Greetings to All!! imotors is quite pleased to offer possibly the nicest 1994 Ford Thunderbird Super Coupoe Available anywhere! 1994 was the rarest of all the Automatic SC's with a scant 1925 examples being built. Just for comparison, 5,167 were built in 1995!!! Ours is a Gorgeous One owner car in Opal Frost Metallic that appears to have been garaged and pampered throughout it's 20 year life. It runs and drives fantastic with Ice Cold A/C and a host of options!!! Enthusiasts everywhere get weak in the knees when one like this becomes available. A One owner, always Dealer serviced SC that was apparently treated like one of the family! Examples like this one are unheard of! Most have over 200 Thousand miles by now, and are still going strong.

Our 1994 SC is one of only 1925 built. It appears to be all original with no Modifications!!

You can tell by the condition of the Bright and Shiny paint that this Beauty was Always Garaged and Pampered!!

The antenna denotes the rare factory installed Cell Phone!

The Opal Frost Metallic Paint Just Glistens in the sun. Pretty much the same way it did 20 years ago!! A few minor nicks and scratches from normal usage, but certainly nothing to deter from the Beauty and Originality of This 1 Owner Super Coupe!!

The sumptuous leather interior is in fantastic condition and is certainly commensurate with the low mileage and excellent care our Super Coupe has seen throughout its 20 year life. The leather is totally original with no dying done anywhere. Even the carpets look like they have never been stepped on.

These are super adjustable for your comfort and support!.

I would guess that this was a 1 person vehicle. The condition of the interior, especially the lack of wear would be a good indication! My guess is that no one ever sat here!!

Ford 3D-printing Mustang out of chocolate and candy for Valentine's Day

Is your beloved in love with the new 2015 Ford Mustang? Do they like chocolate (that's a trick question - everyone likes chocolate)? Are they a bit of a futurist? Then this Hallmark holiday, you need to get them this Ford Mustang, 3D-printed in sweet, delicious chocolate.
Ford is teaming with 3D Systems' Sugar Lab in LA to produce the super-accurate pony car confections in both chocolate and sugar candy varieties. The process kicked off with a CAD rendering of the 2015 Mustang, which was then programmed into the 3D printer. After a bit of work from the machine, a four-inch long, two-inch tall Mustang was the result. Why the tieup with 3D Systems, though?
"We wanted to create something fun to show that while 3D printing made these edible Mustangs, manufacturing-level 3D printing was used in the development of Ford's all-new sports car," said Paul Susalla, Ford's supervisor of 3D printing.

Ford opens research center in Silicon Valley

These days, the software running a vehicle's myriad of electronic systems seems to be getting nearly as much development focus from automakers as the traditional mechanical parts that keep a car going. Constantly improving that technology requires a lot of experimentation, though, and Ford is expanding its presence in Silicon Valley with the just-opened Research and Innovation Center Palo Alto to make that progress possible. Ford opened its first office in the country's technological hub in 2012 to draw talent and devise ways to deal with vast amounts of sensor data. Apparently, setting up shop in Silicon Valley was deemed a success because the Blue Oval decided to create this new lab in the Stanford Research Park to focus on five areas: connectivity, mobility, autonomous vehicles, customer experience and analytics. Among the center's potential projects, Ford is hoping to develop better natural speech recognition, which is absolutely vital for improving infotainment systems. Assuming the tech eventually works well enough, your voice might even be used to adjust a vehicle's power seats, according to the automaker. The Blue Oval is also letting engineers from Stanford University test autonomous driving algorithms on a self-driving version of the Fusion. In a smaller stakes venture, researchers are working to get a Nest smart thermometer to automatically adjust the temperature at home depending on if an owner's vehicle is leaving or coming back. To really show that its serious about these ventures, Ford hired Dragos Maciuca away from Apple as the center's technical leader. The automaker also wants to have 125 researchers at work there by the end of the year.

Ford hiring 800 more salaried workers than originally expected

Ford is on a roll this year, with excellent quarterly earnings and better-than-expected vehicle sales leading to 800 more job opportunities with the Blue Oval. In January, Ford announced that it wanted to hire 2,200 salaried employees, but, since then, that figure has been revised to 3,000, representing a 36-percent increase over original projections. About 1,500 of those jobs remain, 80 percent of which are technical professional positions.
"Engineers and technical professionals are in as much demand as our cars, trucks and SUVs," says Felicia Fields, Ford Group Vice President for Human Resources. Helping to spur this job growth are increasing market share on both the West and East Coast and robust demand for the Ford Escape and F-150.
To find job candidates, Ford is reaching out to them via Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn, in addition to the company's corporate career site. The Blue Oval is also ramping up its presence on college campuses.
