Hello Everyone, I have a 2006 Jeep Liberty, Renegade Edition for sale. It is black with tan leather interior. It has a V6 engine and is 4WD- great for the wonderful winter weather and fun in the summer. Super clean, well kept, and a super fun vehicle! It even has offroading lights. It is to be understood that the individual which purchases this vehicle is responsible for his/her OWN transportation of the vehicle to a location outside of the originating address of the seller.

It is to be understood that the individual which purchases this vehicle will give the seller of this vehicle 14 days to send off the vehicle title and an additional 7 days to ensure delivery of that title to the purchaser of the vehicle.If circumstances arise to where there is a delay in processing of the title, this will be communicated to the purchaser of the vehicle and arrangements will be made to have the title of the vehicle sent as soon as possible once it is in possession of the seller.

It is to be understood that individual which purchases this vehicle is paying IN FULL for the above mentioned vehicle and is acquiring the vehicle in the condition AS ADVERTISED in the eBay listing.

It is to be understood that the individual which purchases the vehicle understands he/she, once paying in full for the vehicle, is responsible for the vehicle immediately. This includes, but is not limited to, being FULLY responsible for the transport of the vehicle (including pick up and delivery), full coverage insurance of the vehicle, and assuming ownership of the vehicle IMMEDIATELY.

If the purchaser of the vehicle fails to have the vehicle picked up and delivered within 14 days, arrangements will be made for void of sale and funds will be refunded to the purchaser of the said vehicle.

The seller of this vehicle is NOT responsible for the condition of the vehicle once it leaves its address of origination. It is understood by the purchaser of this vehicle that, once the vehicle is picked up for delivery, the choice company/individual of transportation and the new owner of the vehicle is SOLELY responsible for the vehicle.
