been moved, too. The license plate now mounts to the bumper, and the rear wiper hides at the base of the rear window behind the spare tire. The rear bumper also gets some red lenses that could simply be reflectors, or possibly rear fog lights. As previously reported, the new Jeep Wrangler is expected to make its debut at this year's LA auto show, with the first deliveries arriving to dealers not long after. It will be available with either a four-cylinder or V6 at launch, with a diesel coming later, and the truck sometime after that. Other new features to the Wrangler could include a roof with power sliding panels, and full-time four-wheel drive. Related Video:

Chrysler recalls 2013 Ram pickups, 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee

Wed, 17 Jul 2013

Chrysler's spate of successful products is about to be marred by a trio of recalls. The Pentastar is recalling 51,477 Ram trucks and Jeep SUVs. According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, there have been no reported accidents, injuries or deaths related to the affected vehicles.
The largest action covers the Ram 1500, which is seeing 45,961 trucks being recalled. Models built between June 26, 2012 and February 5, 2013 are being recalled due to a potential software issue in the electronic stability control. Apparently, the system can be randomly deactivated upon vehicle startup.
Chrysler is also recalling 4,458 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee models. Covering everything but the SRT models, the potentially defective SUVs were built between January 14 and March 20, 2013. This recall focuses on "premium headlights," which means cars equipped with LED running lights. During the switch from the bright daytime running lamp setting to the low-intensity parking light setting, an electrical spike can cause one of the Jeep's computers to go into a safe mode, turning off the LEDs. This violates Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards.
