Up for sale a built Scrambler. Out back a Dynatrac dana 60 w/4.56 gears,Detroit locker, disc brakes, Rubicon Express 3" lift leaf springs and boomerang shackles. Up front a shackle reversal Dynatrac Pro Rock 60 w/4.56 gears, ARB air locker, disc brakes, Rubicon Express 3" lift leaf springs and boomerang shackles. A powerful AMC 360 w/Crane cam and lifters, Edelbrock performer manifold, Holley truck avenger carb, Edelbrock short tube coated headers and Dynomax mufflers. A 5 speed tranny w/centerforce dual friction clutch, B & M ripper shifter, Dana 300 transfer case and a twin stick. Interior has a Grant steering wheel, Autometer gauges, Bestop seats, fully Line-Xed and full roll cage. AGR hydraulic steering set up with a rock ram hydraulic steering dampener. There are a lot of other mods not listed that make this something special. It does need a paint job, there is some surface rust and a couple bubbles but nothing major that a quality paint job wont cure.

I have owned this jeep for about 12 years and have put alot of time and money into it. I don't get to drive it very often anymore and don't have the interest I used to. I hate to sell it but I hate to see it sit there even more so I hope someone who knows what they are looking at and will use it for what it was built for will buy it. Our look back at last week's biggest automotive stories focuses first on the Jeep Wagoneer, an unequivocal American classic. Not only did the Wagoneer play a pivotal role in kicking off America's current love affair with the sport utility vehicle, it legitimized the Jeep brand in the mind of consumers looking not just for something to ably take them off the beaten path, but to do so in comfort, with the entire family along for the ride. So it comes as little surprise that Jeep decided to take one vintage Wagoneer, modernize it with a 5.7-liter Hemi V8 engine, and put the thing on display as part of its annual Moab Easter Jeep Safari. We're in love. Our next two stories focus on Cadillac. First up is news that the striking Escala Concept is headed for production in 2021 to serve as the brand's flagship luxury sedan. Jeep Wrangler likely to get aluminum body, will stay in Toledo

Perhaps more than any other vehicle currently for sale in the United States, the Jeep Wrangler is viewed by purist fans as a vehicle that simply must maintain the status quo. In this case, that means a body-on-frame design, solid axles, a relatively large engine sitting up front and a removable top. It's always been that way, and it always will be.
Maybe.
According to the most recent reports, the next-generation Jeep will continue to soldier forth with a full steel chassis underneath its stamped bodywork. The biggest change, reports Automotive News, will be that said panels will be hewn from aluminum instead of steel, a seismic shift of a transition not unlike what's happened with the new Ford F-150. Because it won't be a unibody, the SUV will likely continue to be assembled in Toledo, OH as it (almost) always has been - the latter has been a source of heartburn in recent weeks for the Northwestern city in the Buckeye State.
