1960 Ford Thunderbird project car
* Matching numbers * All complete * Runs and drives * Just removed from long term storage This is a 1960 Ford Thunderbird that has just been taken out of a small collection in central Florida. This T-Bird has the original 352-V8 engine, automatic transmission, bucket seats, console, power steering, power brakes and just needs to be restored to its original glory! The exterior of this car was probably restored twenty five years ago. It looks ok but has some filler. The interior is all there but needs to be done also. The engine runs but needs to be serviced as do the brakes. This will be a nice car when finished and there is no reserve so bid to win! Call me at 305-992-3575 if you have any questions. Thanks! |

Celebrities from the worlds of entertainment, sports, technology and more have generated untold millions of video views in support of the organization that is helping patients with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS, better known as Lou Gehrig's Disease), and generated a much needed influx of cash, as well. New UAW boss Williams talks tough, vows 'no more concessions'
Sun, 08 Jun 2014Dennis Williams, the newly elected president of the UAW, had some tough words for American automakers in his inauguration speech at the 2014 UAW Convention, striking down the possibility of any additional concessions from the 400,000-strong union.
"No more concessions. We are tired of it. Enough is enough," Williams said during his speech. UAW employees have not received a raise in nearly 10 years, according to Reuters.
Considering the recent strong results for Ford, Chrysler and General Motors, the union's demands are likely to carry a bit more weight in next year's negotiations. And considering Williams' tough stance, we could be in for some fireworks once negotiations commence.
