Two owner car. My sister bought it new in Calif., then passed it on to my nephew in Virginia, who has now moved across country.
It's a great little car that gets 30 mpg. The only thing not working is the cruise control. They apparently get water leaked into them and go bad.
The windshield has a long crack across the lower part and must be replaced for inspection. The airbag light is on; there's a factory recall for that fix and also for some front fog light wiring (I think). The chrome "H" on the grill is gone. All lights work as they should.
The paint is in good shape and still pretty shiny, except for the trunk which has scratches on it; probably from strapping a bicycle on it. I haven't tried to wax or buff it. In the photos, there is a reflection showing on the left side of the trunk. The front plastic bumper fascia has a bunch of scrapes and scratches, and one punctured part about the size of a tennis ball. There are some long, light scratches on the sides of the car. It looks good from 15 ft. away, for a 12 yr. old car. Hood has paint chips and looks like a kid sat on it. Dent should pop out. Photo shows a refection, not the hood dent.
I have driven this car from Virginia to Delaware where I live, and it is a fun car to drive. Very peppy engine.

Takata doubling production of replacement airbag inflators
Wed, Feb 11 2015Takata is scrambling to fill the massive backlog of orders for replacement airbag inflators, announcing that a recently completed pair of production lines are only the beginning of a production ramp up. The company has kicked up the pace on the two new production lines at its Monclova, Mexico factory, increasing the plant's production from 300,000 to 450,000 units per month. As AN reports, though, even at that pace, it'd take Takata years to produce enough replacements for the 25 million recalled vehicles. A spokesperson confirmed to AN that, globally, Takata will be producing 900,000 replacement airbag inflators by September. Even at that pace, it'd still take around two years to provide a new inflator for every affected vehicle. That's why other companies, perhaps smelling blood in the water, are providing their own replacements for the faulty inflators. We've already reported on Honda's plans to team with the world's largest airbag producer, Autoliv. Now, though, AN has confirmed that the Swedish supplier is in negotiations to provide millions of additional replacement inflators to other automakers affected by the Takata recall. Acura NSX bodywork to be sheathed in zirconium e-coat, fewer paint layers
Tue, 05 Aug 2014Automakers make halo cars to drum up excitement and show off what they can do, but there's more to it than that. Advanced platforms allow a company's engineers to experiment with all sorts of technologies. And in the case of the upcoming new Acura NSX, that includes new paint processes.
Speaking with Autoline in this video interview, Honda's North American Senior VP Jon Minto talked about an innovative zirconium e-coat which it's applying to the new NSX. Unlike some experimental paints developed for Formula One, however, this coating is not designed to minimize drag or enhance cooling: it's designed to be more environmentally friendly.
It's one of a few measures which Honda is implementing on the NSX before expanding it to more accessible models, along with another process that uses fewer coats to reduce energy consumption by 40 percent. Watch the interview with Autoline host John McElroy right here.
