First and foremost I'm really selling this car for the B16A SiR Full engine swap, I just don't have any way to store the swap other than in the car at the moment so you buy one you get both. The engine has been fully rebuilt and the bottom end was built up. I also blueprinted it before the build. The car itself is in decent condition but needs work and needs the main relay replaced (which I will most likely be replacing as soon as I get paid in a week), It has little rust and a dent on the rear passenger side corner. I used it for a daily driver for 2 years and had no problems with it other than having to rebuild it.

Modifications and/or things done to it:
Bored out .020
Resurfaced the crank Journals
ALL bearings, seals, and gaskets replaced
ARP head studs
balanced rods
.020 over forged aluminum Acura Type R pistons and rings
Ca ms resurfaced
Head and Block hot tanked
oil pan was replaced a year ago
Have AEM Hybrid Dryflow Cold Air intake that is not installed yet
Have B Series 4-1 Header that won't fit with with the current subframe under the radiator but comes with it regardless
Have parts to restore center console and am in the process of putting it back together just don't have a lot of time
Has racing seats that came with it when I bought it
have extra walbro 255 lph fuel pump, and rear center light

Bad:
Needs gas, has some in tank that was stabilized 6 months ago but would replace it anyway
Needs inspection but will easily pass if you don't junk the car
Main relay

That's everything, its been fun but I'm tired of working on it. Hope you enjoy it as much as I have.

Honda Vision XS-1 Concept looks like a sportier Vezel [w/video]

Wed, 05 Feb 2014

We've talked a lot about the Honda Vezel over the past few months, as the Autoblog staff is looking forward to the Fit-based CUV. It's a handsome little vehicle, that we think will do quite well when it finally arrives in the US market. That said, it's not a particularly exciting vehicle to look at.
Along with the appearance of the Mugen-tuned Vezel at the Tokyo Auto Salon, though, a new concept that's being shown by Honda today at India's Delhi Auto Expo has us hopeful for a Vezel that looks a bit more assertive. It's called the Vision XS-1 Concept, and it's a seven-passenger (yes, seven) crossover that features minivan-style sliding doors. It sports Honda's "Exciting H Design," which is the same design philosophy used by the stylists that penned the new Fit. Unfortunately, at the moment, Honda has provided exactly zero details about what powers its new concept.
As a concept for the Indian market, which is home to some of the tightest, most congested roads on the planet, the stylish XS-1 is meant to demonstrate that Honda knows a thing or six about building compact vehicles. In that regard, we think it's a spot-on piece of work. Let us know what you think of it in Comments, but first, have a look up top for a gallery of images and then scroll down for a brief video and the official press release from Honda.

Honda Insight finally, officially dead

Fri, 28 Feb 2014

Earlier this week, we told you that the Honda Insight was scheduled to get the axe - something that had been rumored for a long time. Now, Honda has officially confirmed that the Insight is being put out of our its misery. That's right, America's most affordable mass-produced hybrid will officially die after the 2014 model year, with production scheduled to end this summer. Honda says that, moving forward, it will focus its efforts on expanding its newer two-motor hybrid system found in the Accord. Of course, this news doesn't exactly give us much hope for the CR-Z hatchback's longevity, either. Scroll down for the official release.

Honda Gear concept explored at Montreal Auto Show

Fri, 18 Jan 2013

Our friends at Autoblog Canada have just come away with a closer look at Honda's surprise Gear Concept at the Montreal Auto Show. The little three-door hatchback is arguably the automaker's first real shot at the North American city car market (the Gear is much smaller than the Fit) and may be an indication that Honda is getting serious about going after Scion on this side of the world after the CR-Z hybrid failed to deliver. Honda says the Gear Concept takes its inspiration from the fixed-gear bicycle scene, and should allow buyers an unprecedented level of customization. Designers also wanted to show that a car can be both fun and practical.
We're all for a compact stylish three door with functional room inside, but given Honda's propensity for draining the personality from its concepts on the way to production (at least the ones that don't look showroom ready), we don't hold much hope for the Gear. You can check out the full press release below for more information.
