241 transfer case and the Dana 44 front and rear differentials all were rebuilt 25000 miles ago and installed. The
Jeep has a 4" Teryx lift and shock kit, Detroit Tru Trac locking differentials, 4.56 gears, Warn lock out hubs, 3"
Magna Flow exhaust, 10 Pacer aluminum wheels with 35-12.50-15 BF Goodrich All Terrains. Air bags between the rear
coil springs and swing out spare tire carrier. I keep the top off most of the time so it's in great shape. This
Jeep has the original paint that is still in good shape for a 19 year old vehicle. Interior is nice as well with a
decent sound system and the roll bar speakers. Body is rust and dent free and the underneath is as clean as the
rest of the Jeep. Never off roaded and alway adult driven and garage kept. The motor, transmission and transfer
case came out of a 2000 Dodge Ram. This is truly a GREAT Jeep with the looks and power.

Chrysler recalls 350k vehicles over ignition switches

Chrysler has announced a recall covering 349,442 vehicles due to ignition switches that can either become stuck or move without warning. All of the affected vehicles are from the 2008 model year, and were built before May 12, 2008.
The automaker has learned that ignition keys on some vehicles "may not fully return to the 'ON' position after rotation to the 'START' position during engine-startup," the company said in a statement. Additionally, "an ignition key may not fully return to the 'ON' position after rotation to the 'START' position and may inadvertently move through the 'ON' position to 'ACCESSORY' or 'OFF.'"
Chrysler says it is unaware of any related injuries, and notes that while reduced braking, engine or steering power is possible in such instances, the airbags are not affected. The later stands in contrast to General Motors' recent rash of high-profile recalls, and it's an important distinction that Chrysler (understandably) felt necessary to call out in bold print in its press release.
