Beautiful quick 2009 Jaguar XF SUPERCHARGED - gorgeous cream color with tan leather interior and brown aluminum accents. Luxury meets quick sports car. Love this car....bought it after Hurricane Sandy as a treat to me...so why am I selling it? Well my Dad passed away thanks to Sandy just recently, he bought a brand new truck and drove it maybe 5 times so I decided to give up my Jag and take over his truck in his memory-- this car is a head turner - I get stopped in it all the time and when I pull into a parking lot people walking by stare and say 'what kind of car is that'.
I paid $34,000 for it November 2012 and have adjusted the price due to a dashboard issue--the dash leather is separated by windshield and sun is making it lift you can see it in a few pics--I bought it that way and Jaguar gave me a price to replace entire dash of $3700 -- select warranty offered me $1000 "good faith" toward the repair) and I damaged the right rear wheel rim in the snow (replacement rim is roughly $320 found on ebay). Book value of car with this mileage and trim (SUPERCHARGED) is $33,000-- the supercharged model is hard to find and comes with bigger engine way more hp MY LOSS IS YOUR GAIN SELLING IT AS IS! MAKE OFFER! ALL REASONABLE OFFERS CONSIDERED!!! keep in mind I paid $34k for it 10 months ago and put $10,000 down so asking if I'd consider 25/26k is not considered 'reasonable' and carry a note so I want to pay off my note and get a little of my down payment back. ASK QUESTIONS! I have more pics but ebay only allows 24 - have pics of navigation, heated/air conditioned seat controls etc. Can take pics of engine. Ask questions text or call 917-710-6617 (if you call leave a message..... I'll call you back) |

2021 Jaguar F-Type Luggage Test | Get away, and look extremely good doing it
Fri, Aug 14 2020Just like the Porsche 911 I performed a luggage test on not too long ago, the 2021 Jaguar F-Type is not a luggage-hauling machine. It’s a sports-car-oriented grand tourer, and it also happens to be stonking fast with a supercharged V8 under the hood. Since the engine is in the front, that leaves the rear trunk for all the cargo coming onboard. Assuming you want to take your F-Type on vacations and longer journeys (you do), the respectably-sized boot will come in handy. Jaguar says the coupe (what weÂ’re testing) has 14.4 cubic feet of space, whereas the convertible just about cuts that space in half with only 7.3 cubes. From a numbers perspective, the Jag just edges out the 911 (13.8 cubic feet of space combined between the frunk and rear seat). However, weÂ’ve learned to never take those numbers at face value. I use different equipment than Riswick does in Portland: Two carry-on suitcases sized (24 inches long, 15.5 wide, 10 deep); one carry-on suitcase (21.7L x 13.7W x 9 D); one medium-size suitcase you have to check (24.5L x 16.8W x 11.5D) and one larger, full-size suitcase (33.8L x 21.5W x 13D). The second full-size suitcase didnÂ’t get the call up, because one look at the luggage compartment was all I needed to know that two of them werenÂ’t going in there. Getting into the luggage compartment is luxurious enough for a Jag. Use the button on the fob, a toggle switch on the interior, or press the button under the lid. ItÂ’s fully powered going up and down, so you can devote all of your bodyÂ’s energy to wrestling the car around corners. The space itself is rather shallow and hindered by a privacy cover that hangs low. YouÂ’ll need to remove that shade to take advantage of the entire space, but we started with it on to see what could fit under it. This F-Type is low, so even though you have to lift things over the rear bumper, itÂ’s not horribly strenuous. I initially slid two of the carry-on suitcases in. Those fit lying flat, but there wasnÂ’t much extra space. To take advantage of what was left, I squeezed in the fancy bag (22L x 8.8W x 12D). With the privacy shade intact, youÂ’re not going to fit any more suitcases than that due to height restrictions. A very shallow item could slide on top of the inboard suitcase, but it would have to be very short. Another configuration I tried showed that the medium suitcase and one carry-on could fit. Additionally, the full-size suitcase also fits if itÂ’s in there alone.
Exploring Romania's storied Transfagarasan Highway in a Jaguar F-Type V8 S
Wed, 05 Feb 2014Top Gear is, in some ways, a victim of its own success. When it declares a road the best in the world, like it did with Romania's Transfagarasan Highway during its 14th season, you can't blame people for showing up and wanting to check it out. Of course, then the road becomes clogged with tourists and is less fun to drive.
But is it possible that there is an even better driving road in Romania? One that is higher, smoother and undiscovered by tourists - at least not yet? Henry Catchpole from Evo thinks that he may have found it while driving a Jaguar F-Type V8 S that makes a sound that evokes a World War II British fighter plane.
Scroll down to take a brief trip to Romania and bask in the wonderful roar of this topless Jaguar.
Jaguar I-Pace EV will finally be revealed, available to order March 1
Wed, Jan 31 2018It sure feels like the Jaguar I-Pace electric car concept was revealed longer ago than November 2016. That might be because in addition to running barely camouflaged production models around for months, the company has even announced a one-make race series with the car before we've seen the revealed production model. But the wait is almost over. The company finally announced a reveal date of March 1. This comes just before the Geneva Motor Show, and the debut will be shown on a livestream. Not only that, but Jaguar will be taking orders for the EV the same day. Reveal and order dates weren't the only things Jaguar announced regarding the I-Pace. The company also said the I-Pace will be able to get an 80 percent charge from a DC fast charger in just 45 minutes. This charge time necessitates a 100-kW fast charger, though, so that time may vary in real life based on what chargers are available. This is also greater charging capability than Jaguar claimed when the concept was revealed, which promised an 80 percent charge in two hours on a 50-kW fast charger. Jaguar hasn't revealed many other details about the production car yet. When the concept was shown, Jaguar claimed it made 400 horsepower and had a range of 220 miles. The prototypes we've seen on the road also look extremely similar to the concept, so there shouldn't be much, if any, disappointment in the styling department when it's revealed.
