~We are pleased to be offering this 2006 Honda Element EX-P~
5 years ago to the day I sold this vehicle to a very good friend of mine as a Certified Pre-owned Honda with only 29,000 miles on it. Now after 5 years and 100,000 miles he has traded it in for another vehicle and it is my turn again to find that special person who will be excited and proud to own this unique vehicle and use it the way it was intended. As a solid-reliable daily driver in all weather conditions as well as utility vehicle for those weekend adventures. This Element has served him well through snowstorms, road trips, the daily commute, weekend fishing trips and more. Now we need a new owner to put another happy 100k on it!

This 2006 Element EX-P model comes fully equipped with;
Auto transmission
Real-Time 4WD
Power windows, locks and mirrors
body colored panels
rear removable moonroof

Vehicle is being Sold as-is, no warranties implied due to mileage

Condition notes; Vehicle was well loved and enjoyed and with 100k miles does come with some cosmetic flaws; Please note picture of front bumper blemish. Interior is in average condition, still looks good but does have the typical cracked/worn drivers seat as well as wear in the footwell. Passenger seat does have some wear but overall good.
Exterior shines up good, the rest of glass and plastic all good, but definitely has a few small dings and scratches around body. There are no major blemishes or damages mechanically or physically that have any effect on the use of the vehicle-IT IS Ready for anything over another 100k miles!

Please look at pics but also feel free to call or email with any questions.

DONT WAIT....WONT LAST!

Happy Bidding!

Honda recalling 748k Odyssey and Pilot models over airbag concern

Fri, 18 Jan 2013

American Honda today announced a recall of approximately 748,000 Odyssey and Pilot models due to faulty airbag concerns. The vehicles in question are Odyssey minivans from the 2011 to 2013 model years and Pilot crossovers from the 2009 to 2013 model years.
According to a statement from Honda, driver's side airbags in the affected vehicles were potentially assembled without some of the rivets that secure the bag's plastic cover. Because of this, the airbag may not deploy properly in the event of a crash, leading to further occupant injury. As of this writing, no injuries have been reported in conjunction with this issue.
Honda will begin officially notifying owners via mail in mid-February. The automaker urges customers to take their vehicles to an authorized dealership, where vehicles will be inspected and, if necessary, repaired. In lieu of waiting for the snail mail approach, owners may also visit www.recalls.honda.com or can contact the automaker directly at 1.800.999.1009 and select option four.

MotorWeek checks out two sides of the '90s Japanese car scene

Sat, Feb 6 2016

MotorWeek's Retro Reviews let you feel nostalgic about a huge range of classic cars, and the latest two releases offer a look at two very different sides of the Japanese car market in the 1990s. The video above shows off tuned examples of the Mazda RX-7 and Nissan 300ZX. Check out the clip below to remember the 1997 Honda CR-V, if you want to reminisce about something a little more utilitarian. The RX-7 and 300ZX were among the era's best Japanese sports cars, and these examples' suspension and engine overhauls gave them an extra boost. Peter Farrel Supercars tunes the Mazda, and the vibrant yellow paint and body kit make it look ready for an episode of Initial D. The updated powertrain stands up to the mean styling and gets the RX-7 to 60 miles per hour in 4.5 seconds. The Stillen 300ZX GTZ sports a giant wing, and new turbos take the output to 465 hp. It sprints to 60 in 4.9 seconds. The CR-V sits on the opposite end of the automotive spectrum as the tuned RX-7 and 300ZX, but it's even more important in a historical sense. The Honda (along with the Toyota RAV4 and others) was among the progenitors of today's mega-popular compact crossovers. These early examples set the foundation for offering buyers a utilitarian vehicle in a comfortable package with good fuel economy at an affordable price. The CR-V had some quirky charm, too, like the removable picnic table hidden in the cargo floor. This content is hosted by a third party. To view it, please update your privacy preferences. Honda takes us through 50 years of automobiles in 60 seconds

Honda's wonderfully simple, fun ads are not in short supply right now. We showed you Hands, the followup to 2003's The Cog, last week. If you haven't had a chance to look at those two great videos, we strongly encourage you to head over that way and give them a watch.
The latest minute-long commercial is a bit more dear, though. And while it may be in Japanese, it's still a cool look back at Honda and its car-building history.
This is also a great video if you're a fan of odd, vintage Japanese vehicles. Honda's T360 and a few old Civics are featured heavily, although we can't help but notice that a few very big names are missing. Where's the NSX or the S2000? How about the original Insight, a car so revolutionary it still has a cult following today? Honda has made some great cars, we just wish it'd show off more of them. Check out the video below.
