THIS BEAUTIFUL JAGUAR WAS TRADED IN AT A LEXUS DEALER BY THE ORIGINAL OWNER WHO IS A 90 YEAR OLD GENTLEMAN NOW RESIDING IN ATLANTA. THE CAR HAS SPENT ITS ENTIRE LIFE IN THE SUNNY SOUTH. I PURCHASED IT FROM THE LEXUS DEALER AND AN PROUD TO OFFER IT FOR SALE ON E-BAY. IT HAS 48000 ACTUAL MILES AND I HAVE THE TITLE FROM ORIGINAL OWNER IN HAND. IT WILL NOT BE SOLD AS EXEMPT BUT AS "ACTUAL MILES". THE CAR DRIVES DOWN THE ROAD FLAWLESSLY. THE A/C IS ICE COLD. IT HAS BOTH SETS OF KEYS AND CLICKERS, ORIGINAL BOOKS AND OF COURSE ORIGINAL TOP BOOT IN BAG. IT HAS WHAT APPEARS TO BE A FACTORY INSTALLED RADAR DETECTOR THAT WORKS TOO.
THE LEATHER SEATS, DASH, BURL WOOD TRIM, CARPETS AND HEADLINER ARE IN EXCEPTIONAL CONDITION. THE INTERIOR OVERALL IS AT LEAST A 9 OUT OF 10 OR BETTER. THE BEAUTIFUL HONEYCOMB WHEELS ARE IN PERFECT SHAPE AS ARE THE TIRES. NO CURB RASH WHAT SO EVER! THE BODY IS LASER STRAIGHT WITH NO PAINT WORK DETECTED OR ON CAR-FAX. THE PAINT IS GLOSSY AND BRIGHT AND THE COLOR IS AS PRETTY AS IT GETS. THE CONVERTIBLE TOP IS NOT FADED ONE BIT. IT GOES UP AND DOWN AS IT SHOULD.
I HAVE DRIVEN THE CAR 100 OR SO MILES AND IT IS A PLEASURE. I GET MORE THUMBS UP THAN I DO IN A NEW ONE. I DO NOT BELIVE THERE TO BE ANY REASON YOU CAN'T FLY IN AND DRIVE THIS ONE HOME TO ANYWHERE.
HERE ARE THE DEFECTS THAT I HAVE DISCOVERED: THERE ARE SMALL AND NOT REALLY NOTICABLE ASSORTED PAINT CHIPS, AND THE TOP SUFACES ALTHOUGH GLOSSY AND BRIGHT HAVE A SMALL AMOUNT OF PATINA. THE ANTENNA DOES NOT GO ALL THE WAY UP BUT DOES FUNCTION, THE PARKING BRAKE HANDLE KNOB IS STUCK IN. THAT'S IT!
PLEASE CHECK MY FEEDBACK AND BE ABLE TO ABIDE BY THE TERMS OF THE LISTING TO THE LETTER. THIS IS A GREAT CAR WITH A VERY LOW RESERVE AND A GREAT BUY-IT-NOW OPTION AS WELL. CALL ME WITH QUESTIONS AT 239-272-9298. JON

Your guide to vehicle subscription services
Mon, Oct 1 2018They might be extremely limited in scope because of location availability, but vehicle subscription services are a growing trend that most luxury manufacturers are jumping on. Plans are expensive, but you're paying for much more than just the car typically. We highlighted four of the larger plans with a few more listed at the end. Care by Volvo Volvo launched its subscription service last year with its brand-new XC40. It was the only vehicle available for a time, but subscribers can now get an S60 sedan as well. Subscriptions are for two years, with the monthly price including insurance, a concierge service, wear-and-tear item replacements and all maintenance. You'll be able to drive 15,000 miles per year with whichever Volvo you choose, and although there are no options to extend that mileage, you can swap cars after a year. Pricing for the XC40 is $650 per month in base trim, while an S60 can be as expensive as $850 for the R-Design. Volvo's plan is to offer more cars soon through the service, but it's relatively limited compared to others right now. Porsche Passport Porsche has two levels in its subscription service: Launch and Accelerate. Launch will cost $2,000 per month and give you access to the Cayman, Boxster, Macan and Cayenne. All of those but the Cayenne can be had in "S" trim as well. Accelerate is where the fun really starts. For $3,000 per month you can choose from a fleet of 911s, including the S, 4S, Cabriolet and Cabriolet S. If those aren't enough, you can also get the Panamera 4S, Macan GTS and Cayenne S. There are no mileage limits and you can change vehicles as often as you'd like. Also included in the price is insurance, repairs, detailing and any maintenance. It might be extremely expensive and limited to Atlanta only, but this subscription service is second-to-none for what you get. Audi Select Audi just launched its subscription car service, and it's offered in one version for a flat fee of $1,395 per month. For that you'll have access to five different cars including the A4, S5 Coupe, A5 Cabriolet, Q5, and Q7. Not a bad range of vehicles, but it would've been neat to see the recently updated A7 in there too. Maybe in time. Like the others, insurance and maintenance are wrapped up in the price. Audi is allowing for unlimited miles and two car swaps per month here. In addition to that, you'll get two days of free rentals through Audi's Silvercar rental agency should you go on a trip.
2013 Jaguar XFR-S
Mon, 12 Aug 2013Why Ask Questions When You Already Know The Answer?
"Is it fast?"
We get that question a lot. Several times a month, in fact, and it comes from every corner of our lives - friends, family, complete strangers and even colleagues from time to time. And it's an understandable query. After all, speed, either in a straight line or around a twisty bit of tarmac, is a universally accepted line of demarcation between the typical family sedan and something much more fun and therefore desirable.
The best Super Bowl car commercials from the last 5 years
Wed, Jan 28 2015If you've been dipping into the Autoblog feed over the past days and weeks, you wouldn't even have to be a sports fan to know the Super Bowl is coming up. Automakers have been teasing their spots for the big game, dropping them days early, fully-formed onto the Internet and otherwise trying to amp up the multi-million-dollar outlays that they've made for air time on the biggest advertising day of the year. And, we're into it. The lead up to the Super Bowl is almost akin to a mini auto show around these parts; with automakers being amongst the most prolific advertisers on these special Sundays. The crop of ads from 2015 looks as strong as ever, but we thought we'd take a quick look back at some of our favorite spots from the last five years. Take a look at our picks – created from a very informal polling of Autoblog editors and presented in no particular order – and then tell us about your recent faves, in Comments. Chrysler, Imported From Detroit Chrysler, Eminem and a lingering pan shot of "The Fist" – it doesn't get much more Motown than 2011's Imported From Detroit. With the weight of our staffers hailing from in and around The D, it's no wonder that our memories still favor this epic Super Bowl commercial (even though the car it was shilling was crap). Imported really set the tone for later Chrysler ads, too, repeated the formula: celebrity endorsement + dramatic copy + dash of jingoism = pulled car-guy heartstrings. Mercedes-Benz, Soul teaser with Kate Upton One of our favorite Super Bowl commercials (and yours, based on the insane number of views you logged) didn't even technically air during the game. Mercedes-Benz teased its eventual spot Soul with 90-seconds worth of Kate Upton threatening to do her best Joy Harmon impression. (Teaser indeed.) It doesn't win points for cleverness, use of music, acting, or any compelling carness, but it proved that Mercedes' advertisers knew how to make a splash in the Internet Age. And, hey, it's still classier than every GoDaddy commercial. Kia, A Dream Car. For Real Life Like the Mercedes video above, the initial draw here is a pretty lady; in this case the always stunning Adriana Lima. But this Kia commercial really delivers the extra effort we expect while scarfing crabby snacks and homemades, too. First of all, Motley Crue. Second, a cowboy on a bucking rhino. Enjoy yet again.
