You are bidding on a Rust Free 1993 Ford Mustang LX 5.0 Convertible. This car was a factory 4-cylinder car beautifully converted into a 5.0 Liter V8 with a manual transmission. The odometer currently reads 43,599 but the title reads 74,150. By the looks of the undercarriage and interior of the car it probably has a little over 74k as the previous owner rarely drove the car. The carfax report shows no accident records. This car runs and drives awesome. The engine runs smooth and the transmission shifts perfectly. This mustang does not have your typical transmission grind into second gear. It has longtube headers with what I believe to be flowmaster mufflers and factory catalytic converters(it sounds amazing). It does not leak oil or blow any smoke out the tailpipes on start up or when driving.
The interior of the car is gray cloth and it's in amazing condition for its age with only a small hole in the drivers seat. The radio illumination turns on but the radio itself doesn't work(possibly a fuse or something small). The air conditioning blows ice cold and works as it should. The heat looks like it has been bypassed as it does not blow hot. The cruise control works well. All the signals and lights work. The Convertible top is in good shape and will need a good cleaning. It does have a couple minor seperations but nothing that can't be easily fixed. The Hydraulic convertible top motor is brand new and just installed. It has a glass back window which is in great condition and not coming apart at the seams like most convertibles of this year are. The top goes up and down with the switch as it should. The black convertible top boot is in the trunk and covers the top perfectly when in place. All the original button snaps are intact.
The undercarriage of the car is in great condition with no rust. The factory pinch welds still look like new and are not flattened from someone jacking the car up incorrectly. The passenger rear quarter panel was dented due to a tree branch that fell on it. It looks to be an easy fix for someone mechanically inclined to pop a dent out and patch it,or simply drive it the way it is. This does not affect the drive ability of the car in any way.
Overall the car is a blast to drive with tons of power when you step on the gas. It just wants to GO! Whether your going to your local car show or cruising the countryside, these mustangs are becoming harder and harder to find not modded out.

Ford offering factory-spec EcoBoost reflashes that don't void warranty*
Sat, Dec 27 2014Buy a supercharger or cold-air kit from Ford Racing and a Performance Calibration handset comes with it to reset the ECU for the upgrade. Now Ford Racing is offering the ProCal handset a la carte for $595, allowing you to reflash the ECU on your EcoBoost-equipped ride to extract more of its inherent capabilities without any additional upgrades. It gives you control of variables such as throttle response, idle speed and turbo wastegate control, among others. As for that warranty asterisk, the press release says enthusiasts can up the power "while maintaining the Ford-backed limited warranty." However Ford Motor Co. and Ford Racing are separate entities, and, best we can tell, when you reflash the ECU, your Ford warranty gets supplanted by the Ford Racing warranty. Say you bought a 2014 Ford, that means your five-year, 60,000-mile warranty becomes Ford Racing's three-year, 36,000-mile warranty, if we're reading the fine print correctly. If you have an older car and have driven more than 36,000 miles, then your warranty options are kaput, at least as far as a Ford in-house option. If have warranty concerns, you might also want to consider having a dealer perform the reflash, or at least ask about it. Once you've got past the small print, what about the numbers? At the moment Ford Racing offers tunes for the 2.0-liter EcoBoost in the Focus ST and the 1.6-liter EcoBoost in the Fiesta ST, and we're told there's a 90-pound-foot boost in torque at the crank after you've pressed the right buttons. Anecdotal evidence from a commenter at Road & Track says he went from 252 horsepower at the flywheel to 254 hp at the wheels, and 272 lb-ft at the flywheel to 354 lb-ft at the wheels, but we can't be sure that his adjustments were within Ford Racing specs. Your mileage, naturally, may vary. What about custom numbers for the 2.3-liter EcoBoost in the 2015 Ford Mustang? They aren't ready yet, but we're told we'll get something by the end of next year. Top Gear's latest trailer shows off a golden Bugatti Chiron
Thu, Feb 23 2017Top Gear is returning on March 5, and after a lackluster first series with the new hosts, the new group seems determined not to hit a sophomore slump. Chris Evans is gone, and the latest teaser trailer shows the new trio of Matt LeBlanc, Chris Harris, and Rory Reid strapped into some pretty fantastic cars, including the Bugatti Chiron and the Ford GT. All of the typical Top Gear segments appear to be present, though the quick cuts don't give us many details. The trailer shows a copious amount of powerslides from an assortment of cars, and even Chris Harris racing around Daytona. Aside from the Bugatti and Ford, cars from Porsche, Lamborghini, Ferrari, BMW, Aston Martin, and Alfa Romeo are all present. Co-hosts Eddie Jordan and Sabine Schmitz don't appear at all, so it seems their roles may be downplayed to focus on three guys, as was the case pre-reboot. We have some hope for this re-relaunched show and will be keeping an eye out for more details in the lead-up to the series premiere.
