This Jeep is as close to perfect as can be. Mileage is only 114k. Except for a 2-3 inch long crack at the bottom left of the rear bumper, this Jeep is nearly flawless. I have a picture of that crack. The rest of the Jeep really is near perfect and will be worth the trip to come see it and drive it. If you do, I am sure you will buy it. I am also positive you will not find a nicer 2005 Grand Cherokee both cosmetically and mechanically. I am only selling it because I need more room so I'm looking for a Suburban.
It has every option. 5.7 Hemi with multi-displacement which means when it's cruising on the highway, it shuts down 4 cylinders to save gas. 335 Horsepower and 375 ft pounds of torque! It has the Jeep factory Alpine Navigation radio with 6 disc changer, mp3 player and built in Sirius Satellite Radio. Factory DVD Player, stability control, handsfree bluetooth calling, sunroof, power seats, heated seats, leather seats, adjustable foot pedals, rain sensing wipers, tow package and an awesome backup sensor. It beeps faster as you get closer to an object and it has LED light that blink red when you need to stop.
If you're smart, you'll at least come see and drive it and I guarantee you'll buy it if you do. Make an offer. You will not be disappointed and will get a truly great Jeep less than anywhere else. Call me if you have any questions. 908-757-1200.

Chrysler readying 20 Moparized vehicles for SEMA
Tue, 08 Oct 2013The Las Vegas Convention Center has plenty of space for aftermarket companies and automakers to show off their wares, and it looks like Chrysler is taking advantage of the spacious floor plan. At next month's SEMA Show, Chrysler will have a full 20 cars from its six brands decked out with Mopar gear.
As a hint of what is to come, Chrysler released a handful of teaser sketches showing glimpses of modified Jeep Cherokee, Ram 1500, Fiat 500L and Chrysler 300 concept vehicles. The automaker will also use the venue to show off a new line of Jeep Performance Parts offered by the all-new Mopar Off-Road Division. In addition to the images, Chrysler also issued a brief press release - posted below - breaking down some of the "industry-first features" that Mopar has offered in recent years.
Stellantis to halt production at Melfi, Italy, car plant in April, union says
Mon, Mar 29 2021MILAN — Carmaker Stellantis will halt production at its plant in Melfi, southern Italy, April 2-12 because of low demand triggered by the COVID-19 crisis, the UILM union said on Monday. Production at the plant, where the world's fourth largest automaker makes Jeep Renegade and Compass models and the Fiat 500X compact SUV, has been repeatedly disrupted due to weak demand and semiconductor supply shortages. The FIM CISL union said last week the firm was considering permanently closing one of its two production lines at the Melfi plant to address excess capacity in Italy. European car registrations fell 23% year on year in the first two months of this year, according to industry data, as protracted coronavirus lockdowns and consequent uncertainty keep impacting spending decisions among families and businesses. UILM's Gianluca Ficco said on Monday the company told unions the latest Melfi production freeze was specifically due to low demand and not a result of the global chip shortage. A spokesman for Stellantis confirmed the plant would be closed in that April 2-12 period. All of Melfi's more than 7,000 workers would be put on a furlough scheme for the period. Â
Consumer Reports digs Mazda3, disses Jeep Cherokee
Tue, 11 Feb 2014Consumer Reports has just rendered its verdict on two of the more important cars to launch this year - the Mazda3 and the Jeep Cherokee. Considering the value a "Recommended" rating carries with the public and the viciously competitive markets these two cars compete in, Consumer Reports' view could have some impact on their initial success.
For Mazda, that's a good thing. CR spoke quite highly of the Zoom-Zoom brand's compact sedan and hatch, testing both models, and citing the excellent fuel economy and snickety-snack manual shifter as high points. Downsides to the 3 included a ride that is agile but "nervous," a bit too much noise and a cramped back seat. Still, the 3 was good enough to earn its place in the ranks of the "Recommended."
The Jeep didn't fare quite so well, with CR calling the polarizing CUV "half-baked." Although both engines were tested, the magazine called the 2.4-liter four-pot underpowered and its nine-speed automatic unrefined and unresponsive. That's particularly damning, considering the 9AT's role in future Chrysler products, including the extremely important 200. Overall, the Cherokee missed out on the coveted "Recommended" rating.
