Here is a barn fresh 46 Willys just out of long term storage. I was told it was restored by the previous owner in the late 70s or early 80s then used some before being stored away in a barn. I dont know a lot about these Jeeps and will describe it the best I can. It runs and drives nice. The body is all steel nice and straight with no rot anywhere. Someone told me it may be a replacement body. The top is a Best Top brand with no rips or tears. Doors and windows are in great shape also. The seats are in excellent condition with no rips,tears or wear. They flip up for access to the rear compartment. All the gauges, windshield wipers and horn are in working order although the horn button is missing. It also has turn signals added. The 4 cylinder engine runs excellent with no noise or smoke. It has an electric fuel pump and the electrical system has been converted to 12 volt. The trans shifts smooth and the clutch doesnt slip or chatter, all 4wd components are working as they should. The brakes work fine and hold pressure and all lines appear solid and rust free. There are small oil leaks from seals evident here and there in the drivetrain not serious but I feel I should mention. The exhaust is solid all the way back with the exception of the tailpipe which is missing. The frame looks solid with the exception of a section in the back just before the rear bumper on the drivers side that will need repair. Not structural. I have shown this in the pics. It doesnt look like it would be too difficult to repair. The entire Jeep could use a complete cleaning , detailing, and general maintenance as it still has all the dust/dirt accumulated from long term storage. I am listing this Jeep for my brother and tried to describe it the best I can. 2016 Jeep Renegade Dawn of Justice is a Superhero special [w/video]

The Jeep Renegade doesn't fit the usual image for the Batmobile, but it seems Bruce Wayne is willing to use what's around in a pinch. Thanks to the compact crossover's appearance for a scene in the upcoming Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice movie, a new version now offers customers a blacked-out CUV that looks tailor made for the Dark Knight. Buyers can order the Renegade Dawn of Justice Special Edition in an exclusive shade called Carbon Black or a lighter Granite Crystal with a gloss black roof. To continue the dark look, Jeep fits shiny black trim and 18-inch wheels in the same color, and there's an emblem that blends Superman and Batman's logos. The shadowy appearance continues inside on the cloth seats and gloss trim, but metal diamond accents on the gearshift and door handles offer some contrast. The company bases the Dawn of Justice edition on the Latitude 4x4 trim with the 2.4-liter four-cylinder and nine-speed automatic. It comes standard with the Popular Equipment Group, which combines remote start, a power driver's seat, and dual-zone climate control. The Dawn of Justice Special Edition retails for $27,245 (after $995 destination) and is available now. Company spokesperson Todd Goyer tells Autoblog that Jeep expects production to be in the "low thousands." Jeep Cherokee finally dealer-bound

We had our First Drive of the 2014 Jeep Cherokee last month, but it appears that prospective buyers won't have too much longer to finally get time behind the wheel of the new small Jeep.
Automotive News is reporting that after a two-month delay, Jeep dealers will finally start receiving their first shipments of the new Cherokee, in the next 10 days. A Chrysler spokesperson confirmed to Autoblog that the Cherokee is indeed on its way to Jeep dealers.
According to AN, about 23,000 Cherokees have been built since production commenced back in June, but potential powertrain issues forced Jeep to make adjustments to the Cherokee along the way. Automotive News says that in order to make sure there are no issues with the Cherokee before it reaches customers, it is testing each vehicle after it rolls off the assembly line at a rented test track near the vehicle's Toledo North Assembly Plant.
