This 2 Owner 2003 S2000 Roadster was traded to us with ALL Service Records in outstanding condition and has only 73,930 miles! These Japanese sport cars are just a lot of fun to drive and I can only imagine what it handled like when it was brand new because it handles and drives superbly today. This car was used as a seasonal car for its car enthusiast owner and the records indicate that he meticulously maintained his S2000 and it was a very hard decision for him to part with this car and buy a new car. Lucky for you that he did, as now it is available for purchase. The Suzuka Blue Metallic paint is in very nice shape with not a ding or dent anywhere, but it is a 10 year old car with 73K. The Blue Leather interior is very nice also and still smells new and fresh because no one has ever smoked in the car. The Black Canvas soft top is original in great shop and operates perfectly. The tires are near new in great shape and mounted on flawless factory alloy wheels. The car has a Certified Clean Carfax with no accident history. These cars came loaded with equipment with no options. The MSRP was $33,060 and we have the original window sticker, 2 sets of keys and all owners manuals. Glad to arrange to have the S2000 delivered to your front door or pick you up at the Kansas City airport so you put the top down and just drive it home! May be purchased prior to the end of the listing call RON 913-707-8111 to find out how.

GoPro learned to hoop from Meadowlark Lemon
Wed, 23 Apr 2014Wait, wait, wait. We promise that there's something to do with cars in this story. Really, there is. It also, though, features some basketball antics. And the entire thing is possible thanks to the magic that is the GoPro.
Strategically situated, the little cameras capture David Kalb, a master when it comes to making trick basketball shots. This time, he's showing just what he can do when launching balls through the sunroof of a Honda Civic. That includes dribbling and sinking a layup (although we think he may have traveled when driving to the net).
Take a look below for the video, and let us know what you think of Kalb's tricks down in Comments.
Question of the Day: What's the most irritating car name?
Wed, Mar 9 2016You hear a lot about how the Chevrolet Nova was a sales flop in Mexico because "No va" means "it doesn't go" in Spanish; in fact, the Nova sold pretty well south of the border, and in any case most Spanish-speakers know that "Nova" means "new" in Latin and Portuguese. However, General Motors doesn't deserve to be let off the hook for bad car names, because the Oldsmobile Achieva— no doubt inspired by the excruciating "coffee achievers" ads of the 1980s— scrapes the biggest fingernails down the screechiest chalkboard in the US-market car-name world. That is, unless you think Daihatsu's incomprehensible choice of Charade was worse. Meanwhile, Japanese car buyers could get machines with cool names like Mazda Bongo Friendee or Honda Life Dunk. It's just not fair! So, what car name drives you the craziest? Related Video: Auto News Design/Style Chevrolet Honda Mazda Daihatsu Automotive History questions car names
Honda, Acura lay out future plans: HR-V and more coming in 2022
Thu, Jan 13 2022Automakers and PR representatives are notoriously tight-lipped about upcoming vehicles. The infamous line that all of us in the car news business are familiar with is, "We cannot comment on future product." But this week, Honda opened up a little bit and laid out its big reveals for the coming year, and it's going to be a busy one. It all starts with the 2023 Honda HR-V, shown in the renderings above. The company didn't share a whole lot of details since it was focusing on the broad product plans, but it did note that it will be "unique to North America." It's not clear if it's just styling, which is abundantly obvious compared to the European HR-V and Japanese Vezel shown below, or if it will have a different platform and powertrains. We suspect the latter, since looking at the renderings, not only does it have a meaner, more aggressive look, but the glass in the greenhouse is different, as are the door handles. The HR-V is only the start of the big product rollout. More SUVs follow starting with the new CR-V, and then the new Pilot. A new Accord is coming, and of course there's the imminent Civic Type R. Acura's rollout is a bit more modest, with the big launches being the new Integra and the Type-S version of the MDX. Honda HR-V / Vezel View 11 Photos Plug-in hybrids aren't part of the plan There's one thing that Honda isn't including in its plans, and that's plug-in hybrids. When asked why, American Honda's executive Vice President of National Operations Dave Gardner noted that public and governmental feelings have moved from just reducing emissions to eliminating them entirely. As such, the time and effort to develop plug-in hybrids doesn't make sense when that could be applied to fully electric cars. Conventional, non-plug-in hybrids are still planned, and Honda is expecting ever increasing hybrid sales in the next few years. The company is expecting half of Accord sales will eventually be hybrid. As for Acura, hybrids aren't planned to be a big part of sales, with the brand jumping straight to EVs. Speaking of EVs, Honda's first North American electric car is still planned to be the Prologue. It's the electric model that's going to be based on a General Motors product. It's slated for the 2024 model year, and Honda is anticipating around 70,000 annual sales for it to start. Acura will get a counterpart to the Prologue, which may be named ADX.
