2007 Hummer H3X - One Owner With Navigation | This 2007 Hummer H3X was purchased new by me in mid-April of 2007. The vehicle is my personal automobile, only driven by me, and is as nice as the day it left the Hummer dealership. The Hummer is in practically mint condition with no dents, very few light scratches, and no problems of any kind. I am very fussy about my cars and this vehicle has always been serviced regularly, kept detailed every day of its life, and cannot be duplicated by any other H3X on the market today. This Hummer has always been driven very conservatively, gets 20+ miles per gallon on the highway, and performs perfectly on regular grade gasoline. The mileage today is 69,968 but may be slightly higher when delivered. The chrome grille guard has been removed from the vehicle following a very minor incident wherein the guard barely touched the rear of another vehicle and bent like an accordion! This option was flimsy and caused me to re-think why I purchased it ... the new owner will be better off without the guard! The incident was reported as an accident but there was literally very light damage. The Imperial Blue Metallic paint, with the Light Cashmere leather interior, is the absolute best color combination for this vehicle and was only offered on the H3X model. As you probably are aware, the X model is an expensive upgrade to the standard H3 and includes a slew of options that make the model unique in both appearance and comfort. In addition, this vehicle is loaded with an additional $4,475 worth of factory options including automatic transmission, an excellent navigation system, extra airbags and rollover sensors, a Home Link transmitter, and other items. Please view the original Monroney label included among the pictures below. You will be bidding with safety since our vehicle policy states that if you are not pleased with your purchase after inspecting the vehicle and before taking delivery, for any reason, we will gladly cancel the transaction with no questions asked. You will notice the body color grille which is unique to the H3X model! A very attractive SUV with no dents or dings and just a few unnoticable scratches! ![Photobucket]() The Imperial Blue Metallic paint is also unique to the H3X model and was the best choice in 2007! Note the chrome fuel filler door which this paint really shows off. ![Photobucket]() The body color spare tire cover with chrome accent is not available on the less expensive H3’s! The chrome tubular side steps, exterior door handles, and mirror caps are all unique to this upgraded model … what a difference it makes!
![Photobucket]() The trailer hitch and wiring harness were another extra cost item but were never used.
![Photobucket]() This interior is in excellent condition and the Light Cashmere leather was definitely the right choice for this Hummer!
![Photobucket]() Beautiful seating and a clean smelling interior in this non-smoker automobile! The seats are heated with power on both sides … plus the power lumbar supports.
![Photobucket]() The leather wrapped steering wheel is unique to H3X ... it is both attractive and comfortable!
![Photobucket]() The door panels are all in excellent condition!
![Photobucket]() The Cashmere leather seats are both supple and comfortable and look great with the contrasting piping!

FT> The navigation system is an expensive option that is well worth the price. The system is very easy to operate and has never let me down.
The Home Link transmitter is another option that you will learn to love. Link up with your cell phone provider and always talk “hands-free” for a safer drive. Of course the emergency features alone are worth the price should you ever need it
![Photobucket]()
The roof rail airbag system with rollover sensor was another very expensive option but well worth the price to ensure your safety!
![Photobucket]() Plenty of storage space here and the rear seats fold down when you need that large capacity! The oversized cargo area carpet is another H3X only feature.
![Photobucket]() The 18” chromed wheels are just another H3X only feature and all are in excellent condition with no marks.
![Photobucket]() We always like to show the vehicle identification number of every car we sell!
![Photobucket]() ![Photobucket]() The original window sticker clearly identifies everything on this Hummer H3X and, as one can see, it was as expensive as one can get for a Hummer.
That’s the story! One can bid confidentially on this beautiful 2007 Hummer H3X and the winner will not be disappointed in any way. We thank you for your interest and look forward to earning your business.

After General Motors bought the rights to the Hummer brand from AM General in 1999, it continued to sell the civilianized versions of the military HMMWV that was made famous after appearing in the heavily televised Operation Desert Storm. The Hummer H1 (as it became known) never sold in large numbers, but The General decided to make everyman Hummers based on existing GM truck platforms. The Silverado-based H2 came first, debuting as a 2003 model, followed by the Colorado-based H3 as a 2006 model. Here's one of those first-year H3s, found in a Denver self-service car graveyard recently. Now it's time for some Hummer brand history. After the American Motors Corporation bought Kaiser Jeep in 1970, it spun off the fleet and military parts of that operation into a new company called AM General. The best-known AM General products for many years were the Jeep DJ Dispatchers, generally called "Mail Jeeps," and they were sold all the way through 1984. 1984 was also the year that the United States Army put the first AM General-built High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicles (HMMWV, which soldiers pronounced "Humvee" at first but eventually adopted the "Hummer" nickname). Around the same time, militarized VW-powered sand rails were being purchased from Chenowth by Uncle Sam. After Arnold Schwarzenegger convinced AM General to build civilianized Hummers, sales of the not-so-civilized brute that became the H1 began in 1992. The H2 and H3 had the misfortune to be launched just before the Great Recession hit and fuel prices went crazy, while a couple of overseas conflicts that were much less popular than Gulf War I made grim headlines and reduced the street appeal of combat-inspired civilian wheels. The H1 got the axe in 2006; GM tried and failed to sell the Hummer brand to a Chinese manufacturer in 2010, as it struggled through Chapter 11 bankruptcy, finally giving up and killing the brand alongside Pontiac, Saturn and Saab. Then the Hummer name was revived in 2022 as an electron-fueled GMC model, and you can buy a 2024 GMC Hummer EV SUV right now (though GMC's website warns of "LIMITED AVAILABILITY" in big red letters, so you might have a hard time actually taking delivery of one). The final 2010 H3s were built for Avis at Shreveport Operations, which itself shut down two years later.

The 2024 GMC Hummer EV 3X Pickup is getting an update for more range in the new model year. Instead of 355 miles, the new long-range version of the 3X Pickup will go 381 miles. Note that you need to option the 24-module battery pack to get this range figure. However, if you go for the standard 20-module battery pack, GMC says range is improved for 2024, as well. The GM-estimated figure goes from 329 miles for 2023, all the way up to 359 miles for 2024. You should also note that acceleration times are different depending on battery pack, too, as the longer-range model does 0-60 mph in 3.0 seconds versus the 3.5 seconds of the standard range version. The other big choice you’ll need to make is whether or not you tack on the “Extreme Off-Road Package.” This adds 18-inch wheels wrapped by 35-inch mud-terrain tires, four addiitonal underbody camera views for a total of 18, front e-locker with rear virtual locking differentials, heavy-duty ball-spline half-shafts along with more skid plates and underbody shielding. WeÂ’ll also note that range suffers as a result of this equipment. GM only provides the range figure for the upgrade 24-module pack, and it goes down from 381 miles to 359 miles. GMC says the 2024 Hummer 3X Pickup will go on sale to reservation holders this fall and start at $106,945, including the destination charge. Related video:

One modified Hummer H1, traveling with another vehicle that looks like a modified Hummer H1, will spend six to 10 days driving to the South Pole, two days camping at the Pole, and take another six to 10 days driving back to the coast of Antarctica. Assuming all goes well. That's not guaranteed, since this blue beast really is - fundamentally, at least - a Hummer H1, not just Hummer-like bodywork over non-Hummer internals like you'd find on, say, the Dakar-winning "Mini." The Zero South team has been working on this vehicle for seven years (we checked it out at SEMA in 2008 and in 2010). The frame, suspension, axles, hubs, differentials, and the body are pure 1998 Hummer, the funky bodywork being from an insulated H1 ambulance, the uprated driveline from an armored H1. The original H1 used a 6.5-liter V8, but here that ICE engine has been swapped for a 3.2-liter turbodiesel V6 straight-six that will run on aviation-grade biofuel pulled from two 30-gallon tanks. Called the Hybrid Polar Traverse Vehicles, the serial hybrids use that engine to power a 216-horsepower electric motor that juices up a 24-kWr battery stored in an insulated, five-foot-long battery box between the frame rails. That battery powers two 200-hp electric motors, one at each axle, that will keep the tracks going through the Antarctic December half-light. We aren't sure what the second vehicle is based on, but its internals mirror the Hummer's, it has the exact same specs, and it looks almost the same except it's painted orange. They will pull a modified Airstream trailer called the "Snowstream," and are planning and eight-episode TV series as well as a feature film to document the expedition.
