Auction Policies We reserves the right to cancel bids from bidders with zero or negative feedback. If you do have zero or negative feedback, please contact us prior to bidding. We ask that the winning bidder please contact the dealership within 48 hours of the auction close and that the purchase transaction be completed within 7 calendar days.

We reserve the right to re-list or sell the vehicle in the event of a non-paying bidder.

We reserve the right to cancel all bids and end an auction early should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. Bidder's Age You must be 18 years of age or older to bid or purchase a vehicle.

Buyer's Inspection We are ready to make every effort to accurately and fairly describe this vehicle and has disclosed all known and pertinent information regarding this vehicle. Previously owned vehicles may have scratches and dings inherent for their year and mechanical parts are subject to fail. We welcome and recommend all vehicles be inspected BEFORE leaving our facility. If upon personal and/or authorized professional inspection of the vehicle at our facility, a buyer finds a substantial discrepancy between the published report and actual vehicle, we will either correct the problem at no charge, or work out a compromise, or refund all monies paid. Buyers are responsible for any inspection fees and charges.

Deposit The successful high bidder will submit a non-refundable $500 deposit within 48 hours of the close of the auction. We accept credit card or paypal for deposits. In the event the vehicle is not paid for, we retain the deposit to cover our costs to re-list the vehicle and lost opportunity costs. Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 7 business days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.

Disclaimer All vehicles are sold "as-is" unless there is a factory warranty remaining (will be stated in our description). All cars come with one master key unless otherwise stated. Exporting If you are purchasing a vehicle which will be exported overseas we can only release the vehicle to you via a transporter / shipper as the vehicle may not be operated on CT roads with a temporary tag unless sales tax has been collected. We request a copy of the export bill of lading or dock receipt for our records and state audit purposes so that we are not held responsible for taxes. Canadian customers: Please check to see that the vehicle qualifies for importation at www.riv.ca If you would like to have your car shipped door-to-door, visit www.searail.ca and they will handle every for you. To register in Canada, you will need a "NO OPEN RECALL LETTER" from the manufacturer. In some cases you may have to make modifications to get the car registered (such as adding day-time running lights) To get the car across the boarder you will need to fax a copy of the title, front and back, to the boarder 72 hours in advance. The original title is required to be present when crossing the boarder into Canada.

Fees and Taxes We charge a dealer-prep fee of $200 on all purchase transactions. It must be stated that...this charge may represent a profit to the dealership for items such as inspecting, detailing and preparing documents related to the sale. Connecticut law states that any such fee must be included in the final sale price without discrimination. With online auctions, the final sales price is not known in advance, so please be aware that $200.00 will be added to the closing or agreed amount so that the final sales price will include the fee and will be reflected in the bill of sale. We are licensed Connecticut dealer and is required to collect applicable sales tax. Please note: Sales Tax for CT Residents: Connecticut residents are responsible for 6.35% state sales tax, $400 Conveyance Fees and Registration Fees.

Out-of-state (non-Connecticut resident) taking delivery in a state other than CT: We charge a dealer-prep fee of $200 on all purchase transactions. In most cases we do not collect sales tax on these sales. You are responsible for paying your taxes, title and registration fees when you register the vehicle in your home state. We request a copy of the export bill of lading or dock receipt for our records and state audit purposes so that we are not held responsible for uncollected taxes. We can also provide state of CT transit/Temp plates good for 30 days at the time of pickup with valid insurance card that will cost an extra $100. Please inform our stuff that you want temporary plates for 30 days.

Non-Paying Bidder Please do not bid on this auction or listing unless you are serious about owning this vehicle.

We value your time and we expect the same level of respect in return. Odometer Readings Our cars are occasionally driven and the actual mileage of the vehicle at time of purchase might be slightly different than the mileage stated when the vehicle was listed.

Payment expected within 7 days, mailed payments within 10 We gladly accepts major credit cards and paypal for deposits. Certified bank checks, wire transfers or third-party financing. Please be sure to have full payment and/or approved financing in place BEFORE making your final bid.

Returns: Returns are allowed in the event the vehicle is shipped and you are dissatisfied. However, a 25% restocking fee applies and the return must take place within 7 days from receipt and the vehicle must have fewer than 200 miles difference upon return. Return shipping fees are the obligation of the buyer.

Shipping Vehicles may be picked-up at our offices or we will gladly assist you in arranging shipment. Shipping is solely the responsibility of the buyer. Please understand that we will arrange shipping for you as a value added service only. We are NOT the shipping company. All shipping questions and/or concerns should be addressed directly with the shipping company used to transport said vehicle. Should you be unsatisfied with your shipping service, please let us know! We aim to recommend only quality vendors.

Successful Bidder The winning bidder will be contacted via email after the auction. We request that winner bidders contact us within 48 hours by phone or email to arrange payment.

Warranty All vehicles are sold “as is”, unless otherwise stated in the vehicle description.
