Brooklyn, New York, United States

For sale is a fully-loaded 2008 Honda EX-L V6 Accord Coupe in automatic. It's has a 3.5L 268 horsepower engine with variable cylinder management (VCM) to save on fuel costs at low speeds. The interior is tan leather and in excellent condition, with full screen and voice-activated navigation and bluetooth system. The car and engine run excellently. There are some minor scratches consistent with everyday use. The tires have been changed within the last 1,000 miles. There are blue ambient accent lights in the footwells that were installed through Honda (can be turned on and off with a button on the dash). As the history report shows, there was one minor accident I was struck on the rear-passenger side. It was purely cosmetic damage and the car was repaired through an authorized body shop. I believe the rear bumper was repainted at this time as well. Unfortunately, I am moving to the city and must sell it. Please feel free to message me for more information/pictures or to come visit to see and test drive the car. The car is located in Westchester County, NY. All original manuals and DVDs are included.

Glickenhaus's SCG 003 to pack twin-turbo Honda V6?
Tue, 26 Aug 2014Scuderia Cameron Glickenhaus has made (or commissioned) two vehicles to date - the P4/5 and the P4/5 Competizione - and is now hard at work on its third. The first was based on the Ferrari Enzo and the second on a Ferrari F430, but the third is being developed independently from the ground up. The question, then, is what engine will it use?
Well now we may have our answer as Jalopnik reports that the SCG 003 (as it's known at the moment) will be powered by a 3.5-liter V6 sourced from Honda, fitted with twin turbochargers and producing in excess of 500 horsepower.
Honda's J35Y engine produces 278 horsepower in the Accord, 290 hp in the Acura MDX and 310 hp in the RLX. It also forms the basis for the HR35TT racing engine which Honda Performance Development puts in its Daytona Prototype, so if the rumors turn out to be true, chances are that's probably the engine in question - with the possible addition of a hybrid electric assist - but we'll have to sit tight to find out for sure.
Honda recalls 2012-13 Fit Sport models over stability control issue
Mon, 29 Apr 2013Honda is recalling 43,782 examples of the 2012 and 2013 Fit Sport in the US and close to 2,000 more in Canada. During federal compliance testing it was discovered that the software for the Vehicle Stability Assist allows an excessive tilt angle before applying the brakes to prevent a crash. The issue only affects Fit Sports equipped with a certain kind of tire.
Honda will notify owners in mid-May, at which time owners can take their cars to dealers to have the stability control software updated free of charge. There's a press release from Honda below with more details.
Honda Civic Tourer images arrive early on web
Sun, 03 Mar 2013Honda provided a teaser sketch of its Civic Tourer concept wagon about a month ago (right), but today, just a couple days before its official debut at the Geneva Motor Show, we've found these official pics of the car in question from WhatCar?
The Civic Tourer concept adds a little length and height to the current Civic hatchback sold in Europe, stretching the shape every which way to make a new wagon model that will compete with cars like the new Volkswagen Golf Variant, which is also making its debut in Geneva this week.
As we mentioned when Honda released the teaser sketch last month, the European Civic is different from the Civic sold here in the US, so the production version of this concept, which should debut in the fall, will never see the inside of a dealership in the States. Do you care, or does the smaller Fit fill that role well enough for Americans?
