If you have been looking for a beautiful, low mile Honda Accord then you are going to LOVE my 2004 top of the line EX-L V-6 coupe with only 65k original 1-owner adult owned Florida miles! This car was bought new right here in Ft. Myers by an older couple who traded in at our Cadillac dealership in this shape, NO auctions! It has been garaged and is all original with a clean Autocheck report showing no accidents or problems. It received a great score of 94 points out of an average rating of between 56-79 points so you know it has a great history as well. And being a true Florida car there is NO rust, look at the underside picture I took, it shines like new! This is by far the cleanest one I have had, it looks almost like a new car! The exterior looks wonderful and the Honda paint is all original with no dents, scrapes, fade or rust and obviously garaged. The headlights are nice and clear and the factory aluminum wheels shine like new with no corrosion. The two front tires are in great shape the rears are in fair condition. There is also a sporty rear spoiler and tinted windows. The interior is spotless and there are no stains, rips or odors and this is also a non-smoker's car so it is fresh as new inside. All you smell is that nice leather smell! The heated leather seats are very comfortable and there is plenty of head and legroom and a good sized trunk as well. The whole interior looks as close to new as possible and very well cared for. VERY good people owned this car. All the power options work great including the ice cold air conditioning, power sunroof and 6-CD stereo that sounds wonderful. There is also a sport leather steering wheel, dual climate control and dual front, side and rear air bags making this a very safe car for your family.. It really has a fancy feel to it, much like an Acura. What a pleasure to drive, so smooth and quiet! The peppy V-6 V-TEC engine runs smooth as silk and should with only 65k miles and it will deliver 30mpg on the road. The brakes are smooth as is the transmission and suspension with no shakes or rattles, just as you would expect from a low mile, 1-owner Florida Honda. Look it over good and I promise you it looks and drives every bit as nice as I am stating and once you see and take it for a spin around the block you are sure to fall in love. Acura NSX prototype gets back on track

Developing a new vehicle is not without its complications, we're sure, but usually things follow a fairly predictable progression: you develop a prototype, you test it, test it and test it again, then you put it into production. What you don't expect is that your prototype will burn to the ground, but that's what famously happened to the NSX which Honda engineers were testing a few months ago.
Fortunately, the Acura NSX prototype is back on track, both literally and figuratively, as you can see from this latest batch of spy shots snapped at the Nürburgring. This camouflaged prototype looks pretty much the same as the last one, only, you know... less crispy. Which is to say, it looks pretty much ready to hit showrooms.
The naysayers may point out that Honda chose colder and damper weather to put the NSX back into testing - thereby mitigating the risk of another fire - but we're sure the Japanese automaker has been working hard to fix the flammability issues, whatever may have caused them, over the past few months. At least, we hope they have.

Honda's U.S. Plants Build Ten Million Accords, 20 Million Total Vehicles

The ten millionth American-built Honda Accord rolled off the assembly line Friday at the Japanese automaker's plant in Marysville, Ohio, according to Autoblog. Honda is celebrating not only the Accord, which is the seventh best selling nameplate of all time, but also an accumulative 20 million Hondas built in the U.S. since the company first started manufacturing at Marysville in November 1982. Honda was the first Japanese automaker to gamble on American manufacturing. Now, 94 percent of all Hondas sold in the U.S are American-built. They are made in facilities in Ohio, Alabama and Indiana. Honda's U.S. plants manufactured 1.3 million vehicles last year - a company record. Honda currently builds the best-selling Civic and Accord, as well as the Crosstour, CR-V, Pilot, Odyssey and Ridgeline in the U.S. Acura, Honda's luxury brand, also builds cars at the American plants, including the ILX, TL, RDX and MDX. Fernando Alonso expects to retire after McLaren-Honda

When Fernando Alonso was three years old, his father gave him a model of a McLaren-Honda grand prix car. That's where his path to Formula One started, and it's where he wants his career to end as well. Speaking with Autosport, the two-time world champion indicated that he intends to retire after he's done at McLaren, rather than switch to another team. Of course, he didn't indicate just when that would be, but as far as he's concerned, the road ends in Woking. The highly rated and immensely successful Spanish driver has been on the grid for fourteen years now. He started out with Minardi (precursor to Toro Rosso) in 2001, then spent four seasons with Renault, where he scored back-to-back world titles. He then switched to McLaren for one year, where he won four races, then back to Renault for another three where he and the team fell off their form. Fernando subsequently switched to Ferrari where he spent the last five seasons, thrice finishing second in the world championship but never quite managing to clinch an elusive third title. This year he's back at McLaren but has had a bumpy start. After crashing during a pre-season test session, he sat out the season opener, and failed to finish the second round in Malaysia. He's now in Shanghai preparing for this weekend's Chinese Grand Prix. Like this writer, he'll be turning 34 in July, making him the fourth oldest driver on the grid this year. So he's still got a good few years in him, and will likely want to see the troubled rekindling of the McLaren-Honda partnership through to winning form. But while nobody can tell what the future will bring, it looks like any other team that hopes to lure the champ away could end up disappointed.
