This pickup until about a week ago was owned by a local government agency (gravity drainage district) that recently replaced it with a new one, replaced because of age not because of miles or because of any problems, owned by the agency since it was new in 1998 – one owner.  We purchased it directly from them along with some other items, not from an auction or from a dealer or broker, we don’t need a single cab pickup right now so turning it into cash.  The pickup cranks right up, engine is strong, clutch/transmission are strong, brakes work, a/c is cold, heat is hot and the tires can be seen in the photos, it is not new, has a few faded paint spots, mainly clear coat and it looks like at some point the agency must have damaged the driver’s side fender and replaced with a used one that doesn’t match exactly, has a few spots where you can still see the glue where the agency had government decals on the doors and tailgate, other than that the pickup rides and drives great, low, low miles for a 1998 year model, agency said one person drove it pretty much its entire life! You can buy the truck, drive it home and immediately start driving on a daily basis without having to do anything to it, 4-cylinder with a 5-speed so probably easy on gas!
