Don't let the miles fool you. This is a one owner 2003 Honda Civic Hybrid. This car is made for the person who wants total fuel efficiency since it has a hybrid system matched with a 5 speed manual transmission. No problem with 50+ MPG and it is being sold with no reserve.
The 1.3L four cylinder gas/electric engine purrs along without miss or smoke. The 5 speed manual transmission shifts fine however it might need a clutch kit soon. No problem with the brakes, steering and suspension. No exhaust leaks.
The exterior is very clean considering the miles. No major dents, scratches or dings. The lights and lenses are bright and clear with no cracks. The tires, on factory alloy wheels, have about 25% tread (see pic). The rear tires are making a humming noise at high speeds. The windshield has no cracks but there are a couple very small chips.
The interior is clean with the exception of the driver side carpet which is worn (see pic). No wear spots on the cloth seats. All the power options such as windows, side mirrors, cruise control, etc. work as designed. The heat is hot and the AC is cold. It has a factory sound system with CD. The check engine and IMA light is on but the gauges on the dash say the system is charging and assisting as required. The auto stop is also working.
This vehicle may have a few miles but we think it may have a few more years left of reliable service. These Civics seem to run forever. This could be a great car for the person who requires fuel efficiency on a limited budget. The winning bidder will have no problems driving this car home.
This pre-owned vehicle is being sold by a Maryland Used Car Dealer. We require, on ALL internet sales, a $200 internet auction fee which covers document, clerical, airport transportation, IT support and all other internet auction expenses. This fee covers our fixed expenses and allows us to sell with no reserve. We offer, with proof of insurance, a 60 day temporary tag for $50.
This is a NO RESERVE auction which means that the high bidder, at auction end, must purchase the car. Only bid if you intend to buy and you understand the payment procedure. All non-paying bidders will be reported to Ebay. IF THE DEPOSIT IS NOT RECEIVED WITHIN THE 24 HOURS AS REQUIRED WE WILL AUTOMATICALLY RELIST AND REPORT AN UNPAID BIDDER TO EBAY. We try to describe all vehicles accurately. For questions call 410 251-7326 Thanks.
THIS VEHICLE DOES NOT HAVE A CURRENT MARYLAND INSPECTION AND THEREFORE ACCORDING TO MARYLAND MVA REGULATIONS CAN ONLY BE PURCHASED BY A NON-MARYLAND RESIDENT. DO NOT BID IF YOU ARE A MARYLAND RESIDENT. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDED.

2014 Honda Accord V6 Touring
Mon, 03 Mar 2014America's midsize sedan segment is one of the most crowded and fiercely competitive in the business. The Toyota Camry has long been our nation's best seller, while the Honda Accord has dutifully come in second place, like some sort of codependent Cal Naughton Jr. riding Ricky Bobby's back bumper.
There was that one year, 2001, when the Accord briefly broke the Camry's streak, marring what would today have been a 17-year-long run of best-selling car titles. The Accord pulled the opposite move in 2011, letting sales slip far enough to let not only the Toyota by, but the Nissan Altima and Ford Fusion, as well. Aside from those anomalies, the Camry and Accord have been first and second in this segment since before many of you readers could even drive.
It's 2014, and these frenemies have never before faced a threat to their world order as strong as today's class of family sedans. The aforementioned Altima and Fusion are perhaps the most capable challengers, but the Chevrolet Malibu, Hyundai Sonata, Kia Optima, Volkswagen Passat and Mazda6 are all capable of convincing new buyers to walk their way.
2013 Honda Accord Coupe V6 6MT
Fri, 21 Dec 2012One of the first cars I reviewed for Autoblog was - say it with me now - a 2010 Honda Accord Coupe EX-L V6 w/Navi 6MT, perhaps the rarest of all modern Accord models. I mean, think about it: Of all the different Accord variants on the road, how many are coupes? And how many of those have the larger V6 engine? And how many of those are fully loaded with leather, navigation and all the trimmings? And finally, how many of those have option sheets where the only box that isn't checked is the automatic transmission?
That has to be something like one percent of one percent, right?
So when Honda started rolling its all-new 2013 Accord into the test fleet, I was happy to hear that yet another Coupe EX-L V6 w/Navi 6MT model was available out of the Detroit pool. And while this really isn't the car that serves as the control for judging the entire Accord line, it's still one heck of a sweetheart.
Honda slaps Legend name on JDM Acura RLX
Mon, 10 Nov 2014It's been eighteen years since we last saw the Legend nameplate in Acura showrooms here in the US, but in Japan it's still very much alive as Honda's flagship sedan. And now the Japanese automaker has revealed the latest generation.
Set to go on sale across Japan on January 22 - 30 years since the nameplate was introduced - the new Honda Legend is essentially the same model we already know in the States as the new Acura RLX. Only by "essentially," we mean exactly. It is the RLX, only with Honda badges instead of Acura ones. The manufacturer hasn't even changed the grille or the wheels.
Although the RLX is being offered Stateside in two forms, the new JDM Honda Legend will only come in one form, equivalent to our Sport Hybrid, with Super Handling All-Wheel Drive and a hybrid powertrain pairing a 3.5-liter V6 to a seven-speed dual clutch transmission with integrated electric motor. For the privilege of owning the most luxurious car Honda makes, Japanese customers will have to pony up ¥6,800,000 - which about adds up to $59,950 we'd pay for an RLX Sport Hybrid.
