General Terms & Conditions: 

• PLEASE ONLY BID WHAT YOU ARE WILLING TO PAY. IF THE RESERVE IS NOT MET, WE MAY CONTACT THE HIGH BIDDER TO OFFER THE SECOND CHANCE OPTION.
• We reserve the right to cancel any/all bids and end an auction early should the vehicle no longer be available for sale.
• All of our vehicles are for sale in our showroom.
• The successful high bidder will make payment in full within 3 days of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle.
• All financial transactions must be completed before shipping of the vehicle. By bidding on this auction, you're agreeing to all of these terms.
• If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise.
• Please note that most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1995 or with more than 100K miles. Make sure if you are financing that your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding. 
• Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this vehicle. If you wish to have it shipped using a service, we will gladly cooperate. You can locate shippers by doing a search for `auto shippers`. 
• If you are not sure about something, please ask! Do not assume anything not listed is included.
• We reserve the right to cancel bids for excessive negative feedback. 
• The seller(s) reserves the right to end this auction or cancel any bid, at any time, or for any reason.
• Please do not bid on this auction unless you are serious about owning this vehicle. All non-paying high bidders will be reported to eBay, and negative feedback will be posted.
• By placing a bid or making a deposit on this auction you are agreeing to all trems in this auction.
• When a buyer makes a deposit or a purchase they are required to insure the vehicle aganist any and all damages the seller asumes no responsibilty for vehicle after deposit or full payment. 
• Buyer has 20 days of sale to pick up Vehical from Shaw Motorsports after which time the unit will be put in storage and a $15.00 a day storage fee will be charge until picked up.

• The buyer understands that a Bill of Sale Agreement will be sent to them once full payment is received. A signed copy must be sent back to the seller at time of purchase and before vehicle is shipped.

Terms of Sale:

• If you plan to bid on the above vehicle, then please have your money in order before bidding.
•  At the completion of this auction, the winner is to pay a non-refundable deposit of $ 500.00 within 24 hours before the transaction will be considered complete via wire transfer, cash or PayPal.
• The remainder of the balance is to be paid through wire transfer, cash or a bank check within 3 working days of the closing of this auction.  If paid by check, then the vehicle will not be released until the check clears the seller(s) bank.
• Any & ALL inspections must be done before end of sale, not afterwards. 
• Once the auction has ended, the deposit must be received before any further information will be provided.
• If you fail to comply with any of these requirements without prior written approval (not oral) then you will forfeit either you deposit, the right to purchase the vehicle, or both.
• The seller(s) reserves the right to end this auction or cancel any bid, at any time, or for any reason.
• Insurance should be purchased once the auction has ended,  the seller(s) will no longer be responsible for any damage thereafter.
• The seller(s) description or opinions in this auction might be different from the buyer.
• Not all vehicles come with a title most do. All vehicles will come with a bill of sale and any and all documents supplied to Shaw Motorsports inc. when purchased by Shaw Motorsports Inc. and a title when available. 

Warranty Disclaimer:

• The seller(s) may miss a minor detail that may not be minor to you. This car is not new. Minor cosmetic or mechanical imperfections may be present. The seller(s) have gone over the car and tried to be sure everything major is in working order. The seller(s) will answer any and all questions regarding this car. The seller(s) will make it available for a third party to inspection before bidding ends.  The seller(s) requires that you make your inquiries known before you bid. Do not take delivery and inform the seller(s) that the car has had prior issues or something has been misrepresented either written or oral. It is your responsibility the bidder to check these things out yourself or trust that the seller(s) have already done so. The seller(s) will not re-negotiate the selling price after the auction has ended. The buyer agrees that any disagreements shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with, and subject to, the laws of the State of North Carolina and applicable federal law; provided, however, that any conflict of laws principle which would require reference to the laws of another jurisdiction shall be disregarded. Disputes arising out of or relating to this auction will come solely under the laws of North Carolina and the Buyers Agreement. All vehicles are sold  as is and where is unless otherwise stated.
