Insurance Auction Purchase - Remarkable Condition - Light Hail

Just came in and Low Miles!  2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee was just purchased from an insurance auction with light hail damage.  This is a 2 owner - no accident car that shows pride of ownership.  The hood was replaced and painted to match using the factory paint code/color.  The hail damage to the roof was repaired and painted as well.   Mechanically you can’t fault the car at all as the 4.7litre motor is quiet and dry and the service was just completed this week. No leaks, smoke, taps or quirks from the motor, the automatic shifts like the day it was new, the four tires grip well as do the brakes.  All the power equipment works like it is suppose to and by all estimates that car has been well cared for by its 2 owners and never been wrecked according to carfax.   The body is really in nice shape with virtually no dents, rust, dings or marks, the original color paint is in very good shape and the car looks fantastic from any angle. The interior has no rips or tears, nice seats, carpets, dash, headliner and trunk and no burn marks or smells of tobacco in this one.  Don't pay retail for a Grand Cherokee when you can buy from us at Wholesale.

Terms and Conditions - Full Disclosure

Please read this information thoroughly prior to placing your bid

Wholesale to the Public

We are a retail and wholesaler franchised powersports and automobile dealer serving our community since 1999.   We sell on-line and at our brick and mortar store and have sold over 10,000 vehicles to the public.  Our ecommerce parts business is nationally recognized while our local retail business is a multiple award winner.

Regarding Liens

None of our cars are sold with existing liens on them and all titles are in hand when the cars are sold. Since eBay has decided to include history reports on all the old cars as well as the late models, there are lien records showing up on the reports. All cars have had liens on them at one time or another especially when they were newer. Our cars do not have existing liens.

Administrative Fee

While some say the cost of doing business has skyrocketed out of sight and they are forced to ask for a nominal fee on top of the price of the car sold and any motor vehicle fees our buyers will not be charged any additional charges beside their bid amount for the purchase.  No Add On Fees - from us!

“Prior to re-conditioning”

We test drive our cars prior to offering them for sale on this auction and any faults are disclosed to the best of our ability. We typically run them through a service facility and also rely on our experience to tell you what problems they may have. Our prices are generally way below the average retail values listed in the most popular pricing guides so our cars are only lightly detailed or re-conditioned and are sold in similar way they were purchased or traded.  You will not find the car's condition disguised by shiny protectorates such as “Armor-All” or spray on glazes - our cars will be in their original traded condition. This allows you to buy the car for less money and if you are receptive to buying a car in this fashion, the savings are yours. Save $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ with insurance claim cars.  Since we sell our cars all over the world and in every state, inspections are not guaranteed in each and every state as each state differs in their requirements so it is virtually impossible for us to guarantee inspection. Options such as power windows, cruise control, air conditioning etc. are not guaranteed however we will do our best to mention any items that are not working. Check engine lights and others will be mentioned if they are showing. We will not under any conditions guarantee the check engine lights or any dash warning lights as if they are on we will disclose this and we do not do a diagnosis to see what it is because they can come on at any time for any number of reasons so these lights are not guaranteed if they come on for you. This is a unique way of selling automobiles and if you are receptive to these conditions you will take advantage of the lower prices.  SAVE YOU MONEY

“0” feedback bidders should call or email prior to placing your bid

We do not want to discourage you from bidding, only to verify that you are serious! Without this contact your bid will be cancelled. Buying a car on eBay can be exciting and yet confusing and we simply want to help you make the right decision and have fun in the process.

DMV Licensed DEALER

We are a full DMV dealership, which means we can issue temporary tags for out of state buyers and full service tag agency for SC residents, so all your paper work can be done right here when you come to pick up your vehicle. There are no hidden fees, strictly state standard DMV fees so no surprises. If you are from out of state and need a 30 day temporary tag, the fee is $60 and the following documentation is mandatory for us to issue said temp tag. You must bring with you your current and up to date drivers license with your correct address on it. You must also bring your current and up to date proof of insurance for your current vehicle with correct dates in order. We cannot accept a bill from your insurance company or an expired insurance card but the physical insurance card with good dates and address on it that match your drivers license. Because these plates are issued electronically, all the paperwork must be in order or we cannot issue the plate. Please note, these DMV policies are strictly enforced by the state and we will not under any circumstances issue a temp tag without the aforementioned documents.

Payment

If you are a winning bidder, kindly contact me via email immediately at the end of the auction for verification. Our requirements are that the high bidder should pay an immediate deposit of $500 via PayPal upon completion of the auction and the car should be paid in full within 7 days via cashiers check, cash if in person or money order. The deposit can also be made over the phone via MasterCard or Visa; however, payment in full cannot be made with a credit card or PayPal. If payment of the car is not fulfilled within the specified time, the car will be offered for re-sale and feedback will be left accordingly. Let’s not waste each others time.

8 cars we're most looking forward to driving in 2015

Mon, Jan 5 2015

Now that 2014 is officially in the books, it's time to look ahead. And following our list of the cars we liked best last year, we're now setting our sights at the hot new metal that's coming our way in 2015. Some of these, we've already seen. And some are still set to debut during the 2015 auto show season. But these are the machines that keep us going – the things on the horizon that we're particularly stoked to drive, and drive hard. Jeep Renegade Not the Chevrolet Corvette Z06. Not the Ford Mustang GT350. Not the new John Cooper Works Mini. Nope, I'm looking forward to the adorable, trail-rated Jeep Renegade. And that's because I really, really, really like our long-term Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. I do not, however, care too much for the Cherokee's looks, and I really don't like its $38,059 price tag. The Renegade Trailhawk, meanwhile, promises much of the same rough-and-tumble character as its big brother, but at what we expect will be a more reasonable price (I'm personally wagering on the baby Jeep's off-road model starting at no more than $23,000). With a 2.4-liter four-cylinder and a nine-speed automatic, it should also be a bit easier to fill than the V6-powered Cherokee. Also, I can't help but love the way the Renegade looks. It's like someone took a Wrangler, squished it by 50 percent and then handed it off to George Clinton for a healthy dose of funk. The interior, with its bright, expressive trims and color schemes should also be a really nice place to spend some time. I'll be attending the Renegade's launch later this month, so I'll have a much shorter wait than my colleagues. Here's hoping the baby Jeep lives up to my expectations. – Brandon Turkus Associate Editor Mazda MX-5 Miata Here's an uncomfortable truth: I'd rather spend a day driving a properly sorted Mazda MX-5 Miata of any generation on a winding road than I would nearly any other vehicle, regardless of power, price or prestige. It's not just that I prize top-down driving and enjoy the Miata's small size because it gives me more road to play with. I just find there's more motoring joy to be had with high-fidelity handling and an uncorrupted car-to-driver communication loop than I do with face-distorting power or grip – let alone valet-stand gravitas. But perhaps most of all, I love Miatas because they can deliver that level of feedback and driver reward at modest speeds that won't put the locals on edge or endanger lives – you can use more of the car more of the time.

2015 Easter Jeep Safari Concepts First Drive

Wed, Apr 8 2015

Imagine if once a year your grandmother made a chocolate cake. Not a chocolate cake, that chocolate cake. Blow-your-mind chocolate cake. But she won't ever let you have any – you can only have the spatula and whatever's left over in the mixing bowl. And you don't care. You look forward to that spatula and bowl every year because – "Gadzooks!" – that is some stupendous cake. For us, that cake is the Easter Jeep Safari. An annual pilgrimage to Moab, Utah for a taste of what Fiat-Chrysler's off-road brand has cooked up in its Design Dome. "No, you can't have any," the company tells us, "but you can taste it here, then dream about it until next Easter." In Detroit, Jeep gave us a close look at the seven concepts it built for this year's 49th annual event. Then it went a step further and took those show cars to Mill Canyon, UT, to crawl the red rocks in Jeep's natural habitat. After all, the company calls Moab, "Our home away from home." And it's not true that we never get more than a taste of Jeep's conceptual goodness – 2011's JK8 pickup conversion kit is a slice of Safari creation we can now take home, for instance, as are the hood decals that adorned two of the concepts we drove this year. Pietro Gorlier, President and CEO of Mopar, told us that the evolution of Jeep Performance Parts came from listening to journalists and customers in his first year on the job in 2010. So there's that. But still, we want more cake. Like a full-on production Wrangler Africa. These being one-of-a-kind prototypes traipsing through a canyon of nearly immovable objects, we didn't go fast, we didn't go far, we didn't push hard. But we did drive all the Easter Jeeps, and even just this small taste was outstanding. View 30 Photos Jeep Chief While we listened attentively to the detailed spiels on all this conceptual candy, one question ran through our minds: "How am I going to get in the Chief before everyone else?" And we could see the same thought every colleague's face, those scheming bastards. And why not? The Ocean Blue tribute to the venerable Cherokee of old grabbed everyone's attention since the first teaser images weeks before the event, in part because the vintage truck is up there with mermaids for rarity and lustworthiness. Anything that goes this far in obeisance to that classic Jeep is always going to score huge marks. The Chief is a four-door Wrangler underneath, but in many ways it feels nothing like a Wrangler.

Jeep Yuntu three-row crossover spied testing on public roads

Tue, Jan 2 2018

Jeep is doing very well, especially compared to most other FCA brands. Still, there's a three-row sized hole in the automaker's lineup. In April 2017, the Jeep Yuntu made its debut at the Shanghai Auto Show. While that plug-in hybrid was just a concept, we now have a second set of spy shots showing that a road-going Yuntu is deep into development. Even with the black and white camouflage, there's no mistaking this for anything other than a Jeep. The new model looks like a larger Grand Cherokee with styling elements cribbed from the new Compass and refreshed Cherokee, though the profile unsurprisingly reminds us of the Dodge Durango (essentially a three-row Grand Cherokee). The thin headlights and taillights have made it over from the concept, though both are toned down for the production version. A three-row Jeep is all but officially confirmed for the US. The real question is what it will be called. We doubt Americans will fall head over heels for a American vehicle named the Yuntu. Reviving the Wagoneer or Grand Wagoneer nameplates seems far more likely. We can only speculate on powertrains, but considering the Yuntu concept was a plug-in hybrid, expect some flavor of electrification. Related Video: This content is hosted by a third party.
