Up for bid is a finely tuned Jeep SRT. The veritable WRX on steroids with a V-8! - An AWD Corvette! I have taken the time, spent the energy, and shelled out the $ to bring to fruition what the Mopar factory sought best to suppress :( Quietly you'll notice any hint of chrome or bling - exactly
> Correctly replaced rubber brake lines for s-steel braided lines > Smartly upgraded the OE rotors with Brakenetic Sport rotors; slotted/drilled > Judiciously created a superior anti-roll & cornering vehicle by replacing the OE springs with Eibach sport springs; thusly lowering to proper spec. > Brilliantly and with certainty addressed the incorrect caster/cambre specs inherent in the OE control arms as a direct result via the spring upgrade. BWoody's fully adjustable control arms with heim ball joints that allow for almost infinite adjustment(s), correct the alignment issue. > Window tint; Weathertech floor mats; Hennessey Cold Air Intake (CAI); Predator Diablo ECU Tuner; Gun vault/safe; Properly broken-in new engine with oil changes every 250 miles for the 1st 1K using synthetic each time. > Documentation documentation documentation! I have all docs from oil changes to the gun safe installed in the center console - BTW, a great option for concealing and safely stowing important personal items. What you are paying for:
> (1) 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT > Mods, upgrades, rotors, springs, ss brake lines, CAI, window tint > DiabloSport Trinity T1000 ECU Tuner - I updated software over the www but did not install, that awaits YOU to do > All OE parts in boxes; OE control arms, OE air intake box, etc…
This SRT is track-day ready! Been there done that - like a 'vette with AWD |

Jeep three-row SUV caught on public roads — Grand Wagoneer, perhaps?
Wed, Oct 4 2017For years, it's been rumored that Jeep is working on a full-size three-row crossover. The Grand Cherokee sells well, but it doesn't match the space of its platform sibling, the Dodge Durango. At this year's Shanghai Auto Show, Jeep revealed the Yuntu Concept, a plug-in three-row crossover designed for the Chinese market. While the automaker was adamant that this was just a concept, our spy photographers have seen a prototype running around near FCA's headquarters in Auburn Hills, Michigan. Though this is still heavily camouflaged, we can see a few details that show this is indeed a version of the Yuntu. The headlights, taillights and windows are the biggest tells, as they're nothing like what's currently on any production Jeep. The long wheelbase gives away the SUV's three-row nature. We can't make out much else, but expect the final version to look like a Durango-sized version of the new Jeep Compass with a black roof and clear lighting. We don't know what rests under the hood, but the Yuntu concept is a plug-in hybrid. FCA really needs some electrified vehicles in its lineup if it's going to compete with other mainstream automakers. If the Yuntu makes it to production, expect it to wear a name like Grand Wagoneer. We just hope for wood panels. Related Video: This content is hosted by a third party. Mazda2 nets Japan Car of the Year, Cherokee first US model to ever crack top 10
Tue, 14 Oct 2014The 2015 Mazda2 is quite high up on our must-drive list. Yes, the teeny, tiny successor to the 100-horsepower five-door is worth getting excited over, largely because the previous generation was one of the absolute best smiles-per-dollar values on the market.
While we eagerly await for our opportunity to take to the 2's helm, our expectations of the new car have just been heightened thanks to its win in Japan's Car of the Year competition. Called "Demio" in the land of the rising sun, Japanese journalists handed out Mazda's second COTY award since the CX-5 took the title in 2012.
In more surprising news, the new Jeep Cherokee has made the list of 10 Best Cars in Japan. The Jeep's triumph marks the first time an American car has cracked the top ten, finishing eighth. It's not, however, the first Fiat Chrysler vehicle to snag the title, following in the footsteps of the Alfa Romeo Giulietta and Fiat Panda. Still, the fact that an American brand can make such impressive inroads into the traditionally tough-to-crack Japanese market is a seriously big deal.
Jeep Wrangler Polar is a tasty frozen treat
Wed, 11 Sep 2013Perhaps it's because we've seen so many kitted-out examples over the years, but it seems to us that the Jeep Wrangler tends to wear its special-edition duds better than most models. It might be the icon's familiar rectilinear proportions or the inherent bolt-on look of its extremities - bumpers, mirrors, lighting, and step rails - but we've seen precious few factory specials that look anything but excellent.
Case in point: this new Jeep Wrangler Polar unveiled at the Frankfurt Motor Show. This European-market limited-edition model is said to be a celebration of winter driving, which evidently works out to a body-color hardtop, black-accent seven-slot grille, 18-inch gloss black wheels, Trac-Lok limited-slip differential and a hard hat for the spare tire. Finished here in Hydro Blue (Billet Silver Metallic and Bright White are also available) and a black interior with Polar White accents, the Polar edition features badges displaying 78° S and 106° E longitude and latitude coordinates for Vostok, Antarctica.
This new Jeep will be available in both standard and Unlimited formats with either the 3.6-liter Pentastar gas engine or the still-not-for-US 2.8-liter turbodiesel when it bows early next year. For further details, check out our gallery above and the press release below.
