This award winner is a gorgeous Thunderbird Blue (same shade as the iconic Tiffany Blue) metallic finish, with sweet blue and black leather 2 tone interior. She has always been pampered, including indoor storage (usually heated), and maintained by the best professionals at or before all service intervals. She has chromed cast aluminum wheels and a removable hard top with historic, round, opera windows and racking system for hard top storage (pictured). The racking system can fold flat and travel in the trunk. Black cloth convertible top coordinates with sharp 2 tone blue and black leather interior and is in excellent supple condition. This car always gets multiple positive comments when I take her out. Additional items include boot cover and soft cloth dust cover (both pictured). Never smoked in. Great ride, as this car rests on a Lincoln chassis. Excellent condition. I've had it professionally detailed just for you, under the hood too! This blue bird is almost perfect. However, there are a couple of minor flaws that I have pictured for you. On the steering wheel, there are a couple of nicks in the paint. On the metal trim panel on the inside of the drivers door, there are a few places where I have bumped it with either keys, my ring or the seat belt. And finally, on the middle of the top of the roof surface, for the hard top, I notice a scratch which must have happened during storage. The scratch is about 1" long. Because of the position of the scratch, it is difficult to notice it until you take the top off. This is pictured with the dime.

Ford will probably never offer two RS models at the same time

Autocar has some sour news for fans of go-fast Ford products. According to Roelant de Waard, Ford's president of marketing in Europe, the automaker will probably never offer more than one RS performance model for sale at the same time. That statement runs contrary earlier rumblings that suggested Ford would launch its next-generation Focus RS in 2015 and follow the hatch with a spate of other vehicles with an RS badge. But de Waard has made it clear that Ford of Europe is now focused on squarely on the next Mustang, even though there may be more RS models on the way eventually.
"What is clear is that the RS shouldn't be a series, or a car badge that we have in our portfolio all the time. It is an extreme car - something more than ST," he said.
That philosophy makes plenty of sense. We loved the old Focus RS - shown above in RS500 trim - because it was generally bonkers and plenty exclusive. Diluting either aspect is sure to end in disappointment for everyone involved.

Ford looks to have something really big planned for the 2014 Los Angeles Auto Show. The Blue Oval has released the first of five teaser videos on the brand's performance heritage, and aside from some great images of racers over the years, the video includes a series of teaser images, the last of which points to November 17, 2014.
That's the day before press days open in LA, and considering the propensity of global automakers to plan lavish debuts the night before a major international auto show, it's a virtual certainty that Ford will be showing off some sort of special vehicle.
That'd be news in and of itself, but based on the images shown in Ford's teaser video - which include an Alcantara steering wheel, a "Powered by Ford" valve cover, aluminum pedals, sticky tires, a big, round exhaust tip, a honeycomb grille and a serious set of wheels - it seems very likely that Ford will be showing something performance oriented.

Tanner Foust gets eponymous hotted-up Ford Focus ST from Cobb Tuning

Racer and Top Gear USA host Tanner Foust has partnered up with Cobb Tuning to create a special-edition Ford Focus ST. The limited-edition hatches will come packing a reflashed ECU, special intercooler, tweaked intake and freer-flowing exhaust for up to 20 percent more power than the stock creation. Cobb says that the changes should push the final dyno figure to above 300 horsepower. Buyers can also expect to find special carbon fiber aerodynamic bits on board along with a new grille, graphics and wheels. Cobb hasn't released pricing on this Tanner Foust Edition Ford Focus ST as of yet, but you can bet the whole kit won't be cheap.
Fortunately, the company will sell you bits and pieces from the overall package for your Ford, and word has it engineers are also whipping up a Foust Fiesta ST.
