I'm selling my 2003 Infinity fx45. There is nothing wrong with this vehicle, I just had to get something with better fuel economy for my long travels my new job requires. This car is in great shape, I took some close up pictures on an angle to show how straight the body is with almost new looking exterior. from way up close, the only thing on the outside I see wrong is where the previous owner must of been loading something in the back and it dragged on the rear bumper going in, but it's not even noticeable from five feet away. What I like best about this car, is the timeless look. It looks so close to the newer models, that most people think its new. I believe I have the coolest looking color combo as well. Its very unique to any other color out there and the interior is hard to explain the color, but I love it. If you know anything about these cars then you know its powerful and you pay for all that power at the pump. It's not crazy bad but if you want an awesome machine with luxury and performance then you pay to play. If you do your research as I do about everything, you will find great reviews on this car and it was purpose built to go head to head with the BMW X5is. I've owned one and the Infinity better (again my opinion). Its exhaust sound throaty and aggressive when on the pedal but not at idle. If you want a awesome car at an awesome price, this is it. I'm selling below book price and you will be happy.

I must also disclose that the dash top under the window has some small cracks from the previous owner. This didn't bother me, but you could have it changed if you wish. I purchased this car from Georgia so its body and under carriage is in good shape. I have a clean and clear title.

Good luck and happy bidding.

Infiniti cribs new US boss from Porsche

Mon, 19 Aug 2013

Just weeks before he was supposed to become CEO of Porsche Cars Australia, Infiniti has apparently offered Porsche COO and Executive Vice President Michael Bartsch a deal he couldn't refuse. Thus, Bartsch has join the company as Vice President of Infiniti Americas, the luxury marque's top North American post. Bartsch replaces Ben Poore, who has been with the automaker since 2008, having led both a 22-percent sales surge in 2012 and the brand's current sales slough, Automotive News reports.
Bartsch, Porsche's No. 2 US executive, has held the COO and Executive Vice President positions at Porsche since 2005 and was scheduled to become CEO of Porsche's Oz division on September 1. Infiniti has experienced a number of recent personnel changes in the past week: it named Vincent Gillet, formerly an executive for Starwood Hotels & Resorts, to lead its marketing efforts worldwide and Simon Cox, a former designer for automakers including Ford and Peugeot, to head a new design studio in London.
Poore reportedly will pursue other interests outside of the auto industry. Read more about the personnel change in the press release below.

Driver Lets Infiniti Do The Driving For Him

Mon, Aug 18 2014

Self-driving cars seem like the way of the future, but some can't stand the wait. Like this guy, driving down Germany's famous Autobahn in an Infiniti Q50 with Active Lane Control. To test how active the Active Lane Control feature really is, he moves from the driver's seat to the back seat and lets the car's suite of safety systems take control. Active Lane Control debuted in 2013 as part of the Lane Departure Prevention system. It helps Q50's driver use fewer steering inputs by compensating for road conditions. It works with the LDP to keep the vehicle in its intended lane. Used with cruise control, the car maintains its position fairly well on the road. Active Lane Control is only there to help however, not drive for you. While the technology is impressive, it certainly isn't up to the task of navigating the road full time. This driver/passenger is putting his life and the lives of everyone around him in serious danger. We suggest other Infiniti owners wait for the real deal. The future is closer than you think. Infiniti QX70 drops V8 for 2015, holds line on pricing

Fri, 23 May 2014

QX70 was the only application for the 5.0L, making it a tough sell in the boardroom.
It was always easy to chuckle a bit at Infiniti's branding of its FX crossover as a "bionic cheetah" - until you drove the thing. It was something of a revelation when it came on the market in late 2002 - certainly visually, but also in terms of performance, particularly in V8 guise. The Porsche Cayenne burst on the scene at the same time, and between the two of them, they vividly illustrated that the idea of a performance utility vehicle wasn't the oxymoron it first appeared to be.
