I am the owner of SMS, a Hummer Specialty repair shop in Miami FL; this is a custom 2000 H1 that I bought and built
for myself and have put countless hours into repairing, updating and modernizing the entire truck inside and out.
My loss is your gain for a Hummer that is ready to be enjoyed. The exterior is very simple and clean, the paint is
in amazing shape very shinning with minimal chips. The customizations I put in this truck are classic and timeless.
The oversized 2 tone wheels and tires compliment the Jet Black paint and make this Hummer really stand out. Truck
Lite, LED Headlights helps lighten the road ahead, and with your blacked out LED Clarence lights will make you
stand out even more.
The engine is in amazing shape with one of the main failures being corrected with an upgraded PMD, with the best
quality replacement HEATH Diesel part, also the Injectors have been recently serviced and cleaned, New Serpentine
belt installed, fuel filter and much more.
The suspension of the truck has been serviced and inspected and 4 brand new OEM shocks installed. This truck is so
amazing to drive with the 2WD / 4WD Transfercase that it makes you want to drive it every day....
The INTERIOR is one of my favorite parts of the whole truck, what sets it aside from every other hummer on the
market is the BLACK interior that was never offered by AMG; gives this truck a completely modern look. The black
interior makes this truck feel like you are in a Mercedes G wagon, while we were taking this apart we repaired most
of the scuffs that were found on the dog house and door panel to make sure it looked pristine. All 4 interior doors
have been upgraded and replaced with new aluminum switch bezel s and all, major hardware has been changed to
Stainless Steel to give you just the right amount of contrast. Dark tints keep the rays out while the freezing cold
a/c keeps you comfortable inside. The radio I leave up to whomever owns it next, it has one of the latest Pioneer
radio head units with blue tooth and new speakers, but its asking for more power.....
All and all this truck is ready to go with everything working on it and repaired by a certified Hummer technician
WHY SELL IT IF IT IS SO PERFECT YOU MAY ASK???? My Hummer Business needs more space to accommodate these monsters
so we are looking into purchasing a new state of the art facility to offer our customers even more products and
services!

Picture yourself rolling in Tupac Shakur's 1996 Hummer
Mon, May 2 2016UPDATE: Tupac Shakur's Hummer blew away estimates, selling for $337,114 according to the auction site. It's been nearly 20 years since the renowned rapper Tupac Shakur was gunned down at the height of his fame. One of the last vehicles he ever purchased, this 1996 AM General Hummer in a four-door pickup configuration, is now being sold by RR Auctions. Since 1996, it hasn't covered much ground. The odometer reads just 10,101 miles. A bunch of upgrades, like driving lights, a sound system and external PA, and diamond-plate bumpers, are present and were allegedly added by Shakur. The Hummer has a 6.5-liter turbodiesel V8 and automatic transmission. According to the seller, after being owned by Shakur and then, after his death, his mother Afeni Shakur, the Hummer went through a variety of owners. This includes BET, which gave the car away during a raffle in 2003, the owners of Havenotz Entertainment, and the mother of the rapper Yaki "Prince" Kadafi who was a "godbrother" of Shakur. The included vanity plate reads "YAKNPAK", a nod to both Kadafi and Shakur. The vehicle is currently in Canada. Bidding opens on May 12th and ends on May 19th, and RR Auctions estimates it'll sell for more than $100,000. Army's first surplus Humvee auction brings in $744,000
Thu, Dec 18 2014The first public auction of surplus US Army Humvees has came and went, and to call it a rousing success would be a major understatement. Auctioneers IronPlanet Inc., unloaded 25 trucks on behalf of the Department of Defense's Defense Logistics Agency. Bidding started at a meager $10,000 for the privilege of driving home in America's most iconic military vehicle. With $744,000 changing hands, the average Humvee crossed the block for just under $30,000, while the highest winning bid was $41,000, for a 1994 vintage, and the lowest winning price was $21,500, Military.com reports. If those prices seem a smidge low, it's because they are. A quick check of AutoTrader revealed that, nationwide, the cheapest Hummer H1 was up for grabs for $31,300, while the most expensive, a 2006 H1 Alpha, was going for $149,995. Of course, there's a good reason you might want to consider the civilian model, as Military.com explains it. AM General, the Humvee's manufacturer, is pretty unequivocal on its website, saying, "The Humvee was designed for a military mission and was not designed to meet civilian safety standards." It gets worse, though. "AM General does not endorse nor support the sale of these military vehicles to the general public or private entities. AM General further opposes any use of these military vehicles by individuals or entities outside of the military context for which the vehicles are designed. AM General does not sell the military vehicle or service parts for the military vehicle to the general public." Somehow, though, we doubt that will stop those that are truly interested in the brutish military vehicle. The 25 Humvees sold in this first auction had simply been gathering dust at Utah's Hill Air Force Base, according to Military.com. Considering this auction's success, and the fact that there are apparently 4,000 more surplus Humvees sitting about, we doubt this will be the last time the military turns to auction houses to unload inventory. GMC Hummer EV pickup reveal postponed
Wed, Apr 29 2020We’re pretty excited about the all-electric Hummer pickup coming from the GMC brand. GM is too, enough to spend Super Bowl money on an ad teasing it. Today, we received an update from GM about the Hummer EV, with good news and bad news. The bad news: GM has announced that it is postponing the May 20 reveal for the Hummer. With the coronavirus throwing the proverbial wrench into a number of vehicle operations, including reveals, we canÂ’t say weÂ’re surprised at all. The good news, GM assures us, is that development continues “undeterred.” GM understandably hasnÂ’t provided a new debut date for the GMC Hummer EV, but it did provide us with the new short teaser video above. WeÂ’ve seen other details in previous teasers, as well. We were lucky enough to see the Hummer EV in person last month just before the pandemic began causing the world to grind to a halt. At GMÂ’s EV Day at its Warren, Mich., campus, the Hummer pickupÂ’s exterior was on full display. ItÂ’s a big, off-road-ready pickup complete with giant all-terrain rubber and tow hooks. It features removable roof panels for access to the open sky, which appears to be depicted in the teaser above. It features sail panels behind the C-pillars, similar to those on the Chevy Avalanche and Honda Ridgeline. Its bed was concealed with a tonneau cover, but it sported GMCÂ’s MultiPro tailgate that we first saw on the Sierra Denali. Interior photos showed a spacious interior with blocky shapes, squared hourglass vents that mirror the look of the taillights and a lunar theme that incorporates the topography of the Sea of Tranquility into things like the floor mats and speaker covers. It also has a large infotainment screen as well as a digital instrument panel. The Hummer pickup will be offered with a number of electric powertrain options, the most powerful of which will provide 1,000 horsepower and a 0-60 mph time of less than three seconds. Like the rest of the next generation of GM EVs, it will use the automakerÂ’s new Ultium modular battery and powertrain technology. While we donÂ’t have further details about a potential reveal date, we also know a Hummer electric SUV based on the pickup will follow at some point. It, too was on display at GMÂ’s EV Day. It looks exactly like the Hummer pickup from the rear doors forward, but with a shorter wheelbase and enclosed cargo area in the rear. It also sported a liftgate-mounted spare.
