 2007 Hyundai Tiburon SE

2007 Hyundai Tiburon SE from Punta Gorda, Florida

In Florida its whole life!

Autocheck Certified showing One Florida Owner and the miles
of 120,701 to be accurate.

Performance Autos of SW Florida
My name is Mike and I can be reached at 239-895-3962

Let's not forget why it's an SE because it is powered by a 6
speed Manual transmission along with a 2.7L V6 engine that produces 172
horsepower and still yields an economical 19 combined and 24 Mpg's on
the highway according to fueleconomy.gov.

Must have been "Garage Kept" and never smoked
in based on its "Pristine" condition inside and out!

I have driven
this vehicle on a weekend trip and it sure is sporty and fun to drive.

Must have been a
real car "enthusiast" that owned this because it has a new set of 4 Capital Sport tires
and they are "Z" rated.

Tinted windows and 17' special SE alloy wheels

We did have the oil changed
and this vehicle safety inspected and it came up aces and the only
thing we had to do was replace the front wiper blades.

It also has new "Hyundai" front bakes pads and
new "Hyundai" front "slotted" rotors.

ABS brakes with front and rear disc

Loaded with extras!

Power sunroof

All the electrical equipment works including all the speakers and the
air conditioner blows ice cold. It runs, drives and shifts great and it
doesn't have any front end noise it drives really tight like a sports car should.

Pioneer Supertuner III with 6.5 inch screen receiver/DVD
player (that works see picture) and remote

MP3, Satellite and Navigation ready

Cruise control
Tilt wheel
Keyless entry with remote (also works)
Leather wrapped steering wheel
Owners manual and books plus many more!

ICE cold air conditioner

Power windows, locks, rear hatch release and side view mirrors

Front and side air bags (4 total)

Hard to find an SE in Redfire Pearl which I consider the
best color combination because the interior actually matches the
exterior. There are only a couple of SE's for sale in the nation and
most are really expensive.

Two tone black and red leather and cloth seats

It even has a
brand new set of Tiburon SE floor mats in black and red that match the interior.

Plus you may have to add an additional
$500-$1000 to your purchase if you buy from a "Franchised Dealer" in
what they call a "Dealer Fee." We don't have them and we don't believe in them!

We have put this vehicle on sale on our lot for only $7990
which is quite a deal since NADA value is $9175; however to avoid going
back and forth with what's my best price I will give it to you up front
and make my buy it now
only $6991 and "NO DEALER FEES"!!!!!!
No offers because this is my BEST PRICE.

If you have any questions please call
Mike at (239) 895-3962 and "I WILL" answer or call back right away.
Thank you for your consideration, Michael J Medinis, GSM, Performance Autos of SW Florida

  • As with any preowned vehicle, personal preference is a factor.  Please consider and expect to invest a few hundred dollars into your new car, catering it to your individual tastes and requirements. We do try our very best to objectively describe our offerings and welcome your emails and phone inquiries. 2020 Kia Soul vs. subcompact crossovers: How they compare on paper

Fri, Mar 1 2019

At 10 years old, the 2020 Kia Soul has entered its third, and potentially best, generation yet. To get here, it fought off other boxy hatchbacks such as the Scion xB and Nissan Cube. But now it faces all new competition: subcompact crossovers. They offer similar sizes, prices and flexibility as the Soul, but with a veneer of ruggedness. But the Soul is ready with its own rugged trim, the X-Line, plus the return of its powerful turbocharged variant. To see how the Soul stacks up to the fresh competition, we've compiled vital stats on all the tall hatches. Considering the prodigious size of the subcompact crossover segment, we've limited our selection to a few options that are similarly priced and sized to the Soul, and that offer a bit of funky styling. They include the Toyota C-HR, Nissan Kicks, Hyundai Kona and Honda HR-V. There are of course many more options, and you can create your own comparisons using our Compare Cars feature. (You can also check out our Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross comparison that includes a few larger choices). In the meantime, though, check out all the numbers on our selected vehicles in the chart below, followed by analysis after. Performance, fuel economy and drivetrains The crossover segment is diverse when it comes to powertrains, with all different displacements, induction systems and drive wheels. A surprising number of these supposedly rugged and off-road-oriented vehicles (at least more than normal cars) are front-drive only. These include the Nissan Kicks, Toyota C-HR and Kia Soul. But the Kona and HR-V offer all-wheel drive, with the Hyundai offering it on both engine options. Speaking of engine options, only the Kia and Hyundai have two possibilities, either a base 2.0-liter naturally aspirated engine, or a turbocharged 1.6-liter engine. The base engines have identical outputs of 147 horsepower and 132 pound-feet of torque, but the turbo engines differ. The Soul has 201 horsepower to the Hyundai's 175, but both make the same 195 pound-feet of torque. The Kicks, C-HR and HR-V all offer just one engine option, and they're all naturally aspirated. The Nissan's engine is the smallest and least powerful: a 1.6-liter engine making 125 horsepower and 115 pound-feet of torque. The HR-V is next with a 1.8-liter engine making 141 horsepower and 127 pound-feet of torque. The C-HR rounds out the trio at 144 horsepower and 139 pound-feet of torque from a 2.0-liter engine.

Hyundai's Santa Fe for SEMA has 1,040 hp and rear-wheel drive

Wed, Sep 28 2016

Bisimoto, working with Hyundai, will not disappoint at SEMA this year. Continuing its tradition of absurdly powerful versions of ordinary cars, the company will show off a Santa Fe with 1,040 horsepower. Not only that, but this crossover, named "Santa-Fast," also sends that power through a six-speed manual to the rear. To create this monstrous machine, Bisimoto started with a normal 3.8-liter Hyundai V6. The company then completely rebuilt the engine with forged pistons, stronger connecting rods and more aggressive cams. After that came a pair of Turbonetics turbochargers that can reach a peak pressure of 39 psi. That's a lot of boost, and in turn a lot of power, so the computer limits boost in certain gears to help with traction and, you know, not totally destroying the tires. Connected to this engine is a mix of other Hyundai parts, starting with a six-speed manual transmission from a Genesis Coupe R-Spec. The power then goes back to a differential from a Hyundai Equus. This differential resides in a completely new, custom rear subframe built by Rothfab. The rest of the crossover is fairly standard SEMA fare. It gets a flashy livery, big Buddy Club brakes, Fifteen52 wheels, KW coil-over suspension, a roll cage and Momo racing seats. It's a solid looking package, and we can't wait to see more photos of this nutso build. That being said, Bisimoto's other project, a Hyundai-powered 911, could give this Santa Fe a run for its money. Frankfurt Motor Show Notes: Why Jaguar decided to build an SUV

Wed, Sep 16 2015

It was inevitable. Jaguar had to make an SUV, and that notion became reality this week with the debut of the F-Pace, an all-wheel-drive five-seater that will launch in the United States next spring. Some purists may cringe. But in an era when Porsche, Bentley, Lamborghini, Rolls-Royce, Aston Martin, and other traditional luxury brands are all building or (planning to build) SUVs, Jaguar had to evolve. While it seems like a leap for Jaguar to make an SUV, longtime design director Ian Callum said it's been in the works for years. "The first time I was asked the question was when I arrived 16 years ago," he said. So in 1999 (and probably well before that), Jaguar was already thinking SUV. What took so long? "It wasn't a priority," Callum said. Jaguar was concentrating on fixing its existing lineup, which was pockmarked with holes and poorly selling products, like the X-Type. Along the way, Jaguar and sister brand Land Rover were sold by Ford to Indian conglomerate Tata Motors. Flash forward several years, and Jaguar and Land Rover are both experiencing a resurgence in the United States and around the world. Jaguar's lineup is flush with the E-Type's modern successor, the F-Type, plus a new version of the XF. The XJ received a 2016 freshening, and the smaller XE sedan is on the way. Jaguar put its house in order as other factors conspired to make a crossover timely. Fuel prices stayed relatively low, and consumers in the US and China remained steadfast in their love for utility vehicles of all stripes. Making a Jaguar SUV became a priority. "The world was telling us in no uncertain terms this is what they wanted," Callum said. "Not to be in the sector would be a little naive for the sake of purity." Jaguar proved its intent two years ago when it revealed the C-X17 crossover concept at Frankfurt, and the final production model is close to the prototype's striking looks. "I thought we managed to maintain that spirit," Callum said. It's a true Jaguar, with cues from the F-Type, 1968 XJ, and other famous models. Who would have thought Jaguar would make an SUV? "I certainly didn't," Callum admitted. But the F-Pace is here. If Callum is okay with it, purists can be, too. Quick Hits Opel retrenches for 2016 and beyond Opel used the Frankfurt show to display its new generation of the Astra, a critical vehicle line for the German division of General Motors.
