2000 Honda Civic EX Cpe 4 Cylinder 5 Speed, AC, Cruise Control, Power Moonroof, Am-Fm CD, Power Windows & Locks, Power Mirrors and Keyless Entry. This Civic is Red with Gray cloth interior and comes with a lot of service history. This Civic has tires that were replaced in Sept. 2012 with Uniroyals that still read 9-10/32, new Muffler and Cat that were replaced in Aug. 2012, new front rotors and pads that were replaced in Mar. 2013 along with a new driver door handle at the same time along with many other reciepts through the years. This Civic will make the next owner an excellent running car for years to come.
The only negatives I have found on the car are all cosmetic issuses: the front bumper and hood have chips, the left front fender has been replaced and the color is a little darker, the left rear quarter has some small scratches over the wheel well and both front window moldings are peeling.
When My son bought this Civic it had a bad valve so he replaced 4 exhaust valves, head gasket, valve cover gasket, intake manifold gasket, air assist solenoid valve, spark plugs, front brake rotors and pads, driver outside door handle and the passenger outside mirror housing.
This Civic is running great and should for along time. He is selling this now because he has found another car that he wants to buy.
If you have any questions please contact me at mkauto@comcast.net or call 814-404-8392 and leave message with phone number and one of us will get back to you promptly. thank you and good luck bidding.

Honda is replacing airbags nationwide, not just in humid states
Tue, 18 Nov 2014With a Senate hearing scheduled for November 20, the investigations into the exploding airbag inflators from automotive supplier Takata are just beginning. Honda is among the automakers most affected by the problem with over five million vehicles potentially in need of repair in the US, according to the last estimate from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. But the actual number being fixed could be even higher because the company is also working with worried owners nationwide.
According to the Associated Press, Honda is willing to perform the repair for concerned owners of affected vehicles who live outside of the high-humidity regions that the recall covers. In a letter to customers online, the company explains that it wants to work with them to fix the problem and even provide temporary transportation, if necessary.
"This is not a new thing, and it does not represent us including vehicles outside of those regions within the recall or investigatory campaigns. It is a part of our ongoing efforts to work with our customers individually to resolve their concerns, even if their vehicle is not technically part of one of those actions," said Honda spokesperson Chris Martin to Autoblog via email.
Honda speeds down memory lane with its first F1 car
Fri, 22 Nov 2013Though most Formula One teams are based in the UK, they hail from places all around the world. There are teams from Russia, India and Malaysia, but in the 1960s, the idea of an F1 team coming from as far away as Japan was unthinkable in what was a predominantly European racing series. That's just the notion that Honda aimed to upset when it entered the car you see here in the 1964 Formula One World Championship.
With a 1.5-liter V12 dispensing 220 horsepower through a six-speed manual (its shifter necessitating the steering wheel mounted left-of-center), the 1964 Honda RA271 was built around an aluminum monocoque in a package that looks like a Formula Vee car you could erect in your garage, but it state-of-the-art when it was built. Speaking of which, Honda only built one, and today it's part of the Honda Collection Hall at Motegi, but the priceless racer made the trip down to Japan's capital so we could check it out at the Tokyo Motor Show. Awfully nice of Honda, we'd say. Check it out in our gallery of live shots from the show floor above.
