2002 gmc savana 3500 turbo diesel 76K original miles
I am selling my 1 ton gmc savana 6.5L turbo diesel. I will do my best to describe the truck the best I can. I have owned the van for just under a year now. We bought the van to do some hvac work but things just haven't worked out the way I hoped so the van has to go. We bought the van with 72K miles on the van. We had the van inspected when we bought it. They put rear brakes on it and oil change and everything else was good. The interior of the van is in mint condition it has big comfy captain chairs, power windows, power locks, A/C, automatic. The exterior of the van is in very good condition compared to other vans that I looked at before buying this one. It does have some dings, scratches, nicks, and is missing one small piece of fiberglass molding from behind passenger wheel well. The van has running boards, ladder racks in which I have the third one never put it back on, keyless remote with auto start. The van is very professional looking and runs and drives great. I looked at 15 vans before buying this one. A van like this in this condition is hard to come by. The potential buyer is welcome to come drive the van and inspect it. I'm willing to take it to the local Chevy dealer and the buyer can pay them to look the van over, I think the van is in great mechanical shape and any dealer will tell you to buy it. If you do not come and look at the van before buying it don't think you are going to come on the day to pick the van up and try and get it cheaper for any reason. I know what's out there and I know what I'm selling, I'm more than realistic but have had people in the past try this tactic I'm giving the buyer every opportunity to inspect it before hand. The vans exterior is not perfect but very nice for the price. The van has shelves on both sides. I don't know if you know anything about these 6.5L turbo diesels but they are great engines. They got a bad rap in their earlier years because they had some issues but by the late 90's gmc had worked out any problems. these early 2000's have all the updates and easily will go 300,000 miles. The van starts right up even in the coldest of weather. The van has good power and shifts smooth. I would drive this van anywhere today. The van is for sale locally so I do have the right to end auction. If you have any questions call me at 610 955 8997. Anyone that has looked around will not be disappointed

GMC Sierra AT4X reportedly on the way, nameplate could be GMC's ZR2
Wed, Jul 21 2021In 2016, GM filed an application with Mexico's Institute of Industrial Property to reserve the name AT4X, and in 2019, the automaker made the same request to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Seeing that GMC's current AT4 trim replaces the former All Terrain trim used on the last-gen Sierra pickup, there have been suspicions ever since those trademark filings that GM would use the AT4X name to replace GMC's former All Terrain X trim. GM Authority reports that this is precisely what's going to happen, citing "sources familiar with the matter." The outlet even gleaned an equipment group number: 4SG for AT4X, whereas AT4 is equipment group 4SB. The surmise is that GMC is again developing its versions of Chevrolet's dirt-clobbering pickups that wear the ZR2 name. Spy shooters caught the GMC Canyon earlier this month trotting around on Multimatic's DSSV dampers and a set of 33-inch tires like its Colorado ZR2 sibling. The Canyon already offers an AT4 trim, it's thought this beefier setup will roll into the lineup as an AT4X. Stepping up to the half-ton league, at the end of last month Chevy released a teaser for the Silverado ZR2, which had been caught in prototype guise (pictured at top) around Detroit on at least two occasions. We've mused that the production Silverado ZR2 could take some hardcore off-roader cues from the factory-upgraded Silverado ZR2 race truck like a lifted stance, long-travel front suspension, four-leaf springs instead of three-leaf, electronic locking front and rear differentials, and a wider track. One of the production prototypes was caught on 33-inch tires, but we wouldn't be shocked to see 35-inchers on the spec sheet. That size would match the race truck and the rubber fitted to the cross-town rivals Ford Raptor and Ram 1500 TRX. A GMC Sierra AT4X would be the plusher, pricier, chrome-ier version of the ZR2. The aforementioned Multimatic shocks could also be on the docket. We'd expect the GMC Sierra AT4X to bow with the heavily updated 2022 pickup, whenever that arrives. Events around the world of late delayed the pickup, its launch now thought to happen late next year or in early 2023. Related Video:
2019 GMC Sierra 1500 spied in base trim level
Fri, May 11 2018When the 2019 GMC Sierra 1500 half-ton pickup was revealed, it was shown in the ultra-deluxe Denali trim with its carbon fiber bed and trick tailgate. And thanks to spy shots, we've been able to see the more modest SLE a few months ago. Now we get to see it in the most plain work truck iteration thanks to the above photos. This Sierra doesn't appear to have any trim designation. The SLE we saw had a badge in the lower left of the tailgate, but none appear on this except "Sierra." This fits with the current trim scheme for the Sierra, which calls the basic one simply by its model name. In addition to less badging, this Sierra ditches most of the chrome found on other trim levels. The grille insert is plain black plastic, as are the fender vents, door handles and window trim. There aren't engine badges, either. Currently the only engines announced for the Sierra are the gasoline 5.3-liter and 6.2-liter V8s and the diesel 3.0-liter six-cylinder. We would assume from the basic nature of this truck that it has the 5.3-liter V8. Nothing has been announced about a gasoline V6 for the new generation of Sierra and Silverado pickup trucks, despite a 4.3-liter V6 still being available on the 2018 model. Also, since this is a base Sierra, the bed is all steel and the tailgate is one big panel. Pricing still hasn't been revealed for the Sierra. But this and the other Sierra trims will go on sale in the fall, with pricing likely announced sometime in-between. Related Video: This content is hosted by a third party. GMC's Denali offerings are going great guns
Fri, 28 Feb 2014The Denali trim that GMC uses to denote its top-of-the-line vehicles was introduced back in 1999, partly as a way to challenge the recently introduced Lincoln Navigator. Fifteen years later, and with GMC the tenth-largest US automotive brand by itself Denali has become a sub-brand that keeps the cash registers ringing at the Renaissance Center HQ. While GMC increased sales by 9 percent in 2013, TheDetroitBureau.com reports that that Denali sales rose by 20 percent.
There are currently five Denali models in the GMC line, with the Denali trim available on all but its commercial vans. In 2010, when the now-discontinued Yukon XL Hybrid was also on sale, GMC sold 32,886 units of its top trim. Last year, that number had increased to 75,558, with almost no help from traditional marketing spends. Go to YouTube and search for "GMC Denali commercials" - the few actual commercial results are from years ago. GMC marketing director Roger McCormack tells TheDetroitBureau.com, "It's largely all been organic."
As sales have grown, so has the tide of money GMC rakes in from the additional luxury features on Denali models. The 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe starts at $44,600, yet its 2014 Yukon Denali doppelganger starts at $58,320, pricing that includes additional features like the larger 6.2-liter V8, nicer interior, head-up display and magnetic ride control suspension. The Yukon XL Denali starts at $60,965, but the article says the "average customer" likely to spend "up and above $70,000" to take one home. How does that happen? On a top-trim Tahoe LTZ, the top-tier wheel option is a set of 20-inch chrome wheels for $400; on the 'base' Yukon Denali you can swap for a set of 22-inch chrome alloys for $2,995. Add it up, and an analyst at AutoTrends Consulting said that kind of margin "epitomizes the concept of obscene profitability." We say when it comes to Denali, GMC appears to stand for "Grabbing More Cash."
