2013 Honda CR-V EX-L This SUV is LOADED! All wheel drive, leather interior with heated seats. Navigation system and also back-up camera. Anti-lock breaks, aluminum wheels and much more. I purchased this car from an insurance auto auction last year (2012). This car was sold as flooded run and drive car. The interior carpet was wet but everything was and is fully functional. To fix the problem I removed the interior seats, carpet, and floor wiring. I purchased from the local Honda dealer and replaced the interior carpet and all floor wiring, and airbag module that is placed in the middle of the car right on the floor. When I got the car it had only 2 miles on the speedometer!! So I am the first and original owner of the car as it was sold to the auction from the dealer's lot. I am an auto mechanic and have worked on Hondas for 15 years. Everything on the vehicle works 100% guaranteed. The car still smells as brand new car from factory - and of course its 2013. This vehicle in New York state had to pass salvage state inspection and after that New York state issued rebuilt title (which is normal New York state title which on the title states rebuilt) - even though this car has never been in any kind of accident except light flood. It is the New York state's policy for new car dealer's insurance to sell the vehicles to auction because of their policy. Whoever wins this car will save a lot of money as this car is sold over $31,000+ taxes at a dealer. This car is fully paid off and there are no leans!! For today's SUVs this is a very efficient vehicle to have - city 25 miles per gallon, highway 29 miles per gallon - and of course all depends on how you drive. You are welcome to come and test drive the beautiful spotless car! And if you have any other additional questions, you can call my at (585) 820-3126 |

Check out the orange McLaren-Honda racecar that might actually win a race
Wed, May 3 2017Following the announcement that Fernando Alonso, two-time F1 world champion, would drive a McLaren-Honda IndyCar in this year's Indianapolis 500, we now get to see the car. Naturally, being a McLaren, it's painted in the company's official orange hue. It's actually even more orange than the company's Formula 1 cars, which are two-tone: orange and black. The reveal of the car's livery comes in conjunction with Alonso's first testing day at the Indianapolis Speedway, which you can watch live, here. Alonso has never participated in the Indy 500 before, nor has he been behind the wheel of Indy cars. That doesn't mean he can't win, though. Fellow Formula 1 racer Alexander Rossi took home the win last year, and that was his first time at the 500. Rossi also won in an Andretti-backed, Honda-powered car, just as Alonso will this year. So it isn't unreasonable to think Alonso could win, or at least place well. Certainly his odds are better than driving one of the beleaguered McLaren-Honda F1 cars at Monaco that same weekend. Snapshots from Acura NSX prototype run at Mid-Ohio
Mon, 05 Aug 2013Acura's achingly slow showing of the new, hybrid NSX saw yet another step yesterday, as we reported late last week. A powder-blue prototype ran ahead of the open-wheelers at the Honda Indy 200 at the Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course. Why show the NSX Prototype at Mid-Ohio? Honda's Ohio research and development center, which has taken the lead on NSX development, is just 60 miles from the track. And as race sponsor, Honda must have figured it would give the spectators a glimpse of the new supercar it's been teasing for the better part of a decade.
With a planned launch in 2015 (special emphasis on the "planned" part, considering the NSX's history), the NSX Prototype shown here sports graphics that "speak to Acura's intention to go racing with the new NSX." That's great news for fans of endurance racing, although it remains to be seen when a motorsports program for the new NSX will get off the ground.
Take a look at the fresh gallery of images, and be sure to head over to our original Mid-Ohio post for the video footage of the NSX Prototype on track.
Bisimoto 2014 Honda Odyssey packs 1,029 hp plus the kids
Wed, 06 Nov 2013You know, the last time I drove a Honda Odyssey, I thought, "Man, this thing could really use another 781 horsepower." Thank goodness for the folks at Bisimoto, then, who have brought this "Power-Van" to the 2013 SEMA Show in Las Vegas. It's your standard seven-passenger Honda Odyssey with massive powertrain tuning to deliver a full 1,029 horsepower. Honda has not listed the torque output, but we imagine it's roughly eleventy billion foot-pounds.
That crazy power bump has been achieved through the use of - *deep breath* - an Infinity ECU, Arias pistons, ARP headstuds and bolts, Bisimoto's own 360-degree oil cap, a cat-back exhaust system, stainless mufflers, an improved fuel pump, new spark plugs, custom headwork, R&R custom steel rods, Turbonetics BTZ7265 twin turbochargers, a wastegate, blowoff valve, VP racing fuels and a whole lot more. Honda says the only chassis/suspension modifications come in the way of Fifteen52 wheels, 225/30-series Toyo T1 Sport tires and Young Guns performance exhaust coatings. So as far as we can tell, this thing still uses a front-wheel-drive setup. I bet it'll do somersaults.
Of course, this is SEMA, where we assume there's a four-modification minimum for any car that enters the Las Vegas Convention Center, so the Odyssey has been given added visual flair, as well. Outside, that means there's a Denmatic design theme, a whole mess of Honda accessories (check out that roof tub) and some new paint. Inside, upgraded upholstery has been fitted, as have Recaro seats.
