This is a 1983 Jeep CJ-8 Scrambler with low orignal milage. Odomerter shows 13,020 for milage and has not rolled over. Jeep is equiped with the T-176 4 speed transmission and Dana 300 transfer case. Jeep is by no means street ready or drivable in its present condition. As with most Jeeps from the north east it has rust. The frame is rusted and cracked behind the power steering box on both sides. The passenger rear spring hanger area also is rusted in need of repair. The seats have no apperant rips and I beleave the carpet to be oringal. The windschield frame shows no sign of rust and is oringal ( scramblers use a frame differant to CJ). I drove this jeep on to a trailer last year and has not been driven since, but will fire right up with pouring freash gas down carb. The jeep sells with a bill of sale only, title can not be found. I will assist with shiping where i can and able to load on a trailer. Jeep is sold as is where is with no warrenties at all. Jeep is for sale locally and reserve right to end early if sold local. Payment is cash on pick up. Again no title is available at this time.

Watch this 9-year-old drive Jeep Wrangler off-road [w/poll]
Wed, 28 May 2014This nine-year-old girl might be better at rock crawling than some people twice her age. But is it worth putting her in danger to do it? According to her father on the Jeep Experience Facebook page, her name is Faith, and she has been offroading with her family since she was two. At nine years old, she's now driving her dad's Jeep over the rocks by herself.
As you can see she's belted in and under her father's direct supervision and guidance. She shows immense confidence for someone her age and follows her dad's instructions on exactly what to do. Although, this could still be a very dangerous situation if something went wrong.
Previously, we saw a similar video with a six-year-old on a motorcycle driving on public roads through the desert. Voters decided by only a six-point margin that the adult should be in trouble for letting the kid ride the bike. Here, we have a slightly older child driving a vehicle off road. Where do you fall in this case? Is it still wrong to hand over control to a child? Let us know in the poll below and scroll down to watch the video.
Fiat Chrysler picks Google, Samsung for global connected car system
Tue, Apr 30 2019DETROIT — Fiat Chrysler said on Tuesday it will use technology from Alphabet Inc's Google and Samsung to connect all its vehicles by 2022, providing music and video and facilitating future car-sharing and self-driving capabilities. Fiat Chrysler Automobiles NV (FCA) will use Google's Android operating system globally instead of a mixture of software that varies by region, a spokesman said. The automaker will also use a cloud-based digital platform from Samsung Electronics Co Ltd's Harman unit. Unlike its rivals General Motors and Ford, FCA has spent virtually nothing on developing self-driving vehicle technology. This saves the company large amounts of money, but makes it reliant on outside parties to provide technology and systems. FCA said it will launch the new capabilities in the second half of 2019. The company said the system will aid owners "by predicting maintenance needs, locating fuel and charging stations, receiving traffic prompts and restaurant offers and providing live customer-care assistance at the push of the button."
