Thank you for looking over my 1988 Jeep Grand Wagoneer  This vehicle runs awesome drives great does not use or leak any fluids

Spending a good portion of its life in Neveda not seeing salt or snow has helped keep this vehicle in amazing shape . Frequent washing and detailing has helped keep it that way while in OH

The interior has no signs of being anything other than original .. Every feature it has works as it should including the fog lights and moon roof . No expense has been spared to keep it that way . This was not some rebuild and scab together you see alot of . This was bought to drive and enjoy .  This vehicle is exactly what you would want in a Grand Wagoneer . Do not let the miles make you think differently . This vehicle has been garage kept all its life .

When the vehicle was bought in late 2011 from the previous owner it came with a List of maintainance and Repairs done All of that is clearly visible in this vehicles quality and Ride . Since that day nothing but the best has been put into this Wagoneer . Only quality parts and workmanship was put into it . being the owner of many Fine Frame off restored Vehicles , this Wagoneer was treated the same I have made a list of some of the repairs and maintainence done to it in the past two years .Anything listed below has receipts to back it up .

On 5/23/13 the a/c condensor was replaced along with the complete cat back exhaust . Also on that same day The Ignition control module was found to be at fault That and the Relay was also replaced

A full transmission rebuild including the torque converter on 2/15/13 which is still under warranty for another 9000 miles or 6 months

On Jan 13th there was a small spot of oil on the garage floor which led to a leaky timing chain cover so at this time the timing chain gears and all gaskets were replaced. During this visit the rear shocks were replaced with coil overs and we had the fuel pump replaced and upon lookover of the Jeep the noticed an issue with smog pump so Any needed repairs were made .

On 5/21/12 A tune up was performed along with replacement of 3 Door lock actuators and replaced the cruise control lever

On 8/11/12  A rebuild of the rear window control unit was completed with a new motor

On 10/6/11 upon receiving the vehicle both rear springs were replaced

This is a small list of big maintainance that has been completed under our care

The prior owner felt the same about the maintainance

Hank the Autodog takes a ride in the long-term 2014 Jeep Cherokee

Wed, May 13 2015

Autoblog readers, meet Hank, my 40-pound, six-year-old Shar Pei and Staffordshire Terrier mix, a combination also known as a Pit Bull. Pit Bulls and car enthusiasts have a lot in common. They're a little intimidating to your average man on the street, but at the end of the day all they want to do is feel the breeze in their ears. Dogs who love car rides are the ultimate enthusiasts, and Hank especially is a canine connoisseur of cars. There is nothing Hank likes more than to hop in and go for a ride. With an owner like me, he has developed refined tastes when it comes to cars. As our long-term Jeep Cherokee is about to leave the Autoblog Garage, and since the weather is warming back up, it's the perfect time to give our Autodog one last spin in his favorite Jeep. We wanted to see what a car ride looks like from a dog's perspective. Luckily, we have a cache of GoPros and plenty of cars on hand to give Hank one last chance to go for a window-down ride. After many pets, treats, and drives around town, we put together this video montage of Hank's best day ever.

Dream Cruising in three Jeep concept cars

Thu, Aug 20 2015

Those of you that have attended the yearly Woodward Dream Cruise, know that the rolling car show is many things to many people. A chance to pull the Corvette out of the garage; a time to ogle rare models you've never yet seen in the metal; a weekend for drinking a cold one with friends and simply taking in the festivities. But for our roving editor Brandon Turkus, this year was a chance to cruise in some concept Jeeps that most people will never see, let alone drive. As Turkus aptly points out from the start, Woodward isn't exactly Moab. But wheeling the off-roaders is nevertheless an eye-opening experience; they may not be upcoming products, but these Jeeps tease out a lot we'd like to see from the brand in the future. You can find these mini Short Cut reviews above, and below, but here's a recap of what Turkus got to drive. Jeep Wrangler Staff Car Concept This one's a proper salute to the Jeep military service vehicles of yore. It's an open-air concept based on the four-door Wrangler, with tons of heritage design cues. It looks old, but we promise, it's totally new. It's got basic steel wheels, a stretched canvas roof, bench seats, a painted steel floor, a built-in cooler that accommodates up to 85 cans, and is painted in an iconic Sandstorm color. When the going gets tough, the Staff Car can handle it with aplomb, thanks to the Jeep Performance Parts two-inch lift kit, Fox shocks, Dana 44 axles, and the Wrangler's 3.6-liter V6. Jeep Chief Concept This Wrangler-based concept is an excellent tribute to the classic, fullsize Jeep Cherokee from the 1970s. It's painted in a vintage Ocean Blue color, with a white, "French Bread" roof. There's also a custom razor grille (something made famous on the original Wagoneer), removable sides, chrome bumpers, and classic-looking, 17-inch wheels. Inside, there's surfer-inspired pink, blue, and white cloth mixed with leather trim, with more fun details like a Rosewood front passenger grab handle and tiki-look shift handle. Of course, this thing looks to be truly capable off-road, too, with a two-inch lift kit, Fox shocks, Dana 44 axles at the front and rear, and a 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 underhood. Jeep Wrangler Africa A take on the Wrangler Unlimited, painted in Desert Tan, and powered by a 2.8-liter diesel engine. It looks killer, with 17-inch, body-colored steel wheels wrapped in 35-inch BF Goodrich Mud Terrain tires. There's a two-inch lift kit, Dana 44 axles, and Fox shocks.
